Hi Matt, I’m very sorry about your experience. We have the apartment cleaned by a professional cleaning company each and every time a guest checks out. I have contacted them to discuss this. I wish I had known sooner, I would have asked them to come back right away. Cleanliness and our guests’s experience is extremely important to us. We would have made this right for you.

Hi LuAnn, thank you for your review. We appreciate your time. Televisions and remotes are quite difficult to operate, I agree. We had made videos on how to turn on each specific television precisely for this reason. I wish we had known, we could have sent you the videos or walked you through them,

We have gone through a few companies. They seem to be great at first and then start cutting corners. We wish we would have known sooner, we would have sent them back when you checked in. Hi Trish, I'm sorry you did not have a great stay. We have never listed the second bedroom as having 2 twin beds and 1 full bed. The photos do not reflect that either. The photos are very accurate. Perhaps that was a different apartment you had seen? Could you please be more specific about the cleaning, please? We have it cleaned numerous times per week. The sofas in the living room are brand new and as are the carpets. I did not know about people upstairs partying I would have called the police to come had I known. We are sorry you did not have a good experience. Our guest's happiness is very important to us. We would have liked the opportunity to make things right for you during your stay.

Hi Lisa, Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Yes, the two pocket doors were broken by previous guests. It’s very hard to control when something like this will break. We had a very full calendar of reservations. As soon as we had a two day gap to have the doors replaced, we did so. As you can imagine, most guests make their reservations months in advance. The only other option would have been to cancel guest reservations. We thought we made the right decision by not canceling on guests. We have a fully stocked kitchen with stainless pots and pans. We would have been more than happy to source something more specific had we known you had a need for something different.

Hi Julie, we are truly sorry about your experience. We have had a bad run of cleaning services in the last few months. We really do want to give our guests a nice experience and a clean environment. The two pocket doors had been broken by guests not knowing how to use them and pushing them off the tracks. We tried to have them removed numerous times however our reservations were back to back for quite some time making it very difficult for a contractor to come in and remove them and install new doors. We had no choice but to wait until there was a two day gap between reservations. As you can imagine, guests book their stay months in advance and it’s very hard to know when something will break. There is no way to know this. Our only other alternative was to cancel reservations but that didn’t seem like the right thing to do either. We do try to think of our guests first. We apologize this wasn’t the right decision made for you. Since your stay, we’ve had the two pocket doors replaced and the sofa replaced, as well. Had we known about the cleaning, we could have had them gone back as soon as you checked in. Thank you for your review.

Hi Lynn, Thank you for taking the time to write a review for us. I am sorry you did not find the bed comfortable. :( We could have supplied you with a topper had we known. We have not received feedback previously from any of our guests that the bed was uncomfortable. Spectrum was having issues with their service in large areas of Bradenton at that time.
