Ce charmant appartement au rez-de-chaussée d'une chambre à coucher et d'une salle de bains se trouve à deux pas du parc Forsyth! Un mobilier confortable avec une touche moderne vous permettra de "vivre comme un local" sur la célèbre rue Gaston du quartier historique. Situé à seulement un pâté de maisons du magnifique parc Forsyth, cet appartement rénové est le lieu de retraite idéal pour deux ou quatre hôtes chanceux.

En entrant, vous serez accueilli par un espace ouvert qui offre une cuisine américaine joliment rénovée, un mobilier moderne et une cheminée décorative. La cuisine est entièrement équipée pour que vous puissiez prendre votre petit déjeuner dans le confort de votre maison loin de chez vous. La salle à manger est ouverte sur le salon, qui offre un canapé confortable et une grande télévision à écran plat.

It was clean and very nice, exactly as described. We were very happy to be close to Forsythe park. I did have questions and lucky savannah staff were very helpful, respomded quickly to a need. We were very happy with our stay.

Perfect spot for a couple or single traveler. Not smack dab in the middle of all the action but an easy walk to everything. Being right across the street from Forsyth Park was great for morning strolls to get a good coffee and breakfast, not to mention the weekend farmers market. The apartment was clean albeit small. It had everything one would need. It was very quiet for a good night’s rest after exploring the city. Having parking was also a huge bonus.

We had such an incredible couples’ night here! The location is perfect , close to everything and the apartment was absolutely beautiful, clean, and cozy. We’ll definitely choose this place again every time we come to Savannah! Highly recommend it!

Not a Property for Seniors

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cushions on the couch dropped down into the hidden bed platform when you sat down. That meant you sank to the level of the frame, which was uncomfortable and extremely difficult to get out of. And there were only bar stools to sit on. No chairs in either the living space or the bedroom. And there were no grab bars in the shower. My wife and I are both seniors and found this property wholly unsuitable for us.

My wife and I enjoyed a pleasant stay at this rental. We especially enjoyed the off-street private parking and the proximity to Forsyth Park and the downtown area... We would readily recommend this rental to other vacationers.

The place was clean had everything we needed. It was very convenient to all of the things in the Historic district. The coffee pot wasn't working and they were quick to replace it. The only negative I could see is the bed and the sofa were quite uncomfortable. But other than that, it was a great experience.

Nice place in a perfect location!

Property was exactly as described and depicted. Comfortable space, GREAT shower, very convenient to have the in-unit washer dryer, and having a designated parking spot reserved in the parking lot behind the unit was key. The location is right across from Forsythe Park, and a short walk to lots of great bars and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again when we return to Savannah.

Our Lucky Savannah apartment had everything we could possibly need. It was located across from Forsyth Park, about a mile walk to River Street and walking distance to stores and restaurants. It was perfect to celebrate our 30th anniversary. We look forward to staying there again.

The unit was right next to Forsyth Park and walking distance for all of the historic district. It was very clean, the bed was comfy and the shower was amazing! Would definitely recommend.

Great location!

Great location especially for those who enjoy walking. Having our own parking is great too. The only complaint would be that the sofa is not real comfortable and seating is limited. A nice sectional might be better.

Anniversary Vacation

We loved that this was situated across the road from Forsyth Park. It was easy to access Kroger, River Street & the Historic District. The traffic was somewhat overwhelming at times and the streets were narrow. We were thankful we had private parking. This was a big plus!

Great location

Located next to Forsyth park was great. Went to the park on Saturday and got to see lots of vendors plus weddings going on. Having a dedicated parking space was nice as well. Plenty long hike to Broughton street but if you like walking it’s a breeze.

Great location

Never had to move the car once parked on site. Forsyth Park was so close to us & the bus stop also. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go - even the river front. Love that is was a ground unit - no stairs to climb.

Your property was in a great location. It served our purpose very well. It would have been nice if the AC unit had worked. We had vacation plans with friends so packing up out things and moving to another unit 1/2 way through our visit wasn't one of the plans.
