The accommodations were good, plenty of hot water and cold air. Perfect location for the base or fishing. You will be up early with the roosters, but outside of that it was peaceful. Five stars, would recommend.
This little house is very nicely done. Water pressure is excellent. A/C and heat work well. Bed is comfortable. We had some traveling mishaps on the way and were not able to get there until a day later. The owner worked with us concerning the situation which was MUCH appreciated! The other people around were very nice. We felt safe the entire time. There are two roosters next door so keep that in mind. We used a white noise machine and didn't hear them, but when we turned it off in the morning we did hear them crowing. I would not mind staying here again.
Going down to Beaufort to celebrate my brother's retirement from the Marine Corps after 27 years. After looking at several places online, I chose this one based on the overwhelming positive reviews. The home was well furnished and clean inside except for a dirty rag laying in the shower. The exterior of the home Not too bad however a mobile home next door has turkey, ducks and chickens caged and roaming around all the properties. Constant noise from crowing, quacking etc...Unable to rest during the day and very little rest through the night. Not a place you would want to spend any time outdoors at. In good faith can not recommend.
First impression was uncertain. Upon entering house it was delightful?
Newly renovated, and beautifully decorated. Very comfortable.
I would definitely recommend it.
Firstly, the inside is very cute and feels warm and homey. The owner met us there to be sure we checked in okay, even though we had a late arrival time.
The property is a trailer park that has been purchased for renovations for VRBO future rentals. It's close to good neighborhoods, with easy access to Walmart & other shopping stores nearby (about 1 mile or so). So when you first arrive, it seems like a trailer park and a bit sketchy, but the remaining mobile homes are empty and shells of homes. The owner let us know that he was working on restoring and renovating them one at a time. This little house is the first one to be finished, which is very cute. The only other neighbor lives right next door and is the housekeeper for this little gem.
So, heads up - get past the outside appearance of the property, as I'm sure the entire vision of the property will end up as amazing as the house we stayed in.

Great trip!
The property is wonderful. The owner is very accommodating. The setup is great. It was fantastic for coming to Beaufort for the MCAS Air Show. We will definitely book this place again for any other Beaufort trips!
We stayed here over the weekend. Owner was great to work with. Answered any questions we had in a very timely fashion. Rental was in a great location. It was located in a quiet area of town but central to the air station, Parris Island, downtown waterfront. We had plenty of room for our family of five including a baby. Great kitchen with plenty of room to cook. There were fresh flowers and a goodie snack basket waiting for us. We would definitely stay here next time we visit our Marine.
The home is beautiful and the owner is very gracious. The neighborhood is up and coming but was quiet and and easy to settle in. We were only passing thru for a night but if I returned to the area I would stay again.
the property is very nice and very quiet location. BETTTER THAN A HOTEL. THE OWNER WAS THERE TO WELCOME US AND HE WAS VERY POLITE. GREAT PLACE TO STAY WHILE YOU ARE IN BEAUFORT WIL GO BACK AGAIN.
I really enjoyed our weekend here. Convenient to local places. The inside was amazing great attention to every detail. The owners very easy to talk with and there if you needed anything. Outside area does need work but I have no doubt it is gonna be amazing soon. Canât wait to visit again.
