Ce condo unique à Sugar Top peut accueillir 4 personnes avec un lit King dans la chambre principale et un lit double dans la seconde. Les teintes et les accents bleus donnent à ce condo une touche élégante. Une cuisine complÚte, une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite et une laveuse / sécheuse seront à votre disposition à l'intérieur du condo. Sortez sur le balcon privé et vous serez entouré par l'étendue de Grandfather Mountain. Cette unité est située à 1 porte de l'ascenseur. Descendez au premier étage et profitez de l'accÚs à la piscine intérieure, au sauna, au jacuzzi, au WiFi public et à la salle de musculation dans le hall. Découvrez la nature, la randonnée, le VTT et plus encore sur la montagne et ses environs. Sugar Top dispose d'un systÚme de navette si vous ne pouvez pas vous garer dans le parking principal pendant les saisons chargées. The unit is very clean and comfortable. however, the decor is from the 80's with VHS machine and Wall phone. but overall, it was a wonderful stay and would do it again

The property was very dated but very well maintained. It fit our needs. Wish we could have used the fireplace. One elevator was out and it took a long time to get the elevator. Parking was a nightmare. Staff was very friendly.

We enjoyed the condo, it needs to update appliances but overall was good. The shampoo dispenser was empty and microwave didn’t work. However it was replaced right away. The parking situation is terrible. Probably won’t stay there again because of that. Too much inconvenience. The condo was nice but not having parking available made it very fustrating.

Unusual

The property itself is unusual and controversial. We were socked in the clouds for 3 days but it was kind of cool. The condo was nice and comfortable. There were several pillows that had lost their seams. I'd recommend minor updates there. The rental office was difficult to find after hours with typical GPS Apps. We spent an hour trying to find it and the actual property. You absolutely will have to use the shuttle to get to and from your vehicle during your stay. This place is 80's era condo luxury meets 2024 climate change oopsy daisies. Staff were lovely. And we found a hidden hot tub away from kiddos in the gym. A very cool, yet unusual experience.

Would not recommend due to parking/shuttle

The room itself is ok, and the views are great if weather allows; however, I would not recommend staying here unless you're up for 30 minutes or so each time you want to come to or from the hotel. If you aim to just stay in this this building the majority of the time, you're golden. Guests are not allowed to park on the resort and instead are sent to parking lots where Grouse Moor Dr & Sugar Top Dr meet. It's about .4 miles away. During check-ins or check out times, you'll see queues of 3-6 families and there really isn't a queue system so be prepared to hang out near outside in order to get in the shuttle. I can understand this listing doesn't "control" the shuttles, but failing to list the parking situation here seems slimy. We literally had our kids in the trunk area of the shuttle due to the limited space in the shuttle.Also, you will need a four-wheel drive vehicle or chains in order to ascend up to the resort during winter months. We were all set here, but many families struggled.Also, the main bedroom's mattress doubles as an anvil. Seriously the most firm mattress I have ever been on.Also, many amenities are currently not functioning (such as the saunas).Also, the resort rental agreement will get you tied into "Glad to Have you, Inc", "Resort Real Estate & Rentals", and "HomeAway" software. Prepare yourself for emails galore.

The staff at the resort were very friendly. It was a great family place. The view of the mountains was incredible. The location was very close to anything you would like to do. The condo was perfect for our family of 4. I would recommend this resort to anyone. We greatly enjoyed our stay.

Once I received my key and checked in I went to the lobby for additional information and check in. That’s when the older gentleman at the front desk was extremely rude when asking more questions about parking and where the room is located. He barely spoke and seemed to be bothered I asked questions.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arriving to the room, the key provided didn’t work. Luckily, the front desk at the resort had the proper key. The heater in the room didn’t work and I had to cycle all the circuit breakers to get it to work. Turned out, if the dryer and heater were on at the same time, it would pop the breaker; so, no doing laundry with the furnace running. The master bathroom tub didn’t drain so you’re standing in water while trying to shower and the spare bathroom had hair all in the tub. The positives were that the beds were very comfortable, the furniture was all modern and comfy in the living room as well. The views were also stunning. The pool, hot tub, and sauna were all open and very clean. I have the overall stay only 3 stars simply because of the inconvenience of being given the wrong key, inoperable heater, and the filthy bathrooms. This was our second stay at the resort and will definitely be coming back, but not to that specific room.

Super fun property - it fit our family of 6 easily with room to spare. Accommodations were clean and comfortable. The views were amazing. We had a great time and would DEFINITELY return. The pool on site was great as well, shuttle services were convenient and there is tons to do for the adventuring type all around.

Very close to Sugar Mountain Ski resort and other resoruces to include grocery store and resturants. Pool, hot tub and sauna were all excellent after a full day on the slopes.
