Cette jolie maison est sûre de répondre à toutes vos attentes avec ses décorations lumineuses et de plage et son concept d'aménagement ouvert. Surface habitable dispose de 3 puits de lumiÚre alimentés à l'énergie solaire pour laisser entrer ce soleil de Cape Cod! Neighborhood is quiet, off the beaten path not a drive through street. You won't be disappointed with this cottage.

The property was immaculate and we just love the location! It's a very easy walk to the beach as well as in a quiet location with very little traffic. When we walk in it feels like home. love that I can be in the kitchen and still see everyone in the living room. The porch is a favorite place in the morning as is the deck I love the skylights which is a great place to watch a thunderstorm. It doesn't take long, just a few minutes to drive to West Dennis Beach. And close to a lot of places to eat and ice cream. We will be renting this cottage again.

There is a side porch which we used a lot to ’s close to West Dennis Beach. There are a lot of places close by to eat and most places have take out as well. It is also close to Stop & Shop, Cuffy’s , ice cream and gas station. We love to be on the deck it’s a perfect place for morning coffee or meals. We have used the grill several times. We plan on coming back later this year and next year. We would highly recommend this cottage.

We have rented this same property several years now, and always enjoy our stay. The house was spotless and nice little treats were left for us. We love how close we are to the beach and how quiet the neighborhood is. We got to the beach a few days as well as a few breweries that are fairly close by. Can't wait to go back again next year

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was amazing. When we walk through the door it feels like coming home. We have rented this cottage a lot. The floor plan is open. There are three sky lights that can be opened which also let in a lot of light. We spend a lot of time in the side porch which has a second Tv and the deck we have used the grill for several meals. There is enough space in the master bedrooms closet and dresser for both of us. The second bedroom also has a good size dresser and closet. It is close to West Dennis beach. There is a family of bunnies that came to visit while we were there. We will be coming back to rent this cottage again.
