No complaints. Not a lot to do AT the cabin, but if your goal is to be at the park most of the day, this place is perfect. Its crazy close to RMNP and the local grocery store, has a good kitchen and an awesome deck. 3 couples comfortably stay here.
The house was perfect for our family to stay for my daughterâs wedding. The 3 full baths and 2 living spaces worked well for the 7 of us. Plus the deck is a great place to hangout. Highly recommend!
We enjoyed our stay. The home is very conveniently located to Rocky Mountain National Park and Estes Park while also being quiet and away from the crowds. There was a small issue with the kitchen sink but it Sarah (property manager) responded right away and it was fixed within 1 hour of our reporting it! The cabin is comfortable and has all you need for an enjoyable stay at Estes Park!
We have stayed at this cabin many times. We always find it in amazing condition and sparkling clean! The location is the best, along with being well supplied and clean, it
keeps us coming back year after year!
We loved this house! It was perfect for 3 couples traveling for a Colorado vacation with the 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, and plenty of living space to relax (also a beautiful deck). The home was clean, well supplied, and very close to Rocky Mountain National Park and the town of Estes Park. The communication from Vacasa regarding check in check out was very easy.
The house is right outside Rocky Mountain with very easy access to the park. The common rooms were open and easy to use. Everything was up to date. The internet was very spotty.
It was the perfect location for our family vacation. Be advised, RMNP now requires reservations for entrance until 2:00 PM (started during COVID). We had no idea. By the time we learned this, no remaining slots were available. Fortunately, we were able to locate two trails that didn't require them.
The home was nice, however the carpet was terrible, the fireplace didnât work, the furniture was very uncomfortable and the neighbors were terribly loud during our stay. The home was stocked like a hotel room with no attention to detail. You are paying for the views and location thatâs for sure.
As a VRBO property manager myself, my standards are pretty high. This beautiful cabin met or exceeded all my expectations (with the minor exception that there are no hairdryers). The location proximity to Rocky Mountain National Park couldn't be more convenient. We saw deer and heard elk bugling just outside our yard. Amenities were plentiful. Exceptionally clean and comfortable beds and other furniture. We especially enjoyed the large second floor porch just off the kitchen. I would enthusiastically recommend this great cabin to anyone, and I'd definitely stay here again!
Cabin was great.....very clean. Upstairs has one bedroom with ensuite and a second bedroom and another full bath ( not ensuite). Downstairs has bedroom and full bath. Lots of towels and beds were comfortable. Two living areas and great second floor porch area.
We did not plan to cook much which was good as kitchen not very well stocked. We only needed a blender for smoothies and kettle for tea, and neither was available.
Would be nice to have instructions for TV use....we could not get either to work.
Our stay was wonderful. The location was close to both Rocky Mountain National Park and restaurants in Estes Park. The 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms made it great for both privacy and ease in getting ready.
There were plenty of sheets and towels.
We cooked several times and found everything we needed as far as pots , pans and dishes. The only items missing were potholders and dish clothes.
The washer and dryer were great to have, so nice to go home with clean clothes. There was even an ironing board.
Plenty of seating and space for all of us. The deck was well used, even when it rained a bit we could be out there.
Very happy the home and cleanliness.
The best part about this rental is itâs proximity to RMNP! So close. Cabin was great. Had trouble with the lock when we arrived and the cable was out on both TVâs. The cable was not a problem during the day but at night we really wished we could have watched movies with our teenage kids. That was a bummer. Rental company was very attentive and sent someone out, he couldnât fix the problem. Which was too bad.
Nice cabin. Perfect location. Price canât be beat. Might need a fan in summer
This cabin was clean, well-maintained and in a perfect location. Itâs a little older but in great shape and canât be beat for the price.
My only complaint was no AC and the provided box fans were broken. I know AC isnât that common in Estes Park but I come from sweltering heat and have become accustomed to it. I need my AC in July! Fortunately I was able to head into town and buy a couple of fans to prop in the window at night. Although to be fair, the temps did drop considerably after sundown and it was quite comfortable.
Great little cabin for the price. Just might need a fan in the heat of summer.
The property was very presentable, a bit hard to find. Not much of a view, but easy to get around the area from the house. Any problems we noticed, we reported to the manager/maintenance. The problems were not so major and the repairs were to be done after we left. The sleeping couch mattress in the downstairs was awful. There may have been more pull-out couches upstairs but did not check them. Could be rated for more than 7 persons if the couch bed mattresses were in better shape. If you are interested in the problems or seeing the house from a renter's view, please let me know.
Our group of four women spent a week in Estes Park to hike in the RMNP and stayed at this property. Check in was very easy and we even got a text while killing time in town that our unit was ready early.
The house was very clean and very well equipped.
Plenty of towels and blankets and a very well equipped kitchen.
We enjoyed sitting on the covered deck in the evenings and had dinner outside almost every night.
The only problem we noticed was that the Wi-Fi really didnât work at all. We werenât concerned about this but, if you plan to do a little work while staying it may be a problem. I did let the management know upon check out so perhaps theyâll address it. It wasnât important to us so we didnât have it looked into when we were there.
The house is very convenient to town and to a very well stocked little local grocery.
Only 10-15 min from the entrance to RMNP.
Clean and well kept. Main bathroom drain was plugged but fixed in adequate time. Cleaning fee is high, especially since we were asked to get several things ready for the cleaners to make their job easier.
Location was perfect, close to RMNP and downtown Estes. The deck was fenominal! We spent all our time there when at the cabin. All meals were eaten on the deck. The bedrooms were great, roomy and all the beds were comfortable. Everything was very clean and updated. I would give 6 stars if I could.
