Ce condo de luxe de 2 chambres à coucher et 2 salles de bain, parfaitement situé, est une excellente escapade dans les montagnes Rocheuses pour les familles ou groupes jusqu'à huit personnes. Cette unité a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour un ski de détente ou des vacances d'été à Breckenridge et rien de plus. Base 9 condos offre un emplacement imbattable à seulement deux pâtés de maisons du centre-ville et une promenade facile jusqu'au quartier de base du pic 9 de la station de ski de Breckenridge. Vous adorerez l’accès au bain à remous et le foyer au gaz, parfaits pour se réchauffer après une journée de ski sur les pistes.
La pièce à vivre est spacieuse avec un mobilier confortable, une cheminée à gaz et une grande télévision à écran LCD. La cuisine attenante, équipée de comptoirs en granit, d'appareils en acier inoxydable et de tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour créer un chef-d'œuvre culinaire, se trouve juste à côté du salon. We were a couple, our adult daughter and her baby. The unit is in a location we love the neighborhood towards the top of Main. It’s walking distance to Maggie Pond, Main Street, the Gondola. and the Troll. The unit was clean, spacious and well stocked. We struggled getting our luggage and a stroller to the apartment since it’s on the second floor and there is no elevator. Also, there was a new washer/dryer combo machine that was in the master closet. We wished we had instructions on how to use the machine since we have never seen one before. We had to google! We enjoyed our stay!

Summer in Breckenridge

Wonderful stay, updated property walking distance downtown. Also close to train park which was great as we were traveling with our toddler. Would absolutely stay again!

solid accommodations right next to Breck! we had 7 adults and things would have been tight with many more, but with children this could easily fit 9.

Lovely place, nice location

Fabulous time in Breck with our family of 4. Plenty of sleeping room and a nice lay out to the condo. Management checked in often to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Highly recommend this place.

Perfect property for two couples (+kids). Has a great kitchen and location in Breckenridge. Beds were comfortable. Very clean. Everything is within walking distance. Nice trails nearby.

Nice Place

The property was very nice, just as described. The kitchen was nicely supplied with every thing you need to prepare meals. The only issue we had was we were given the incorrect code to get into the property. Once we made a call it was quickly resolved. I would recommend and would stay there again.

Quiet and well equipped. Could use new kitchen chairs. Indoor carpet on deck was a mistake - soaked when rained on, so deck not of much use.

Disappointing experience

The location is close to the slopes, convenient to shopping, restaurants, etc. We live in Florida and booked a ski trip. It was very cold so we wanted to use the fireplace - it didn't work. I texted property mgm immediately, they said we had to wait until next day because it wasn't an emergency! We were told a part needed to be ordered from a "vendor" which never arrived. It's Colorado in the winter so the fireplace was a selling point but we never had use of it. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking needs. However, some of the items were not clean; when you closed the refrigerator door it pops open the freezer door so you need to be cognizant of closing BOTH doors, the microwave oven did not work properly because the turntable didn't work and it made a horrible sound; the sink in BOTH bathrooms was plugged and it took forever for water to drain (maintenance came to fix it, but the issue still continued); the description said there is a washer AND dryer. It's a new COMBINATION unit so it took over 2-1/2 hours to dry a small, light load! The baseboard heater in the 2nd bedroom, which is at the head of the queen and bunk beds, was covered with hair, dust and dirt - horrible for folks with allergies! Water was spilled on kitchen floor- when we wiped up, the paper towels were BLACK. Proof the unit is not thoroughly cleaned as advertised.

Well outfitted apartment

Enjoyed a 5 day stay, convenient location. Took the shuttle right in front of the apartment to get to the slopes and walked into town for dinner. The apartment is well outfitted and comfortable.

Excellent Location

This is our 3rd time to stay in this VRBO & we love it more each time. It's close to hiking trails and restaurants, yet far enough away not to hear the traffic on HWY 9. We absolutely love that there are no animals allowed in this condo due to my severe allergies. The new washer/dryer was the only thing I didn't totally love, lol. It's not a deal breaker, as I figured it out & we hope to stay here again.

Great family stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed here with 4 adults for 4 nights. Location is so ideal. We walked to downtown everyday. So close to everything. Home was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We used the kitchen and cooked most of our meals. Beds are very comfortable. Large walk in closets and drawers to unpack everything. Beautiful master bath shower. Everything is updated and clean. The only thing we were missing is use to a swimming pool, but it wasn't necessary. Have stayed in this complex before and will continue to do so.

3 Night Stay in Breckenridge, Base 9

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The 2 bedroom/2 bath home was fantastic. The owners or property management company kept in contact frequently to ensure all of our questions were answered in a timely fashion. The living room area had a nice gas fireplace that we used to stay warm and cozy. The kitchen was extremely well stocked. Everything you can think of was provided. Large table for dining. A grill was provided. Each room had a tv and access to their respective bathrooms. The master bedroom had a comfy king size bed which was a plus. The second bedroom had a queen bed and bunk beds. Perfect for kids. The home was awesome and we would give it a 9 out of 10. 1 point off because the hot water would run out when someone would shower for 5 min. Other than that, it was an excellent stay! Would consider renting again next year! Easy walking distance to Main Street and Peak 9. The Free Ride shuttle bus was right near the condo. Very easy to take to other Peaks/locations. The only concern we had was that the HOA must do a better job with shoveling and de-icing the stairwell. It was slippery going down with both shoes and ski boots.
