Ce bel appartement en front de mer situé au 2ème étage offre une vue splendide et époustouflante sur la plage de sable blanc de Saint Augustine.

Ce condo est situé dans le complexe en bord de mer de l'espagnol Trace Ocean Club. Il dispose d'une cuisine entièrement équipée et entièrement équipée avec des appareils en acier inoxydable pour votre séjour! Condo fournit le WIFI gratuit, 3 télévisions à écran plat avec DVD, de beaux meubles, un sol de luxe, des serviettes de plage et des chaises de plage pour vous assurer de meilleures vacances! Condo a un grand porche avec des sièges extérieurs pour regarder l'océan. Ascenseur à moins de 40 pieds de l'unité pour un accès pratique.
À quelques minutes en voiture du centre-ville historique de Saint Augustine, à deux heures de Disney World, de Sea World et d’Universals. Pour les fans de course, Daytona est à 40 minutes en voiture.

ok place to stay

the condo was nicely decorated but the small bedroom needs new pillows for sure. Most VRBOs provide soap and shampoo, this one had a small bar of soap,one tablet for the dishwasher, had to buy laundry detergent because we were not aware before hand that we had to wash towels & there is not a washer/dryer in the unit. Need to provide a list of tv channels that are available. The tall lamp in the living area is falling apart. We did not cook so not sure about the stove. The beds are ok for comfort except for the above mentioned pillows. Sliding glass door is very hard to open. Balcony furniture is nice, good view of the sunrise. Very quite.

Excellent location!

The condo was perfect for our family! We loved the location. The beach was beautiful and the property was very quiet and family friendly! It is a convenient driving distance to the town of St. Augustine which was nice. Since we flew and couldn’t bring our own beach gear, we appreciated the beach towels and chairs that were provided. There weren’t any sand toys for the kiddos but we picked up some inexpensive ones and left them! Tina was excellent to work with. She was extremely responsive and helped immediately when there was an issue with the property gate due to an electrical storm. The condo is well decorated and well stocked. You will need to supply laundry detergent and coins for using the machines downstairs but the office was great to exchange coins for us. The air mattress worked great and was just what we needed to sleep our 3rd kiddo (there are beds for 4). Highly recommend!! We had a wonderful time!

Everything we hoped it would be

We were looking for a cute, comfortable condo with an amazing view -- and we got exactly what we wanted! Tina, thank you for the wonderful communication and the chance to stay a stone's throw from the ocean. St. Augustine was a sun-splashed dream, and we plan on visiting again!

Great place. Beautifully decorated. Awesome view of the ocean.

Great location. Would have like to have been provided shampoo, conditioner, tissues, and paper towels. We had to buy more toilet paper. Yet, that would not keep me from renting again. We had to get more toilet paper. It said it slept six but did not described how. It was a blow up mattress which we opted not to use no slept on the couch.

A week with history n the beach

We are making our way though Fl this winter investigating different areas. Love this area. The pictures of this property don’t do it justice. Very clean and that porch watch sunrise every morning was fabulous. The walk to pool n beach very easy and great location for sight seeing. We love the lighthouse and downtown for history. We walked to beach everyday to enjoy it. Large beach for everyone. Tina was fabulous as the air wasn’t working when we arrived very well and she had it fixed by the next day! Highly recommend renting from them.

The property has a beautiful view and is very convenient to restaurants and downtown tourist attractions. The owner has stocked beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and most every item you could need.

Place was very clean and nicely decorated. There was plenty of towels as well as beach towels .

Enjoyed our stay. The view of pool and beach was great. Unit was very clean and pleasant. Beds were comfy. We had a plumbing issue but it was resolved in a timely manner. Tina was very pleasant to work with in renting the unit and resolving the plumbing issue and was very apologetic. We had a very nice vacation.

Fantastic stay

Condo was very well maintained and well equipped. The courtyard grounds were beautiful. The view from the balcony is exactly how it is shown in the listing. When we arrived we found one of the two beach chairs was broken (the salty air had taken its toll). We reached out to the owner and the chair was replaced immediately. It is a short walk to the beach. The beach was not very crowded. We saw several dolphins and a sea turtle. Overall we had a fantastic stay that was very relaxing. We hope to visit again very soon.

Great getaway spot

Modern and clean, extremely convenient beach access (short stroll) and easy on and off car access for a beach cruise. Unit was exactly what we needed, large balcony for watching the waves and catching a bite to eat. Recommended.

Beach facing, extra towels, beach chairs, clean, nicely decorated, gated, had lot of fun staying.

The apartment was perfect location, near the beach and good view of the sea. The apartment had lots of towels, including beach ones. board games, beach chairs, full kitchen with all kitchen items, nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable and had a nice sleep. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Great get away!

We spent 5 nights here and it was fantastic. The condo itself was just as advertised and was very clean. Balcony has a great view of the pool and ocean. Beach was just a short walk away! We'll be back for sure!!

Very pretty, clean , updated condo. Loved sitting on the balcony and drinking coffee. The beach was beautiful. The place was not crowded or loud. It was close to the public beach access for cars so the beach was crowded for this time of year. The host was most helpful!! St Augustine is probably my favorite beach.

This property was amazing. We loved the beach front condo, the rooms were adorable, and the property had everything we needed to make the girls weekend a success. It's closed to old town and tons of shopping and excursions! What a great place!

Nice and Relaxing!

The condo was very clean and had all of the items necessary to enjoy a beach getaway! It has recently beenupdated and we loved how nice everything was. My kids especially loved playing the board games in the unit. The beach was lovely with soft sand and we all enjoyed swimming in the pool. We had a great time!

Owner was very responsive. Property was accurately listed.

We only had a few days but this property was perfectly beautiful. Ocean front sunrises and evening moonlit strolls on the beach were absolutely soul soothing. It is close the Pier, historic St. Augustine and Fort Matanzas. We cannot wait to return.

Beautiful and comfortable condo

Excellent 2 week stay, really nice condo with beachy decoration and all the comfort you need. Direct view of pool and sea, close to everything. Very relaxing. The owner is the best we had up to now using homeaway, quick to reply , really helpful and nice.

Spanish Trace Ocean Club is absolutely beautiful. You will fall in love the moment you walk in. Our condo has a stunning picturesque view of the beautiful ocean. You will love taking in the gorgeous sunrises and sunsets, the immaculate landscaping and refreshing pool. Downtown St. Augustine is amazing! Great food, great bars, and a little something for everyone!
