Bienvenue à Highland Cottage, notre maison 2BR magnifiquement conçue, rénovée, chaleureuse et confortable, à quelques minutes de la plage, de Pineapple Grove, du centre-ville de Delray Beach et de Atlantic Avenue avec de nombreux restaurants, boutiques, le marché vert du samedi, de nombreux événements spéciaux, de la musique et des expositions d'art . America's Village by the Sea et élue meilleure petite ville d'Amérique par Rand McNally et USA Today.
Highland Cottage est entièrement équipé et conçu pour le confort et la tranquillité. Le style de vie Delray est à portée de main, le tout en quelques minutes et à moins d'un mile de tout ce qu'un vacancier ou un résident souhaiterait. Voilà pourquoi nous vivons dans la même rue.

Highland Cottage is a beautiful, comfortable home

Nikki and Marty are very gracious and responsive hosts. Highland Cottage is beautifully decorated and so relaxing. The neighborhood is lovely - really enjoyed riding one of the bikes that the hosts provided. Everything you need is close by - groceries, beaches, entertainment and more. Would love to stay here again!

Always a wonderful stay at Highland Cottage!

My family and I have stayed at Highland Cottage numerous times. Each visit is amazing. The property is immaculate, everything needed is provided, the owners are responsive, and the location is perfection. Close to all the action of Atlantic Avenue, but quiet at night. The beach is within minutes of the property. Thank you Nikki and Marty for another fantastic visit!

Five Stars!

We've rented several vacation homes and Highland Cottage is at the TOP of our list! Marty and Nikki made everything so easy from start to finish. The house itself is impeccable and we loved the neighborhood. It was very so quiet and private, but super easy to get to the beach or Atlantic Ave for some fun. Perfect all around. Wonderful stay in Delray Beach

Photos don’t do justice to this beautiful, immaculate cottage in a very pleasant neighbourhood minutes away from Pineapple Grove and Atlantic Ave. The interior cozy and spotless, well stocked condiments and cooking utensils, the bedrooms comfortable and tastefully decorated. Front and back landscaping professionally done and a treat to relax in. Owners close by and attentive to any questions . You will be lucky if you get a chance to stay in this jewel of a property.

Better than a 5-star boutique hotel

This cottage is amazing. It’s like a boutique hotel but you’re getting the entire house. I stayed at the cottage last week, and this cottage is a great value compared to a 5-star boutique hotel. The owners have spared no expense, and the attention to detail is very thoughtful. Bring a toothbrush and clothes and you can move right in! The location is fantastic: grocery store, great restaurants and shops nearby. You’re in the heart of beautiful Delray Beach and it’s lively nightlife. If you want quiet, the cottage is in an upscale, quiet neighborhood 5 minutes away from the nightlife. Perfect location for one to enjoy it all. The owners are nearby and they will be very helpful when needed. I will be booking it again!

A beautiful place to stay!

Very great house, which is quiet but still centrally located. Very nice and helpful contact with the landlords made our stay perfect. Delray Beach is a beautiful oasis for a relaxing beach holiday. Absolutely recommended!

Hier stimmt nun wirklich alles. Wunderschöner grosszügiger Bungalow, sehr geschmackvoll und mit Stil eingerichtet. Gute Lage, schöner gepflegter Garten. Wir haben uns sofort zuhause Gefühl. Wirklich sehr zu empfehlen.

Highland Cottage

From the moment I booked the cottage and communicated with Nikki and Marty, I knew Highland Cottage would be very special. It is a spectacular home with a gorgeous backyard, in a premier location, with quick access to the beach and downtown Delray. They take great care in making sure every comfort is provided from the moment you step inside. I hope to return one day because it was so enjoyable. Thank you again Nikki and Marty!!

So welcoming!

The house was exactly as described. It felt like a home. There were lovely treats left for us from local shops. We took a bike ride around the neighbourhood, which was quiet and lovely. The beach is so close and the local amenities were great. If we had any questions, Marty & Nikki answered them super fast and made sure we had everything we needed. Thank you for a great vacation!

Fantastic stay at Highland Cottage

We just returned from 2 wonderful weeks at Highland Cottage, a clean and stylish yet very comfortable home. The lovely and super friendly owners live right next door, so they are easily available--we couldn’t figure out the 4 smart TV’s in the house until Marty gave us a lesson and contacted the cable company to have one TV reconnected. Nikki immediately sent over a contractor when the fire alarm beeped because a tiny lizard inside was disconnecting it—only in Florida! The house has a great fully equipped kitchen, and we really enjoyed cooking and eating in several nights. We loved relaxing in the beautiful and peaceful back yard which is fully furnished, has 2 umbrellas and a grill. The neighborhood is beautiful and is an easy walk to many fabulous restaurants. We even walked to gorgeous Delray Beach and to Atlantic Ave for lunch our first day- a 5 mile exploration of the area. Our stay was perfect and we hope to return to Highland Cottage someday. Do not hesitate to book this house!

Wonderful in Delray

Nikki and Marty went out of their way to make our one-month stay in Delray at Highland Cottage as fantastic as can be. The house is well-appointed, comfortable, charming, well located, and stocked with everything a vacationer could need. When we wanted one or two additional items for cooking and the TV service, they took care of it immediately. They are a pleasure to deal with and are right next door. We can't recommend this place more highly.

What a wonderful stay !!

This house is just perfect ! Well located, clean, well furnished, nice decoration, bikes, garden furniture, bbq etc. The owners Nikki & Marty were very helpful for discovery restaurants or informations about Delray Beach. My Favorite Place To Stay

A beautiful, comfortable property, with all the necessary amenities. My two friends and I had ample space and could be as private or communal as we wanted. The owners were very gracious and responsive to our needs. Love, Love, Love them.

Excellent! Highly recommended

We stayed 7 days. The Hosts were excellent. Great communication. Home was so cute and perfect size. We grilled and enjoyed the backyard. The wine and cheese and other welcome gifts were a nice touch. Convenient to downtown Delray and the beach. We will rent here again for sure. We highly recommend this home.
