Confortable appartement entièrement neuf et luxueusement meublées avec des meubles sur mesure, équipée de tout le confort, avec grande terrasse et vue mer imprenable. À quelques pas de la plage, des restaurants populaires, des courts de tennis, terrains de jeux, pubs et discothèques le long de la promenade des enfants.
L'appartement est situé au premier étage: porte de sécurité, hall d'entrée avec placard, salon avec grand canapé d'angle (qui devient un lit supplémentaire), table en verre avec 6 chaises, TV LCD avec satellite et télévision par câble, internet WiFi, du salon mène à la terrasse avec chaises longues, table et chaises, toutes avec vue sur la mer et de pins sur le devant de la maison.

Cuisine: bien équipée avec four, plaque vitrocéramique, lave-vaisselle, grand réfrigérateur avec congélateur, bouilloire, grille-pain, mixeur, machine à café, machine à café, tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour cuisiner, table en verre pour 4 personnes.

Couchage: Chambre double avec vue sur la mer et une grande armoire, matelas orthopédique avec la mémoire système, petit canapé siège;

Top place - super :))

Ich war überascht dass das Apartment wirklich so nahe am strand (Sand- und Kieselstrand) waren, nur 50m entfernt. Vom Zentrum waren wir auch nur 10min zu fuss entfernt. In der Nähe gibt es alles was man braucht (Restaurants, Kaffees, Supermarkets etc.). Das Apartment sieht genau wie auf den Bildern aus und haben uns wie da Heim gefühlt weil wir wirklich alles da hatten. Das Apartment empfehle ich Famillien und jungen Leuten. Wenn ich das nächste mal wieder nach Split komme, werde ich im gleichen Apartment bleiben :)

Just behind the little woods behind the beach

A lovely little apartment, great location just outside the main bustle of Split. 3 minutes to a small beach. 3 outstanding restaurants within 3 minutes.Every convenience in the apartment Barbara was very easy to communicate with and set up a ride in from the airport. Would go again

We had a great time! The apartment had everything we needed. It was an easy walk to three beaches and the downtown. Barbara was helpful all along the way!

Barbara apartment on Bacvice beach, Split

We stayed 6 days in this wonderful place: couldn’t be a better choice of location in Split. Modern clean apartment with all necessary amenities, comfortable and spacious. The hostess was super helpful and attentive to all our needs/ inquiries. Excellent for family with two kids, swimming is just across a street, pleasant stroll to the old town and promenade. Supermarkets and restaurants are also in vicinity. I’d highly recommend this place for a comfortable stay in Split.

Great location in Split

Across the street from the Adriatic which has a great walkway. Closure to restaurants and Cafes. 3 Euro Uber ride from the Palace and promenade. We would stay again!

Tolle Wohnung/Lage zum Erkunden von Split oder einfach nur zum Relaxen

Die Wohnung ist perfekt eingerichtet und bietet einfach alles. Bevor wir in Split dieses Appartement bezogen haben, fand eine außerordentlich gute Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin statt. Bei unserer Ankunft fanden wir frische Getränke vor und auch ansonsten fehlte es an nichts in dem Appartement. Von der Wohnung sind es 3 Minuten zum Strand und in 15 Minuten ist man im Herzen der Altstadt. Flugreisende, die neben Split auch ein wenig die Umgebung erkunden möchten, sollten sich einen Mietwagen reservieren. Fazit: Top Wohnung, Split ist sehr zu empfehlen und wir kommen wieder. Gleiche Wohnung inmitten von Split.

Large Family Apartment Split

The apartment was large, well kept with a good supply of items for cooking in the kitchen. It was clean with excellent bedding arrangements. On street parking was difficult. Excellent porch, handy for drying clothes. Written directions to washing machine would be helpful. Barbara was very kind and helpful. Good locatation.

Great beach and restaurant access

A short walk from the apt gets you to a nice beach and a selection of beach restaurants without the tourist crowds. More of a local scene. I wish I had more time there. Highly recommended.

Great apartment in perfect location

Barbara’s apartment was immaculate/home from home with great attention to detail. The location for the beach and various cafes restaurants meant we didn’t have to venture far for breakfast/dinner. Will definitely recommend this apartment to family/friends.

Wonderful flat!

What a great, well- decorated and - equipped flat, near Diocletian’s Palace, and with on-street parking available. There is a neighborhood market and a larger Spar supermarket within a five minute walk, so we were able to easily provision for breakfast and dinner, enjoying lunches while out exploring Split. While we did not take advantage, there are several beaches across from the flat (no view). Barbara was very responsive and helpful with suggestions. We especially appreciated how well-equipped the flat was, including placemats and candles! Highly recommended...

Great base!

Party of four, first time in the city and Barbara's wonderful apt was a great base to experience and explore Split. A 10 minute walk into the city center and a 3 min walk to the beach. Most importantly Barbara thought about everything! What u needed, didn't know you needed or might need, lol. This made our stay even more comfortable. Thanks Barbara!

A very happy stay, this apartment was perfect!

Firstly, Barbara was lovely and very helpful, she spent the time to show us the workings of her apartment. The apartment itself was great, and unlike some that seem to be photographed with tricks, this was exactly as described. For us, it is important to have a clean environment as we have a toddler and little baby and it was very clean. Great wifi, great aircon, we always found a parking spot, comfortable lounge, good kitchen. There were a few things to be mindful of, the shower is smallish so if you are too big you may struggle to fit inside. And the coffee table had sharp edges, so if you have a baby learning to walk maybe its not a good pick. And Barbara, maybe a bottle opener would be good :) But we loved it! I'm not sure if we will ever return to Split but if we do we will try to book this apartment again. Thanks Barbara we loved it!

Great, clean and comfortable apartment in good location.

Neat and clean two bedroom. Terrace overlooks a somewhat busy road, with peakaboo views of the sea. Nice park area and beach just a short walk down the hill. Nicely furnished, decorated and comfortable. Great wifi connection. Barbara is a great host and easy to work with. It is about a 1 mile walk into the old city. The neighborhood is residential, and pretty quiet except the late night party crowd walking along the road. The bottom of the building is a day care, not noisy but adds to the neighborhood feel. There is a great restaurant just down the street, and a grocery within 15 minutes walk. Easy free on street parking. Everything you need including clothes washer and dishwasher. We loved it so much we extended our stay by two nights. When we visit Split again, we'll chose the same place.

Nice apartment near the beach and the town

The apartment is well equipped with everything you need. It is clean and nice furnised. It is placed close to the beach and only 20 min walk to the city.The owner gave all the information and service we needed. The only thing that is a little difficult is the trafffic outside the property that can disturb. I can gladly recommend the apartment.

Beachfront Apartment Barbara, near Bacvice

Internally this property suited us very nicely, spotless, spacious and nicely stocked with added toiletries and everything you need in the kitchen including milk, bread & butter etc. The owner provided an excellent, friendly service prior to our holiday. Excellent fish restaurant on doorstep and beach nearby. We did think there was a smoky smell in the apartment and we didn't feel the balcony was a suitable environment where we could sit and eat or relax.

Utrolig dejlig lejlighed

Vi boede i lejligheden i 2 uger. Den ligger som der står kun 10 min. fra midtbyen. Den er dejlig indrettet, der er alt hvad man har brug for i lejligheden. Parkering er på den modsatte side, nede ved stranden, når man finder ud af dette fungere det også godt. Mange gode og hyggelig spisesteder, indenfor nogle få 100 meter.

Great apartment close to beaches

A great, well furnished apartment which is very close to Split's main three beaches and all the open air day and night-time facilities they offer. We stayed during (football) Euro 2016 and a variety of events were held that ran nosily and boisterously late into the night but we don't know if this is typical. The apartment was very clean and well presented. Excellent air conditioning in all rooms (except the bathroom) which we certainly needed for a couple of days. Although we did not eat in at all the kitchen has excellent facilities and overall the property was as described. The apartment is on a corner junction and there appeared to be parking available. The booking process was very easy with excellent service was provided by Barbara. Although located about 20 minutes from 'old town' there is a restaurant next door to the apartment (Nevera) and at least three others within a five minute walk (Ma:Toni, Dvor and Movi) offering different types of food. In additional, there are local bars and clubs and a supermarket. If you want to stay outside of 'old town' and near the beaches and their day and night activities this is good apartment for you.

A very pleasant stay

We stayed in this apartment for a week, perfect location very near the beach but in walking distance of the old town, so best of both worlds. The customer service was excellence and the property very clean and well maintained, home from home. We ate in two restaurants very near the property which where very good. Would not hesitate to recommend this apartment or come back in the near future

Right place to stay!

We spent a great time in Split staying in this apartment located pretty close to the sea (Bacvice beach) and city center (Diocletian palace). Everything wrote in description is totally true and we really recommend this apartment for fabulous vacation. We are planning to visit Split soon in same apartment.

Perfect holiday apartment close to centre

The apartment is beautifull, has all new furnishing, well equipped and maintained. Great location close to city centre and Riva in Split only few minutes walk from the apartment. My wife and I had the most perfect vacation discovering Split's rich history, Diocletian palace, tasting nice cuisine at Paradigma and enjoying Croatian wines! We definitly would recommend it!
