Dear Chris Thank you for staying I m sorry that your expectation of a great home was not met We have everything clearly posted all pictures are accurate a true representation of the property, we also request guests who are very particular to come and visit the property before they book and cancel if they are not happy, as I have been hosting for many years i have hundreds of great stays and very happy guests with positive reviews on all booking platforms including vrbo We do host large groups but that does not mean it’s free stay It’s posted if you book for 10 guests and 21 show up there will be extra guests fee You chose to not to include the actual number of guests in your reservation If you did put the actual number of guests in your reservation you would see the actual amount being charged I also offered you complimentary early check in and 5 pm late check out at no cost saving you over $1000.00 Your group was extremely messy left the house in a very dirty state You fried fish inside the house as we had to close the property to give it time to get rid of the fish smell You left half eaten fish outside on the ground In future if you book any property please read all posted info Make sure you are happy with listing Be clear about the number of guests Don’t fry fish inside the house Follow house rules Be truthful about the number of guests staying. I believe Your review is negative because you were asked to pay the extra guests fee
