D'après Wikipedia: Un Jangada est un bateau de pêche traditionnel (en fait un radeau à voile) fabriqué à partir de bois utilisé dans la région nord du Brésil. La construction de la jangada intègre certaines améliorations apportées à l'artisanat néolithique: de meilleurs matériaux ont été trouvés et la physique de la voile a été mieux observée grâce à l'expérimentation. Les d��tails sont étroitement gardés par des artisans.

Jangada Breeze sur Folly Beach est une maison de plage magnifiquement rénovée et fabriquée à la main. La construction moderne a incorporé des notes de design de maison de plage traditionnelle comme les planchers de pin partout et les plafonds de pin à gorge. Aucun espace n'a été négligé dans cette maison impeccablement conçue.

Jangada Breeze est situé sur un grand terrain et à seulement 100 mètres de l'océan. Lorsque vous entrez dans la propriété, une grande véranda vous accueille. Détendez-vous sur le canapé, les chaises ou le hamac confortables tout en profitant de la brise fraîche de l'océan. Une fois à l'intérieur de la maison, la cuisine ouverte, le salon et la salle à manger offrent de nombreux espaces pour permettre à votre groupe de se détendre. La cuisine du chef comprend une cuisinière à gaz, de grands plans de travail en quartz et des appareils haut de gamme avec étagères ouvertes et nombreux rangements. Il y a une grande table à manger pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes et un îlot de cuisine avec des sièges supplémentaires. Hors de la cuisine est une laveuse et sécheuse et demi-bain.

La suite principale a un lit king size et une grande salle de bain avec douche carrelée et double vasque. La deuxième chambre a un lit queen et partage une salle de bain avec la troisième chambre avec deux lits jumeaux.

À l'arrière de la maison, il y a une terrasse spacieuse avec beaucoup de meubles, une table de pique-nique et un gril à gaz. Les chiens bien élevés sont les bienvenus moyennant des frais nominaux. Veuillez vous renseigner pour plus de détails.

Lovely beach getaway

My family enjoyed a long weekend at this beautifully renovated property. The decor is lovely, the beds are very comfortable, and the bathrooms are spacious and clean. We loved the spacious outdoor porches and being just steps from the beach access. We can’t wait to stay again!

Wonderful place!

My family stayed here for a little over a week, and we loved it! The home is a great size with a casual, beautiful decor, and all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect because it is within walking distance of the restaurants and bars, but just far enough away for completely quiet nights. We will stay again for sure!

Great Beach Getaway

The property was fantastic! Super easy beach access, about a 2 minute walk and very close to downtown, but far enough to be in a nice quiet part of the street. Both decks were great to sit out on and we would definitely come back!

Perfect Stay in Folly Beach

This beach house was perfect for our group for our 3 week stay. The house was super clean and has everything you need to entertain family or want to just keep it simple...you don't have to bring a thing! Everything was well stocked, from dishes, books, yoga mat to extra blankets and pillows. The house was decorated nicely and has a special real home feel. The layout was great so we could all be together comfortably, either while preparing meals on the huge kitchen island or lounging by the fireplace. Wifi worked great and the screened in front porch was very inviting and got lots of sun. The location both to the beach and to Folly Beach town was easily walkable. The weather got a bit cold and it snowed while we were there and the property managers were in contact right away to give some extra support if needed. We would rent this place again when we return to the area!

Beautiful House close to the Beach

Beautiful clean house with great kitchen, family room, back deck and front porch (our favorite)! Super close to the beach and easy to walk or golf cart to town (or Bert’s Market). We loved the house and Folly and plan to return! Our dogs loved it too!

Loved this house!

This is a beautiful and comfotable house for our family. There always some shade and depending on where the sun is, you go to the deck on one side or the screened porch on the other side. There is a short walk to the beach and close to Bert's Market and down town restaurants.

Wonderful home

We had a wonderful stay here. Short walk to beach access. The house is perfect -- very clean and inviting and well stocked with everything you might need. The porches are both large and comfortable, although the front porch can be a bit noisy with traffic at times. My only complaint is that the listing did not make accessibility issues clear enough for bringing elderly guests. Overall A+.

Fantastic!

This property was a perfect layout for a family with teenagers. Plenty of space for our family and overall very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked for preparing meals. Overall very clean. Great location that’s just a short walk to the beach and plenty of restaurants in walking distance. We can’t wait for our next trip to Folly Beach and would certainly look to stay here again.

Great beach house

This was the perfect rental for a family vacation with our dog to Charleston/Folly Beach. The house was exceptionally clean and comfortable. It was well-stocked and had everything we needed. We loved relaxing on the screened in porch, and the beach is only a block or so away. The location is quiet and primarily residential. Most bars/restaurants in Folly Beach are 15-20 min walk or short drive. We spent a lot of time in downtown Charleston which was only a 20-25 min drive. We would definitely stay here again!

We love this property. Two years in a row. Location is great, 1 block to beach makes it convenient to go back and forth. The big open floor plan is great, but we honestly spent 75% of our time on the front porch. Comfortable with the furniture, breeze, fans and girls loved the Hammock! It was a perfect week and house

Great house with close beach access

House was spacious and as described. Loved the back deck in the morning since it got some shade. We did not use the wooden table on the deck, but would’ve loved to have a larger table to eat at. The wooden table was just too worn. Beach Access was great. We didn’t have to walk far to find a beautiful spot of sand. The stairs in the front of the property are very steep so we used the back stairs quite a bit. It would be very nice to have a keypad on the back door as well for easy access. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

“HGTV” worthy Home with personality just steps from the beach

The property became home base for family and friends to gather during a Charleston wedding. The spaciousness of the house, screened in porch, deck and a kitchen worthy of its own HGTV show. All the amenities of home and the beach around the corner. Folly Beach and Charleston has won many new fans who will be frequent visitors. Thank you so much. Forever grateful for the memories.

Wonderful stay

We loved this house and can’t wait to come back. Traveled with 4 adults and a 4 year old and 1 year old. Being able to close the door off to the back bedrooms was very helpful for keeping the noise level down when the kids are napping. The kitchen was well stocked with any appliance or gadget you might need. We loved the big round table to eat all of our meals. Both porches are wonderful! Mattresses on the beds were very comfortable. Location was right around the corner from the beach access. Had a wonderful time!

Is it possible to give this home 6 stars?

We absolutely loved everything about it. It's been carefully renovated, with every appliance and kitchen utensil we needed. The beds and pillows couldn't have been more comfortable and the linens and towels seemed brand new. We spent most of our time on the amazing front porch, but ate some of our meals on the back patio as well. There are so many great touches to this home -- we felt as comfortable as we do in our own home. We are dying to come back.
