Ce mobile home récemment rénové est situé au centre de Beaufort et à moins de 5 minutes en voiture de l'île Parris, de la station aérienne MCAS et du magnifique centre-ville historique de Beaufort. Le mobile home a récemment été entièrement rénové à l'intérieur avec tous les nouveaux revêtements de sol, garnitures et peinture. Nouveaux appareils, salles de bains carrelées. Laveuse et sécheuse et grill extérieur sur place. Trois chambres / deux salles de bain avec canapé-lit gigogne dans le salon.

Very comfortable

Place is exactly like the pics. Very inviting, clean n comfortable inside. Beds are comfy too. Only thing is it is a 3 bebroom not 4. There were only 2 of us so it didnt matter. A place a couple doors down have chickens so if you are a light sleeper in the morning it could be an issue. Looks like working on the trailers beyond us still, but ours was great. Only spent 1 night but would stay again.

Beautiful home

This home is in an older mobile home lot, but don’t let that fool you! This home is newly remodeled on the inside and is beautiful! It is well decorated, has nice furniture and even has a sleep number bed in the master bedroom. We were only there for one night, but would definitely stay here again. The host was very kind and helpful. There were farm animals on the property that we really enjoyed. Thanks for accommodating us at the last minute!

A little caught of guard

Overall the stay was great. We were a little caught off guard with first impression of the place at first but ended up being a nice place. Had animals that the kids played with and chased.

We had an amazing stay at this property. We were a family of 5, traveling with a child with disabilities. The property was very quiet and even had animals that my grandson greatly enjoyed! We were close enough to the beach to enjoy, but far enough away to relax. We couldn’t have asked for a better host snd experience! We will definitely return!

I live locally but rented the property for my birthday weekend. I live in a one bedroom and I couldn’t accommodate a few friends that I had coming in for the weekend. We had a great time. Thank you for accommodating us!

Warm, cozy and comfortable.

Everything was as described. Home was cozy and had everything needed. We arrived a bit earlier than planned and Daniel was more than accommodating getting us in earlier than required. Family enjoyed the animals as well. Will definitely stay here again.

Quaint, quiet place very close enough to Beaufort that stores and restaurants are always an option for dinner.

Great stay!

We had a great time while staying here. It's a small mobile home and was just right for our group. We came for my son's Marine Corps graduation. The property is described perfectly. Loved that there were chickens, and ducks roaming the property and we didn't mind this at all. Daniel was very helpful with anything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Great little home

Great little beautifully renovated mobile home! Property manager was excellent and communication was great! We would not hesitate to stay here again! There are some animals (chickens, peacock, etc.) that are located on the same grounds as the property that may not be valued by all guests, but my kids loved watching and listening to them and they didn't bother us at all. Overall 5 stars. Definitely a great place to stay right outside of Beaufort.

Nice spot!

Very nice spot, stayed for a few days and would happily return. The other reviews weren't wrong, this is a great spot with a very nice and communicative property manager!

Nice mobile home in Beaufort

Very nice place! The mobile home was very nicely decorated and had everything we needed for our short stay. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. The home is on a piece of property kind of out in the woods with some other homes that are in various states of renovation. The caretaker has many animals such as chickens running around and a rooster that crows in the morning, but they did not cause any problems. Management was very nice and easy to work with. Overall, a nice place to stay!

USMC graduation!

Super friendly family who are renovating some homes with the needs of us traveling military families in mind! Warm welcome, treats on counter, snacks, coffee and even a sleep number bed!! The place was minutes from the base and the owners even allowed us a later checkout so our new Marine could change and shower before we hit the road! Customer/family service at its finest! Thanks for opening your property to us!
