Had the pleasure of staying at this property for the 80th anniversary of D-Day last June. Spacious, clean, and plenty of parking. Wish we couldâve booked for the entire Summer!
Really lovely property. Bit of a walk into Cabourg, but a beautiful one so wasnât a problem. Really easy and quick check in, and hosts just let us get on with things without bothering us.
Only negative might be lack of items for things like washing up in the kitchen, but otherwise all was really good
The old pottery is well equipped and was suitable to our party of three adults. Larger parties may find it a bit cramped.
The location is good for the port and is 15 minutes walk from the centre of Dives sur Mer where there are numerous boulangeries and other shops, And a very good market on Saturday morning.
It's also a short walk to Houlgate and a longer one to Cabourg along the promenade.
We never met our host Phillipe who communicated promptly to all messages. Our only feedback is to replace the salad spinner :-)
We rarely return to the same property but would be happy to make an exception for this one.
We had a very good stay.
