This cabin has the best view of anyone that we have rented in Helen. It was the beginning of Oktoberfest in town so it was hopping. The hot tub was nice, but the coffee view from the Terrace was the highlight. Check-in was easy and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be coming back!!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! Starting each morning on the porch with the mountain views was absolutely perfect. The kitchen was well-equipped and had everything we needed to prepare meals. The layout worked especially well for our group, as the separate living quarters provided plenty of privacy for everyone. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would definitely return in the future!

My family had a wonderful vacation in Georgia! The Lazy Bear Mountain cabin had beautiful views of the mountains and forests. The cabin was comfortable and had plenty of room. Had amenities such as well stocked kitchen, fire pit, hot tub, and game rooms. Saw wildlife such as a momma bear and two cubs! The cabin is only 10 minutes from the village of Helen and all the activities offered there.

The view of the mountains is spectacular. We found some dirty dishes in the kitchen but otherwise the house was very clean. The hot tub has a problem and we were unable to use it 4 out of our 5 nights. Never sent anyone to look at it. In our opinion it was very overpriced for what you get. I guess you are paying for the view. The drive to the property is treacherous. A one lane dirt road a mile to the property.

We LOVED this cabin! I say that it is NICE is an understatement. It is very private and not far from downtown Helen at all. My kids loved the basement with all the games, and we enjoyed the porch with the amazing views. Hot tub was perfect! Will stay here again for sure. 10 out of 10!

Great looking cabin. Loved the hot tub and the pool table. The views were great. Only reason 4 stars was the two upstairs bedrooms stayed hot no matter what we did. Other than that perfect
