Situé à South Mission Beach, à un pâté de maisons de l'océan et surplombant la baie!

Ce condo de deux chambres est joliment meublé à quelques pas de la plage, de la baie et des divertissements.

La climatisation est devenue plus incontournable sur les plages de San Diego pendant les mois chauds. Nous avons ajouté un AC portable à chacune de nos chambres pour suivre les suggestions de nos anciens clients. Ne pas avoir de climatisation signifie que vous devez dormir avec votre fenêtre ouverte et cela vous rend plus vulnérable au bruit (chaque endroit à Mission Beach est sensible aux problèmes de bruit indépendamment de ce que les autres propriétaires vous disent). Maintenant, nos clients ont la possibilité de dormir avec les fenêtres fermées!

Salles de bains améliorées et cuisine ouverte avec des appareils électroménagers haut de gamme en acier inoxydable.

Tous les plats, ustensiles, casseroles et poêles sont fournis pour vous.

Les divertissements familiaux sont accessibles à pied. Garez votre voiture dans votre emplacement réservé et laissez-la! Vous pouvez vous promener (5 min à pied) à Belmont Park, monter sur les montagnes russes, acheter de la barbe à papa et jouer à des jeux de carnaval / arcade. Amenez vos enfants avec leurs amis, car ce condo peut accueillir six personnes.

Le salon est équipé d'un écran plat Sony de 50 pieds, d'un câble (DVR / HD), d'un canapé et d'une grande chaise longue, dans lesquels les deux se transforment en lits (queen et twin).

Dans chaque chambre, il y a un lit queen et un écran plat Sony 40 '.

La chambre principale a un plafond Star Gazer design unique avec ventilateur de plafond.

Le Master Bath est équipé d'une baignoire jacuzzi avec ses pommes de douche.

Fantastic location

The location was perfect, with the beach a few a steps away and close to all the major attractions. It made exploring the city so convenient. The condo was clean and spacious with a fully equipped kitchen. Lorne was an outstanding host, always quick to respond and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We cannot recommend Lorne and his property highly enough.

Great place to stay

Great place. Easy to get to. Parking is excellent. Plenty of options for dining nearby. Beach and Belmont Park are so close. Don’t need to move a vehicle if you don’t want to. But if you do need to you don’t have to travel far for necessities. Highly recommend.

Fantastic property! Great location!

This condo was fantastic to stay in. There's a nice balcony with a table and chairs where we ate breakfast some mornings. The futon and chaise are comfortable (the cushions look like they've been changed since the photos were taken). Not pictured is the jetted tub in the master bathroom. Keep in mind, it's only big enough for a single person. The dual showerheads are great. All the tools you need to cook are there, just bring your ingredients. If you're a coffee fanatic, you're triple-covered. There's a Keurig, 5-cup brewer, AND a French press. The real piece de resistance is the master bedroom. There's tiki hut grass with adjustable starlights on the ceiling. We're going to have to figure out how to do that at our house, because that was wayyyy stunning and romantic to look up at during the night. The property details and pictures show a ceiling fan in the master bedroom, but that is gone now. Currently there's a standup fan and a window AC unit in each bedroom. The weather was so nice, the fans were all you needed to keep cool. We didn't even touch the AC during our stay in late September. Nearby attractions are Mission Beach, Mission Bay, and Belmont Park which are all walking distances from the condo. Lorne and his wife were super responsive and usually got back to us in minutes. Maybe the longest we had to wait for an answer was an hour. We'll definitely be coming back!

Great location

This place was a great base for our week in SD. The location is amazing and we appreciated having a dedicated parking spot. There were lots of nice touches like beach gear (cart, chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, towels) and even some small coolers. The condo did feel a little run down. The master bath had several lights burned out and the jacuzzi tub jets appeared to have mold in them. Overall we had a good stay and feel like the value was fair.

Summer Break

Stayed here for a week. The condo is in an excellent location. Very clean and much roomier than I was expecting. It was a very close walk to both the ocean and the bay. My wife and I took 4 to 5 mile walks along the boardwalk along the ocean beach most days. Several restaurants within a 10 minute walk and quite a few more when we walked the boardwalk to Pacific Beach. The condo building was very quiet, never heard neighbors and only saw 2 or 3 others the entire week when going in our out. I would certainly stay here again in the future. It was a quick drive downtown to Seaport Village where we could park. We enjoyed a Padres game, Midway aircraft carrier museum and a harbor cruise all within walking distance from the Seaport Village parking area. Enjoyed watching the fireworks every night that I believe were from Seaworld, you could watch them from the condo balcony or a quick 2 or 3 minute walk out to the bay beach.

Great location, close to restaurants, convenience store, and far enough away from boardwalk that it is quiet and safe at night. We absolutely loved our stay and will be back for sure!

Great Property at a Great Price!

We were there for 45 days, so we got to know the property and the owners quite well. First, Lorne is an outstanding host. Second, the condo at 950 sq ft was a perfect fit for my wife and I and our two dogs. It was nicely decorated with an African/SE Asia motif, and clean and comfortable, albeit not luxurious. Third, it is in south Mission Beach, about a 5 minute walk to the ocean and to Mission Bay, and only 10 minutes to Belmont Park and local restaurants and bars. Fourth, the price for our winter stay was very reasonable, and a great value relative to other nearby properties. On the other hand, the unit may be too small for four or more adults - for example, the dining room is more of a nook, and gets crowded with more than 3 people. In addition, the balcony is a tight fit for more than 2 folks, with pool gear to the left and a grill to the right. Finally, although the condo is close to beach, bay, and the center of MB, it is on the corner with Mission Blvd, the main local street, which gets noisy with motor vehicle and pedestrian traffic, especially on weekends with the windows open. However, overall this is a great and reasonably priced property close to the ocean and the bay for small parties.

We had a great time this year in San Diego. Lorne was a great host and his condo was very nice. Only 1 block to the boardwalk and beach. Great parking spot and air conditioning. Would absolutely love to stay again!! Thanks a bunch Lorne!

Beautiful home and great location

We were all so happy with Lorne’s beautiful home. It was the perfect location for everything we wanted to do and within walking distance of beaches and boardwalks. The house was roomy with two bedrooms and the gift of two bathrooms and was well furnished. When we arrived, Lorne met us and showed us around and was open throughout the week to answering questions. Enjoyed our visit and highly recommend this vacation home.

Location!

Easy check in with very friendly and accommodating host. Great location! Bay on one side, ocean on the other- within walking distance of so many family friendly activities (water, beach, Belmont Park, grocery store, restaurants). Great trip/condo for 4 adults and 2 kids!

Perfect location

We absolutely loved staying in your rental home! It was so close to everything and Loren met us there and showed us all around, he said if you need anything just text or call. My family was visiting San Diego for one of my daughters wedding and couldn’t have asked for a better location, close to the beach and the bay and anything else you would need.
