Overall we had a nice stay in 130....however, there is a lot of updating that needs to be done to get it up to par with the rest of the units we saw on the property (both outrigger and non "rental-pool"). The owners were easy enough to deal with and responded quickly when the dishwasher died and needed to be replaced! Now to the list.
PROS: great location, next to the upper pool and hot tub. Sheltered from the wind. Great rate.
CONS: wornout & stained carpets and furniture (with the exception of a newish chair), needs a new mattress and bed set including pillows and bedding, seriously lacking in kitchen culinary gear (terrible knives, pots, pans, no tupperware, foil, baking sheets, etc.) making it difficult to prepare meals, very old appliances (except for the brand new dishwasher), no radio/stereo, limited cleaning supplies (very old broom, no vacuum, no mop, etc.), very cluttered (too much and very old furniture), Worthless ceiling fan, It was fairly clean when we arrived but because of the worn out feel and stains my wife refused to take her sandals off inside or let our baby play on the floor for the first few days until she settled in and got more comfortable.
OTHER: West facing, so it potentially could get very hot depending on the time of year. Interesting wall treatment. Bottom floor.
BOTTOM LINE: we really liked Napili Shores, and the location but next time we will pay a premium to stay in a remodeled unit.
