Thank you for your comments. Guests do not have access to the golf cart due to HOA rules, liability and insurance reasons. In regards to the pool, the pool is cleaned twice a week and if there was any issue you should have notified Natalie immediately. In regards, to the spa, we do apologize it was a holiday weekend and we could not replace the part due to the vendors not being open. We did get our maintaince guy over very quickly. We are sorry for these hiccups, but are happy that you would return again!

Thank you for your review Courtney. We have never experienced a mouse issue, but know that neighbors have when clients leave the doors open. Unfortunately, due to COVID 19 we were unable to obtain parts for one of two ice maker systems in the house, due to warehouse shutdown. We were thankful that the technician was able to solve the issue even thought it was later in the day. We did everything in our control to make sure your stay was great. We are so sorry you experienced these issues.

Thank you for your words and we are glad you enjoyed the property. In terms of the size of the pool it is 18' wide by 42' in length. In addition, it has a separate jacuzzi and tanning shelf which is not included in those dimensions. It is one of the larger pools in PGA West. Similar to hotels, the AC does shut off when doors are left open for more than five minutes as to avoid wasting AC especially in high temperatures outside. You did text and we turned this feature off within 15 minutes for you. In addition, the spa does heat up with the touch of one button. We are fortunate that the pool/spa has the technology where we can help from afar as well. Again, we responded within 15 minutes.
