The living room opens onto a spacious oceanfront deck, perfect for enjoying the salty breeze and sunset views. The recently renovated kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, including a refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. With its sleek design and open layout, it’s a perfect place to prepare meals while enjoying ocean views.

Master Bedroom: King bed with ocean views and deck access, plus a spacious, newly renovated en-suite bathroom with a fully tiled shower.

Each villa includes two parking spaces. Golf carts, low-speed vehicles (LSVs), trailers, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property. Additional parking requests can be made through building management based on availability.
