Cette liste est pour un condo au Summit Beach Resort, il est situé le long des plus belles plages du monde et à distance de marche de grands restaurants, d'un parcours de golf et d'autres attractions familiales. Le Summit Beach Resort offre à ses clients des équipements sur place tels que deux grandes piscines, le bar Summit Tiki, le marché Summit, le restaurant Bikini Bob, des bains à remous, des aires de pique-nique avec des grillades, des courts de tennis, un terrain de basket, trois courts de jeu de palets et un centre de fitness. Pendant l'été, les enfants peuvent profiter des activités de la zone aventure de la Collection Resort sur place, y compris les films de plongée préférés des fans sur la terrasse de la piscine au crépuscule. Chaque suite est entièrement meublée, offrant tout le confort de la maison. Le Summit est l'une des plus grandes stations balnéaires et offre certaines des meilleures valeurs sur la plage.

It would be perfect with heated pools

Its a beautiful resort but the pools are freezing they need heated and the beds are very hard

Very nice

Good location on the east side of PCB. Great room and very clean. Elevators were fast compared to other places I’ve stayed.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We found our forever Florida home! This was our 3rd year staying down in FL. and this condo was filled with love and care. Every corner from B/R to kitchen was in perfect condition. You could differently tell these owners care about this condo and the people that rented it. From a heavily supplied kitchen to a fast easy to use washer and dryer. I highly recommend this condo and property management company. Snow Birds from WI.

The condo was beautiful and very cozy. We didn’t do a lot of meal prep, however, the kitchen seemed to be stocked well. Definitely plan to stay here again!

Spring Break

My friends and I had a wonderful time! It’s a perfect location that allowed us to walk anywhere. I would 100% recommend this place to a group of friends or a small family who is trying to relax for the week or weekend. Can’t wait to come back again next year!

What a vacation!

Weather wasn't great but our condo was. It was beautiful and right on the beach. We would love to come back next year to the same unit and possibly stay another month!

Great Location, Classic Resort

The condo was great, location and cleanliness was good. For improvement: I would like to mention that the shower drain was clogged, could have used one more trash bag, and invest in better toilet paper! Thanks for providing the stay. Recommend this place to beach goers.

Wonderful condo

The condo was beautiful, as described. Everything was clean and nicely decorated. The owner was beyond friendly and wonderful to work with over a small issue we had. Would love to rent #812 if we head back to Panama City Beach. We loved everything about our stay.

clean condo with beautiful view

it’s the 8th floor, which turned out to be way better for a view of the water than the 4th floor we stayed on last time. Room was beautiful, clean, the dishwasher actually cleaned. The tvs were set up with roku that had Netflix and Disney so the kids were happy. We’ll be back next year.

The unit itself was newly updated and really nice.

The experience renting was really easy and professional. The TV situation is the only negative. There are no channels and the bedroom tv didn’t work. Besides that really pleases.

A week away - Unplug

Very nice, vent fan in bathroom is really loud. If you are sleep or watching TV it will wake you up or a need to raise the volume. View was awesome. Only one Elevator worked full time. Drinks at Bikini Bob's was watered down. Taste icy. Location close to a lot of things to do and places to eat.

Great place, beautiful beach & location!

Great place. Pictures are exactly like the condo looks. Everything we needed was provided. Main issue was the elevators but think that is an ongoing issue from what was said by other guests that have stayed there over and over. Its doable just frustrating. Only 1 or 2 out of 4 were working most of week. Overall great place and location. We did have an issue with cleaning crew not cleaning as well as we would like by leaving left over food & wrappers here and there and left over soap and hair in shower and also sand on furniture and floors more than expected for it to be freshly cleaned. Although it did smell very clean when we entered.

Vacation

We had a great stay! Everything is shown as you find it. Everything you need is in the room, minus a few small things like scissors, and maybe another spatula for if you're cooking more than one thing. We made do, though! The ice maker doesn't work. That definitely would have been more convenient than ice trays. They do sell ice on the property if you want. The room was clean except the coffee maker was not when we arrived, and we had to move the loveseat because we dropped something..so that needs to be moved and cleaned underneath. I would definitely stay here again. Convenient to a couple of restaurants and ice cream shops, and the property itself has lots to offer! If we return to PCB, we will definitely see if this room is available!

LOVE Summit and VRBO

We have chosen to stay at The Summit since 2007 with our children, but I have been staying with my parents and siblings since the 80’s. We absolutely love it. The outside pool area can get loud, but the condos have excellent soundproofing and the Security Guards stay on top of those wanting to party on the property after 11 p.m. Unit 812 was very clean with updated appliances and fixtures. The decor was very beachy, but not over the top like some units. The unit views right towards the end of the right side pool. Perfect for keeping an eye on children that could be swimming in either pool. There were no leaving instructions in the unit as stated in the contract, but we did what all other units have normally asked: leave towels in the bathtub, sheets and blankets in front of beds, take all trash out, load dishwasher, and clean balcony.

Good stay, but could have been better.

Overall our experience was pretty good. We enjoyed the condominium and it’s amenities (pools, hot tub, live music, tiki bar, food shack, and security). Because of this alone, we would stay at this resort again. In regard to our specific condo, the basics of our condo appeared and smelled clean when we walked in, however we did find a couple black hairs on the towels, not all of the dishes/pans were clean, there was mold on the bottom of the shower door and track, and one of the pillows in the living room had a very disgusting stain on it. Upon reaching out to management regarding the pillow, they simply said thanks for letting them know but did not apologize or show any sympathy. Moreover, upon realizing that the shower head was also broken and contacting management to fix it, they were once again quite short and did not show any urgency in fixing the only shower in our unit. All in all, we truly enjoyed the stay as a whole, however, I believe that by renting through the management company, our stay lacked that personal touch.
