Beautiful beach views, nice condo. Could use some updating. Queen bed very uncomfortable, could use mattress topper maybe, and twin bedroom could use ceiling fan, very hot. Nice kitchen and nice pool and amenities. Great condo for the price. 8/10 (only because of bed)

Thank you for the review and for choosing our condo! I understand about the bed. It's a firm mattress because that's what we prefer and most guests prefer. I wish it were possible to accommodate everyone's preference for bedding without having to buy a 'sleep number bed', which would get destroyed with the heavy summer traffic. But I do understand. Everything was wonderful! Beautiful views, plenty of space, easy access to pools and beach. Condo was very clean. Beds were comfortable. WIFI was a little spotty but it was manageable. We would definitely stay here again!!

Hi Thank you so much for choosing us. It was our pleasure having you. We also love that magnificent view! The Internet and WiFi Hardware is all brand new, along with the streaming Direct TV service. There have been a few kinks since the recent changeover. Hopefully that improves with time. We didn't have any problems when we were there with WiFi/ internet, but we had to reboot the TV a time or two when it was first installed. Call on us any time! John and Connie

This was just as advertised. We enjoyed our stay as always. The beach was great it's a little bit of a walk but still vetter than having to go to the public beach. We would definitely stay again. Thanks lin for hosting us.

It was a pleasure having you! Always great to hear our guests enjoyed their vacations! Call on us any time and if you call direct, you can avoid the VRBO fees. You are right about the wide expanse of beach and sand dunes making the walk to the water a little farther than 'usual'. They put these building setbacks in the proper place to leave natural dunes in place and preventing the tide from flooding the property. We've owned for 24 years and in all the tropical stormand hurricanes, the high tide makes it to the lawn but not beyond. The lawns have never been killed by saltwater. They laid it out perfectly! And the dunes and beaches are natural and have not once needed replenishment by man and dredges like so many beaches elsewhere.

We enjoyed our stay! The condo was very clean and had everything you could need. Plenty of pools, activities and easy access to the beach.

We had the best time staying here. The view from the balcony is beautiful and the condo has everything you need. Communication with owner was fantastic and all the information you could need is shared before your trip. 100% recommend

What a view!!!! This condo had a great location on the Gulf Coast and very easy walking access to a beautiful beach - we enjoyed sunrises and sunsets every day! The property is in a safe and well-kept resort with plenty of ammenities, and its location was convenient to Fort Morgan, Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, the state park, and Foley.The condo is on the top floor (great views!) and had everything we needed for an easy and comfortable month-long stay. We were able to prepare and enjoy all of our meals as we had planned (including using the resort charcoal grills). Bed was very comfortable, and we appreciated the dressers and closets for organization. Two bathrooms allowed us to spread out - and great water presure in the showers. TV, internet, and cell service were all excellent!We could not have asked for a better stay!

2024 Beach Vacay

We had an amazing time at this condo! Great location, unit, pools, beach access, and never waited over 3 minutes for the elevator! Owner communication was exceptional. Our family will definitely stay again.

Great condo!

The condo and location are great! Spectacular views and easy access to the beach. The pools are really convenient too. The restaurant (Sassy bass island grill) is located in the first floor of the unit and is delicious! Have to try the Dirty Banana!

Great Gulf Location

Top floor so view was very good towards the beach/ocean, and surrounding area. Being on the top floor condo was very quite and relaxing. Roomy and comfortable with 2bed/ 2 bath.
