All roads leading to the cabin are maintained, plowed/sanded by the county during storms. We are directly off the paved road. Access to the cabin is safe and easy. Driveway will be snowplowed during storms.

Our Space:

You’ll love all the amenities, the sounds of Lefthand Creek, crisp mountain air, solitude (even though you are only a short 15 minute drive from town), our custom built swinging chair in the summertime, wood stove fireplace w/plenty of firewood through the winter months, & soaking in the hot tub after a long day of exploring & adventuring.

*Free high speed WI-FI (our Wi-Fi works great for streaming, and all of your needs, however it is important to disclose that during certain times of year and inclement weather, the Wi-Fi can go out for periods of time. Sometimes it goes out for short periods of time regardless, but we have a 95% rate.

*We do NOT have A/C, however, we provide a fan in each bedroom. Being in the Canyon, our house stays cooler naturally. Opening the windows at night helps to keep it nice and temperate. During the days, if the windows and blinds are left open, it can get hot. By shutting both, the house will stay at a nice temp.

In addition, There is no cell phone service at the cabin most of the time. Sometimes Verizon will work, but other service providers do not seem to. Text messages go through just fine and we have a landline for local calls, and long-distance calls can call in!

WE STRONGLY ADVISE RENTING A 4 WHEEL DRIVE VEHICLE OR A VEHICLE WITH SNOW TIRES IN THE WINTER MONTHS. REST ASSURED, ALL ROADS LEADING TO THE PROPERTY ARE PAVED AND PLOWED BY THE COUNTY. DRIVEWAY AND BRIDGE TO BE PLOWED BY HOMEOWNER DURING SNOW STORMS WHEN NECESSARY.

1st floor bedroom- Queen size memory foam bed, attached full bathroom, flat screen TV, additional seating, back porch door leading straight to hot tub, large windows

2nd floor master bedroom- Luxury king size bed with adjustable base, flat screen TV, large windows, upstairs balcony doors, full bathroom directly outside bedroom door

2nd floor bedroom- Comfy queen size mattress, access to balcony through private door, flat screen TV, large window, full bathroom directly outside bedroom door
