Ce 4B / 2 joliment conçu et décoré. 5B Row home est à quelques minutes du très populaire Village at Meridian. Il est également très proche de tous les magasins et restaurants le long du chemin Eagle.
La cuisine est entièrement équipée (économiser de l'argent en mangeant à l'intérieur), le garage pour 2 voitures et la cour arrière clôturée pour les animaux domestiques, les enfants et le barbecue sont à votre usage exclusif!

Les chambres sont aménagées pour un repos maximum. Dormez comme un rocher dans le lit king confortable du premier étage, le lit queen dans la deuxième chambre, le lit double dans le troisième et les deux lits simples dans la quatrième chambre. Il y a une salle de bain complète dans le maître et une autre salle de bain complète pour les deux autres chambres, ainsi qu'une demi-bain dans le salon pour les invités.

Centrally located home

This home is centrally located in Meridian. Close to Albertsons and many restaurants. Check in was smooth, communication was great. The home was very clean and had a lot of room to spread out. We would stay here again.

The location was just right for our trip. The property was nice for the 5 adults we had plenty of space and were able to enjoy our time together in the main living area. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed.

Perfect Place to Stay

The host made our stay memorable and enjoyable. Check in was easy. We had a small problem when we first arrived but the responsiveness of the host to help us out was fantastic. Very communicative and responsive. The home was beautiful and very comfortable. It was a great place to rest and relax after a long day of work. The pictures of the home are accurate. The location was perfect for us. I highly recommend staying here if you are in the area.

Perfect location; comfortable stay

I stayed with three teens in this comfortable home. It was great. Everyone had their own bed and space. Kitchen had everything we needed. Close to shopping (we were there for school clothes shopping), and a park nearby. Would definitely stay again!

What a great house!

We come back every year and this was the first time our family stayed in this home and it was great, as we now expect from all MSTH properties. We'll definitely be back. It's spacious, modern, clean and has everything we need. It even has all the basics needed to cook and bake!

Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay here! The house was very clean and comfortable and there was plenty of space for the 6 of us. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well-stocked. We hung out at the kitchen table the most playing games and talking. The house was in a great location. Easy to get to shopping, restaurants, zoo, mall, downtown and Idaho State. Nice being on a corner with room to park 3 cars. Host was great! I’d stay here again!

We loved our stay!

The house was very clean! It had everything we needed. The property management were great to work with and very responsive. There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep. My only complaint would be that there were not enough extra blankets. My kids got cold from the AC but everyone else was hot so they got froze out. Not a big deal! Would definitely rent from them again.

Group Effort

Great experience. We were a group of unrelated adults attending a political convention. We were half men & half women. The house is set up so the men could have the upstairs facilities and the women stayed on the main floor. We all had enough privacy. We were close enough to the Boise Center to carpool or take Uber.. We came as friends committed to an event, and left still as friends!! That says a lot about our accommodations.

Lack of cleanliness

We arrived around 10pm. We were very happy at first. Once we woke up in the morning, we started to see more issues. Here is a list of the issues. Flickering kitchen light, broken bar stools, mold in coffee drip tray signaling it had never been cleaned. The master bedroom air return on the celling was filthy, full of dust. The outside sitting area was full of cobwebs around the lights and all of the windows. We would not stay this home again. We will definitely be looking for another home for our next visit. On a good note the contact person was very responsive, he did offer to repair the barstools before our departure.

It Makes the Grade

It was the first time I was charged for a security deposit and I felt like I was immediately going to lose that deposit. 4 of 8 chair legs were visibly broken with two having had been poorly "repaired" with clear packing tape. None of the outlets in either of the downstairs bathrooms worked (or at least would not run a blow dryer or straightener). The top of the dishwasher rack was broken and when loaded, would be weighed down and droop. The walkways had ice and snow which is inevitable; but having snow melt/salt would have been appreciated (3 of us slipped on the back and front walkways into the garage and house). Lastly, although there is a smart TV, the only access we had for content was Netflix. The place was clean and housed us, but it wasn't my favorite VRBO experience unfortunately.

Atrocious!!

We arrived late and were all tired from a long travel day. Upon entering there was a horrible smell throughout. Opened windows to try and air out. Next morning when we woke up and started looking around. This place was filthy. Bedding didn't appear to be cleaned. Dog hair everywhere, boogers on the walls, carpets and floors had not been vacuumed. I called the property manager immediately. He was very responsive. He did go and buy all new linens, towels and bedding. Gave us a small discount. Once we returned we're happy to see clean beds. But that was all. I ended up cleaning and vacuuming up dog hair from the livingroom and dining area. If it was possible we would have made other arrangements. It was a busy weekend in Boise with all the state tournaments going on. This experience was so horrible I'm not sure I'll be booking through VRBO again. Signed, Extremely disgusted guests!!!

Master Bathroom Needs More Thorough Cleaning

Overall, a decent place to stay and location was convenient. Layout of the house is good for families. Cleanliness in the master bathroom was sorely lacking. Shower drain backed up because of build up of hair and there was soap scum on floor and sides of shower. Bathroom floor had an accumulation of dust and hair on the floor. Fortunately, the cleaning person showed up early and was able to remedy the shower drain. Other bathrooms were clean and not an issue. It appeared the cleaners did most of the house, but didn't finish cleaning the master bathroom. Master bedroom needed to be vacuumed and surfaces dusted/wiped down. Also, one of the lamps was missing a knob for the on/off switch and unable to be used. TV service was a bit difficult to understand and the remote control was slow to respond. Was able to improve the remote control response by unplugging the TV. Liked use of the garage. Overall a comfortable stay. Would give a higher rating if the master bathroom had been cleaner.

I have a wonderful wife and 3 amazing kids and in my quest to stay healthy, I'm an avid Crossfitter. I love spending the winters in Arizona and summers in Boise, ID.

I bought this home because it was modern, comfortable and spacious. We love having the master bedroom on the ground floor. We also knew our kids would love having their own rooms. They also need a fenced yard and the quiet streets where they can ride their bikes.

This home has a large master suite on the ground floor with an on-suite bathroom with large walk-in closet and double vanity. Also the fenced back yard is a nice bonus.
