Welcome to Playin' At The Pond! Imagine yourself at a cabin that you’ll never want to leave with up to 18 guests! This cabin has it all! Here you’ll find 3 sleeping areas in the main house, 1 in the small house, and 4.5 bathrooms. Outdoors you will enjoy the multiple, covered sitting areas and amenities of a hot tub, firepit, and multiple outside games including Pickleball, Tennis, Basketball, and Horseshoes!! Also enjoy waterfront access to 2 fully stocked pond and a creek.

Bedroom 1: King bed with attached private bathroom - sleeps up to 2 guests
Bunkroom 1: Queen bed with 1 set of full over full bunks with attached private bathroom - sleeps up to 6 guests
Bunkroom 2: 2 sets of full over full bunks - sleeps up to 8 guests
Small House: 1 King Bed with Full ensuite bathroom - sleeps up to 2 guests

★ PETS ALLOWED ★
We love those little furry bundles of joy. We allow pets 25 lbs or less ONLY with a 2 pet maximum. Pets must be crated when owner's are not in the cabin. Pet deposit is required.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the cabin! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees.

★ Noise Ordinance ★
We kindly ask you to treat our cabin as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Please respect the community noise ordinance from 10 PM to 10 AM. Always be respectful of our community and be good neighbors.

We encourage you to have a great time, but respect the cabin and neighboring cabins. Sounds travel very far in the remote areas of forest.

Housekeeping provides a starter supply of basic essentials. These supplies will not be replenished.

- 1 bottle of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, per shower

- 4 dishwasher pods

- 5 coffee pods
- Coffee grounds for 1 pot of coffee
- Coffee filters
- Small powder creamer

- 1 small container of hot tub chlorine (to use after each use as directed)
