Bel emplacement

Immeuble sympa ds un quartier très agréable. Deco un peu chargée. On entend les personnes du dessus (gênant juste a leur réveil) mais literie très confortable. Communication reactive avec Constance

Séjour de rêve

Constance nous a très bien accueillis. Le quartier est animé, il y a une boulangerie, une boucherie et un épicier devant la porte. Les délices d‘ Asie se trouvent juste à côté, d‘ autres petits restaurants sont situés tout proche. L‘ appartement est très calme, il est au-dessus d‘une cour ouvert au milieu de l‘immeuble au 5e étage avec vue et ascenseur minuscule pour deux. Le décor est raffiné, beau, d’ une ambiance intime, on se sent tout de suite chez soi. La litérie (1,60) est excellente, il y a des chevets avec des petites lampes. Dans la minuscule salle de bain, il se trouve même une petite baignoire avec la douche. Constance nous a fourni les serviettes et même les produits de soin. Et rien ne manque dans la cuisine... En plus, le métro 4, St. Placide, est à une minute, au coin de la rue. Notre séjour était formidable, merci Constance pour votre confiance, nous voudrions revenir. Karin et Andreas

Un appartement très agréable et fort bien situé pour explorer le centre de Paris

Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour dans cet appartement fort agréable, très calme et très bien situé. Nous avons eu l'impression d'être reçus comme des invités dixit l'adolescent de la famille. Il y a de nombreux commerces très proches et d'excellente qualité. Deux stations de métro permettent de se rendre rapidement au coeur de Paris. Mais de l'appartement, nous avons eu l'occasion de faire de belles balades parisiennes, notamment dans le parc du Luxembourg et l'ïle de la Cité. Nous avons tous été enchantés par ce séjour et nous sommes prêts à revenir avec grand plaisir.

Exactly what you need when staying in Paris

I very often stay in Paris for business and leisure and this was the best place ever. It ticks all the boxes which do matter for this kind of stay. Truly charming, really clean, absolutely quiet, very comfortable bed, and last not least, this is superbly located, right in the heart of the 6th arrondissement. Needless to add that the Wifi perfectly works too. Constance is a very kind person and you can be sure that she will really take care of all your stay from A to Z. Building staff is also charming and always keen to help. I absolutely recommend this opportunity. Merci Constance!

Quiet and beautiful.

My wife and I stayed 5 nights in this beautiful apartment, conveniently located in a very nice neighborhood with everything at walking distance. Very nice welcome from the "Gardien" to show us around to the apartment. Inside it's very cozy, beautifully furnished with classic furniture and artwork, souvenirs of travel etc. Very well equipped kitchen. Small bathroom, it would have been nice to have a curtain for shower in the bathtub. Spacious living room, lots of sofa seating, the kitchen counter was nice but we would have loved a table too. In the bedroom the bed is a little low on the floor but comfortable. the lighting is limited and not easy access from the bed, there is a chest drawer to store clothing but nowhere to hang anything, no closet available anywhere in the apartment, when traveling and staying a few days in one place it's a must to have a closet to hang and put away clothing. We are not watching mush TV but we just wanted to watch the news one day and we were enable to get anything out of it, like there was no service, the "Gardien" was not available at that time to help us so we didn't insist. So beside the 2 points that where negative we enjoyed our stay very much, another nice point, it's very quiet. Thank you Constance for the opportunity to stay in your lovely apartment. Comfortable apartment in a quiet location, central Paris

The two of us stayed chez Constance in April 2025. The apartment is beautifully furnished and well equipped. There is a generous bedroom, a very comfortable lounge, and a kitchen area with additional seating space. It is located in a very pleasant and quiet area with the additional benefit of being close to the centre of Paris and a short walk to the nearest Metro station. Constance was very helpful and our arrival and departure were seamless. I have only one, and minor, criticism. The apartment is a little too crowded with furniture and personal belongings. Although this certainly adds to the charm it also inhibits moving about freely and also makes it easy to misplace your own belongings. However, the location, the tranquility and the general comfort easily offset this minor gripe. And the alternative of furnishing the place with minimalist Ikea stuff would bring about even greater horrors !

Outstanding location

When visiting Paris as a tourist, what matters most regarding lodging are location and safety. Both are excellent for this flat. Multiple bistros, metro stations and grocery/pastry/gelato establishments. We’ve visited Paris numerous times and were here for 10 nights most recently, and this location was excellent for us.

More privacy?

Lovely space a fair remove from the Seine. Window coverings were absent or needed to be kept open for heating. So either warmth or quite limited privacy. Lovely belongings often prevent use of vintage and rather unstable side tables. Rugs could be secured to prevent tripping.

Well equipped home in great location

We stayed here for a week during the Olympics. It was so convenient to have a metro station located feet from the house, but also walking distance to many nice bars, restaurants, and shopping. Very safe and quiet area in the evenings. House was perfect for two people; plenty of space and good lighting. The kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated all the nice details throughout the house. Definitely recommend! Thank you for a lovely stay!

I enjoyed my stay. The apt was exactly as described. The location was close to the metro and it was easy to get around. Mgt was easy to talk to and quick to respond to questions. For two people, this was a perfect stay.

Incredible!!!

This was the most perfect location, apartment, and experience. Anita was absolutely fabulous and incredibly helpful even outside of our stay. Right next to train station. Awesome restaurants just downstairs. Will ABSOLUTELY stay again.

Paris apartment

Our overall impression of the property was mixed. Many places in the apartment were not very clean, especially in the kitchen. There was an odor of spoiled food in the oven. The countertops were not very well wiped down. There were stains on every decorative pillow. On the plus side, the bed was clean and comfortable, though we would have liked a couple of other pillows. The location was excellent, right by the metro stop and a bakery, grocer, and pharmacy right across the street. There were at least 10 restaurants within a couple of blocks. Be aware: no air conditioning, just one fan. Luckily it was cool every night except one. The host stayed in touch with us, she is an artist so there were many interesting things to look at in the apt.

Bohemian apartment in Paris

We had so much fun staying at Constance's cute apartment. You can tell she is an artist as the décor shows off her style. The neighborhood was great with easy walking distance to good restaurants, bakeries, shops, and the Metro, which we used a lot. The kitchen had lots of dishes, cooking ware, and so many spices and herbs! We went to the bakeries and ate in every morning so it was nice to make coffee and relax before we headed out. So close to Luxembourg Gardens--lovely. We also appreciated the elevator! The building manager, Anita, was fabulous! We arrived early but she let us put our luggage in the apartment while she finished cleaning and we went out sightseeing. We would recommend this apartment and neighborhood.

Great location

Constance provided good communication throughout. And Anita arranged our smooth check in and helpful information. The apartment was filled art work and furniture accumulated over decades. Plus the small but adequate kitchen with every drawer and spaces filled. Beautiful rugs and small divans with pillows everywhere. A deep cleaning will make the furniture and rooms even more enjoyable. Merci Constance for allowing us to stay for 4 nights. Aloha Felice

Great apartment and location

The apartment is just as shown in the photos. Lots of artwork everywhere. Comfortable bed, lots of windows and ventilation. Elevator up to 5th floor. The location was fantastic. Very close to Metro St-Placide (line 4) and Metro Rennes (line 12) so very easy to get anywhere in Paris. Boulangerie bakery across the streets and lots of restaurants within a block. Easy communication with owner and manager - they responded quickly to messages. Highly recommend and we hope to stay there again someday!

A lovely spot in Paris

We had a lovely stay at this apartment. Constance was an extremely responsive host who always promptly replied to our questions before our arrival. The woman who greeted us and showed us around was also lovely to work with and made sure our needs were met. The apartment is in a great neighborhood with lots of restaurants, bakeries and within easy walking distance of all the major sites of Paris. Constance has a flair for art, color and unique furnishings which gave the apartment a unique and interesting vibe! Thank you for making our stay in Paris so enjoyable!!!

What a gem!

This property was a find! Cozy, homey, well-appointed and perfectly situated close to great bakeries, restaurants, the metro and some great attractions. Constance was great at communication and very flexible when we arrived earlier than expected. I hope to stay here again!
