We stayed for two nights for an area wedding. The studio layout is great with the bed off to the side. Lovely sun and snow covered mountain views from the windows. The kitchen was very well stocked - dishes, glasses, cookware, etc. less than 10 min walk to the SV Inn where our family stayed. Definitely would stay here again.
Condo was great, well equipped, great location. Pool passes took 2 days to get- they were not in the unit when we arrived. Wifi instructions were wrong and required a phone call to get correct network and password.
Clean and comfortable Atelier condo. Second floor unit. Very quiet. I opened my windows to hear the creek below. Lovely view among the aspen trees. Easy walk to the beautiful Sun Valley Resort, Kondideri for a delicious croissant and latte, etc. This is my favorite area to stay when I visit Sun Valley (10 years plus).
Over complicated lock from property management company
So the property management company put a code lock with 10 numbers on it that had to be entered every time you want to enter. The code lock took 3-4 try's ever time to take the code even with the correct numbers were entered. This ended up being a huge pain and very frustrating. We would have stayed in the until before and its great, but were avoid it now due to the lock.
This was the best experience Iâve had in 12 years renting from Vacasa! Past experiences have been deplorable but this condo is well managed. Super clean and great driving instructions. Perfect location. Parking is difficult and there was no hair dryer was only bummer. Iâd book it again!
The Condominium is convenient to the Lodge. I'd stay there again... It's an end unit that looks out on trees on the south side - no neighbors in that direction. It was nice to sit out on the deck in the morning.
However, it's a studio condo. The bedroom is open to the kitchen and living room. The shower is spacious. From a privacy standpoint - for a couple - it's fine.
Negatives: there was no laundry detergent, no spare toilet paper... there were dirty napkins behind the couch.... there was a coffee maker but no coffee. Also: the condo has heat only.... no air-conditioning. It was 85 F in the afternoon. There were no kitchen dishtowels....
The price was attractive but there's a reason it was the lowest in the Lodge area.
Very convenient location. Bed was comfortable. Well stocked with essentials. Top, 2nd floor unit. Hot pool access at SV Inn only, not SV Lodge which apparently has a pool side bar. Short walk to SV Inn hot pool.
The studio was much bigger than I expected and really nicely decorated.
Parking was right outside and the snow had been well managed to make walking and driving easy.
It was a quick 5 min walk (with ski boots on) to the bus which took us to the ski slopes.
Would stay again.
The apartment is in the Atelier homes space, these are some of the original apartments. It's a short 10 minute walk up a short hill to the swimming pool, Sun Valley Lodge, ice rink, and a couple of bars/restaurants. Bus service takes you into town - about 10 mins - where you'll find great food and drink. The apartment is not ADA complaint - some narrow doorways in the bathroom. It has everything you'll need to have a quiet relaxing time: kitchen with dishs, pots/pans, knives, washer/dryer, etc. Three supermarkets are a 10 minute bus ride away. I had a great time.
Short walk to bus routes, main lodge and inn. Walkable to Dollar Mountain. Updated shower. Kitchen amenities met our needs. Perfect studio for a single or a couple. We would stay again.
there was no toilet paper. There was dried blood on the bathroom floor. The unit did not seem clean. Nor did the bedding seem changed from last guest. Sorry for bad review.
