Profitez du tournoi PGA depuis votre siège personnel au premier rang! Ce Legends 10 bénéficie d’un emplacement privé fantastique avec une vue spectaculaire sur le sud. Ce spacieux condo surplombe le cinquième green du Stadium Course et deux grands lacs adjacents au green. Au-delà de cette magnifique toile de fond, vous apprécierez les vues panoramiques dégagées sur les montagnes de Santa Rosa, car il n'y a pas de maison entre vous et la magnifique montagne. A l'intérieur, vous trouverez trois chambres spacieuses et bien aménagées ainsi que trois salles de bains et demie avec une grande séparation. Chaque suite a un lit king size et sa propre salle de bain privée. Cette maison est professionnellement décorée avec de beaux revêtements de sol tout au long. La cuisine est entièrement équipée pour tous vos besoins.
Il se trouve à quelques minutes des terrains de Pollo, des festivals de musique Coachella et Stagecoach, ainsi que du jardin de tennis Indian Wells. De plus, vous pourrez prendre place au premier rang du Tournoi Career Builder de PGA Tours!

Very cozy home in PGA West neighborhood

This home is very clean and comfy, and only 10min away from Coachella music festival. The host is very responsive and we had no issues checking in/out. This home actually has 3 bedrooms, with each room having its own bathroom for use. The views in the back are amazing and I would highly recommend this place.

I've stayed at the PGA around 10 times and this was one of the best units I've stayed in. Three king beds come in handy. Christy was very responsive and professional.

Great place, would highly recommend it

We loved hanging out in the morning drinking coffee on the back terrace watching the golfers come through the 5th green. Great place, lots of room, very comfortable, just as displayed on site.

Wonderful place to stay. Clean , spacious, well equipped for cooking, great views from of the Stadium Course, each bedroom has a bathroom many small details reflected the owner’s care.

This was a great place to stay. The house was clean and check in was easy when we arrived. It was also quiet so no complaints with noise. I would stay here again if I were to come back to the area.

Perfect La Quinta Getaway

Bright, clean, and roomy home in a beautiful gated PGA West community. The home (and especially the kitchen) was well furnished with numerous thoughtful amenities. It was so nice sitting outside on the lovely patio watching the many golfers come through. We would definitely stay here again!

The perfect getaway!

We had an excellent experience with our stay here. The check-in and check out was quick and easy and communication regarding our stay was detailed and thorough. The home was spotless and beautifully decorated. We appreciated that the kitchen was well stocked and the views to the golf course and mountains were beautiful. We did not get a chance to sit out on the patio but the set up outside is perfect for a glass of wine or a margarita by the fire pit to watch the desert sunsets or a coffee in the morning to watch the golf course warm up in the morning light. It is obvious the owners take great care in their home and pay attention to little details that make a stay feel warm and inviting. We would definitely come back again to stay in this lovely condo! Thank you

Owner thought of everything

The property was so enjoyable. The home was clean and comfortable. Everything was in excellent condition and easy to use (tv's, kitchen appliances, etc.). The location was beautiful, on the fifth green of the Pete Dye Stadium Course, and quiet, and the views of the mountains with the golf course in the foreground were spectacular.

Lovely spotless home

This is our second time renting this home in 2 yrs. It won’t be our last! We love how it is furnished, nice linens and and terrific view. Owners are great to work with and we’ll definitely come back again!

A golfer's paradise

We were 3 golfers visiting Palm Springs region for a golf vacation and we really enjoyed our stay. This residence is gorgeous and immaculate. We appreciated all details put in by the owners. All 3 rooms are comfortable.. The patio right on PGA West's Stadium Course 5th hole is lovely. The kitchen is very well equipped.

Best Inverness Property

From the beautiful relaxing view on the patio, this lovely home was the perfect getaway for us. . We enjoyed the master bedroom with nice linens and the other amenities which were a step above. Everything was spotless and newly renovated. Owners were very accommodating and available as needed. We will definitely return. This is a Very Special home!

Favorite PGA West Property

Clean, bright and comfortable...what a terrific property and our favorite of properties we have stayed at within PGA West. The TPC Stadium course location is quiet with two pools/hot tubs within a short walk to relax in after golfing or hiking. The home is updated and well furnished with exceptional kitchen and patio. Sitting by the gas firepit in the evening with a glass of wine was so relaxing. Christy the host was highly responsive to any question we had. Would definitely stay here again

Fantastic Property!!!

We have a lot of experience with PGA West having had access to a family home on Palmer Private for several years. This year, I was looking for a property to accommodate myself, husband, and two other family members for a long weekend in January. I happened across this property which stood out due to location on the Stadium Course for the. What a spectacular stay we experienced! I’ve rented many properties over the years and this one was fantastic. The property was beautiful! Furnishings, accommodations (king size beds - yay!), decor, and the best part (again, besides the location) was the fully stocked kitchen. The pantry had salt, pepper, and many spices. The cupboards were *full* of great glassware, dinnerware, and serving pieces. One doesn’t always find such a fully stocked kitchen. Bedroom linens were superb; tons of towels in the bathrooms. All in all, a beautiful and comfortable environment. Fantastic patio, view of #5 green (Double Trouble), and a grill that we used a few times. We all commented that we felt like we were staying with great friends - not a rental.The host was very responsive to a few questions I had related to tournament weekend access. We’ll definitely look to book again soon! Thank you, hosts!
