We spent my mother’s 92 birthday here with family. The view on the lake was outstanding! The lake house had everything we needed including charm and character too! We’ll be back!

We had a wonderful and peaceful vacation. I couldn't have asked for anything more and will be dreaming about that view from the hot tub for a very long time. The host was incredibly accommodating and you could tell all the attention to detail that must go in to maintaining such a beautiful property,

Michael is an excellent host, very welcoming and friendly all our questions were answered quickly. Beautiful property and spacious for the two us and our pup. We only use the main bedroom and the bed was very comfortable. The views from the main bedroom waking up to the lake are amazing.. We loved the large spacious shower. The kitchen has beautiful appliances. Nice gas range and my wife loved the espresso machine. Kitchen has every thing you will need and more. Beautifully manicure yard plenty of space to spread out and relax. We love the fire pit looking out towards the lake at night. The hot tub was very relaxing. The house offers beautiful sunrises on King Bay. Overall great time.

Wonderful property! Bring a smile and your friends or family. Everything else is already provided. Property owner is fantastic with great communication and incredibly friendly. Literally everything you need to enjoy the lake was available at the house. Very beautiful private location with easy water access for young kids with a shallow swim area. Hope to be back soon. If you're comparing houses the way I do and narrowing down a list, once you get to this listing you can stop. You won't be disappointed. Watch the sunrise over the lake from the hot tub and enjoy.

Great location for a family gathering and kayaking trip! More than enough room for 9 people - could have had several more! The first short term rental that I have ever been to where I would consider going back!

Wonderful location and great for large groups/families. So many yard games and water toys made it easy to have fun. Easy access to grocery stores and other amenities.

Great place to go

We were looking for a clean place to stay with things to do on site and this was really the place to stay. It was clean and great on site activities supplied by owner. Easy to get to see other family and to go to Canada and Vermont. Will definitely be back.

Beautiful View

We had two families so the two houses were perfect for separate sleeping areas. The view of the lake is beautiful and my son woke me for a sunrise one day. Michael provided many details about check-in and was very responsive when we had questions. It was great to have so many things to do- we loved using the kayaks and paddle boards.

Perfect Stay for the a boys trip

Absolutely perfect location for a boys trip/bachelor party! The host was present and available when needed and was there to greet us upon arrival. The main house and guest house provided enough room for everyone and the two hot tubs along with the lake were perfect. The actual centrepiece of the trip was the bumperpool table as that ended up occupying most of our time! Overall, great trip and great spot to book a stay, would recommend!

We had a fantastic time! The place was perfect for our needs--including my need for accessibility (I use a wheelchair) and in a beautiful spot. And the owner did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable--including supplying wonderful toys to use on the lake!The only things you couldn't tell from the write-up--there are car noises from the road nearby and it really doesn't sleep 10--adults at least. it was a perfect size for 4 adults. 4 adults and a few kids would work fine.

Fun & Relaxing time at the Lake House

We had a great time at the Lake House. Plenty over water activities on property. Relaxing Hot Tubs on property. The house was clean and loaded with board games and bumper pool. We visited Montreal, Burlington VT. and Ausable Chasm while we were there. It was a pleasure dealing with Mark and his family. Fun had by all!

A Beautiful Getaway at a Beautiful Lake House!

This property was just what we had hoped for. The listing and photos describe the place accurately. What it didn't describe well enough was how fantastic the views of the lake were from the primary bedroom at sunrise. Michael was a wonderful host and we couldn't have had a better small family gathering at his place. He was kind, considerate and generous and a really interesting person. We would be happy to go back to the Lake House !
