Récemment rénové! Sea Village 4307. Grande unité de bain 2 lits 2 avec véranda privée pour profiter d'incroyables vues absolues sur l'océan! C'est idéal pour les familles! La propriété a récemment subi une rénovation complète avec tous les nouveaux revêtements de sol et peinture. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec des appareils en acier inoxydable et tout le nécessaire pour des repas gastronomiques. L'unité est meublée avec un lit King dans les chambres principales, des lits jumeaux dans la chambre d'hôtes et un canapé-lit Queen dans le salon. Un lave-linge / sèche-linge intégré est également inclus.

Ce condo est joliment décoré et offre une télévision connectée de 42 pouces, un lecteur DVD, une radio compatible Bluetooth avec lecteur CD et un appareil WIFI. La véranda est parfaite pour l'observation des baleines en hiver et les dauphins jouent en été. Les sons des vagues vous aideront à vous détendre - vous ne pouvez pas être plus près de l'océan!

Le complexe Sea Village comprend une piscine et un spa face à l'océan, quatre barbecues à gaz face à l'océan chacun avec des tables de pique-nique dédiées avec une vue incroyable sur Kailua Kona! The location of the unit can’t be beat. Close enough to walk into historic Kona, directly on the ocean with great views to the west. Whale watching and sunsets from the deck were fabulous. The unit itself was a bit tired in that the shower door tracks and fixtures had rusted areas. The kitchen is not well supplied. We had to call to get hot pads and a baking sheet pan. Which was delivered the same day as it was requested. The refrigerator went out and we ended up having to get a loner. Space got tight with the loner frig, as the broken one remained in place waiting for parts. The management team addressed the frig. issue immediately the day I called. There was a blender available and I used it for smoothies but it leaked. The cooking knives were marginal at best and the sink/disposal were both missing strainers/covers.

This condo Waze awesome! Very clean, everyday items provided. The view from the lanai were un beatable. We saw whales breech 4 different times. I highly recommend this condo. The only thing I wish they had was an elevator. The waves from the lanai were absolutely stunning

Amazing stay in Kona

This condo was perfect in every way! Great location, can walk to downtown Kona if you don’t mind a little bit of walk. The condo was clean and had everything we needed: beach towels, beach chairs and even a cooler. The view was amazing, right on the ocean, you’re on the 3rd floor so you have a great view of the ocean and down the coast a bit. Highly recommend this location and rental!

The space worked fine for us. Being right on the ocean was great! We liked the kitchen supplies. Stocked better than most places we have rented. Had storage containers for food, ziplock bags, plastic wrap. We didn't really need to bring anything. More than enough pots, pans, dishes, and utensils.

A nice stay on the Big Island

Our family has stayed at a lot of different rentals on Maui and the big island. This one was okay. Not terrible, but not the best either. My one big complaint was that they had NOTHING extra to use. Most rentals that we've stayed at have had chairs, coolers, boogie boards, pool noodles and not to mention a decently stocked kitchen so you don't have to buy oil, sugar... etc. This rental had none of that. So know, if you stay here, you will either have to buy or rent those incidentals that most other rentals (in my experience) have provided for free. That alone would keep me from renting this place again. I want to be able to go to the beach and have some of the gear without having to go and buy it all when on vacation.

Sea Village - Great Place to Stay in Kona

We booked to stay at the Sea Village unit 4307. We were extremely satisfied with the unit, the complex and the concierge service through Kona Coast Vacations. The unit is in a great location. You can see Kona Harbour, many dolphins, whales, cruise ships and more from the lanai. The unit is clean, we'll set up, has everything you will need for your vacation. Parking is close and always available. The pool and hottub area are great for relaxing and you might even get light sea spray sitting in the hottub. Access to Kona and all amenities is good. The Green Flash coffee shop on the property is great. There are BBQs by the pool. Overall a great place to stay in Kona.

Not for us

The condo itself is nice and has many amenities. The kitchen has everything you need. Beach towels and boogie boards are available too. Our concern and lower rating had to do with the noise. The two bedrooms are over the parking lot and garage dumpster. Guests come and go all night long and slam doors and beep their car security multiple times. Others were breaking glass in the dumpster. Furthermore, they are adjacent condos within an earshot and people were loud and obnoxious. Sleep was an issue for both of us. We ended up sleeping 5/6 nights on the couch. Needless to say we were not feeling well or rested when we got up. Honestly we felt like we were at 50% most of the days and could not get everything we wanted to do in a day because we were exhausted. It’s a shame because the condo is in a good location and was well stocked.

Amazing property with spectacular view!

The whole process from booking to checkout was effortless. We had all the information needed a few days before check-in and never once had an issue with the condo or the property in general. The view was breathtaking and we hope to stay again sometime!

Beautiful View

Overall, this was a good property. The view was beautiful and it was wonderful to hear the waves lapping up on the shore. The unit was clean and well stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware, etc (even though we didn’t use it). Centrally located and just a bit out of town which was nice. The screen door was loose and oftentimes came off the tracks. It was easily fixed for the short term but probably a good suggestion to get it fixed permanently. The pool key did not work but when I contacted maintenance, they had someone replace it immediately. Also, my 21 year old son who is 6’5” did not fit comfortably in the twin bed. It was too short for him. Overall a good stay and I would absolutely recommend as a great place to stay.

Propriété propre et tranquille. Accommodations (savon, shampooing, mouchoir, papier de toilette, savon à vaisselle, savon lave-vaisselle, serviettes de pkages, accessoires de plage, glacière et j’en oublie…) tout était là et suffisamment pour notre séjour de 6 nuits! Beautiful Views

Aloha! We just returned from our vacation and I'm so sad it came and went so quickly. We had a great experience with this rental, easy to find, easy to get in and out of, close to downtown Kona. We were there for the 4th of July and instead of driving to find a spot or pay for parking we were within walking distance of the parade and fireworks display downtown. As a family what we enjoyed most was the lanai, hands down a highlight every morning for coffee, and a cocktail at sunset. Cannot beat a Kona Sunset from this lanai. We were able to see the manta's down by the rocks at night time flipping around in the water. The kitchen was fully stocked, ice maker worked great. It was a very comfortable and accommodating rental. I'd say the only thing that needs to be looked at would be the screen door out to the lanai, it needs replaced at some point, but just be gentle with it. We also worked with David in Concierge and he was great, he booked us for Surf Lessons, a Luau experience, and Ziplining. He was always available to answer questions and gave great tips and informational emails prior to our arrival. This was a great place to stay. Thanks!

Great Stay in Kona

Really enjoyed my stay at this unit at the Sea Village. The property itself is very nice and well kept. Check in was seamless. Unit is as advertised right on the water with a nice big balcony for relaxing and enjoying your meals. My only complaint is that I’m used to staying at places where people leave what they don’t use for spices and non perishables for the next guest so your not starting out from scratch, this unit didn’t have salt and pepper or any oils or anything for cooking. I also had to buy a baking sheet for the oven to bake a few things, and there was not an oven mitt to be found , but that’s minor. The unit is very comfy, couches and beds are nice. Good linens and towels. It was spotless upon arrival. The pool area is great, nice pool, has a spa tub (I never used it so can’t comment on how it was) and there is lots of loungers. The bbq area is very nice, with 4 bbqs. Parking was never an issue without having assigned stalls, always a stall close to the building. I will definitely return in the future

Dolphins and sunsets over the ocean.

My favorite part of this place was sitting outside on the balcony and drinking coffee in the morning and watching dolphins. The pool/hot tub were a major bonus as well. It’s a bit louder than other places we have stayed (you hear everyone in the parking lot and noise in other condos from time to time). Not a deal breaker in any way but something we all noticed. The ocean is loud enough to cover anything from the balcony though!! Communication with renting company was great! The ceiling fan broke the first night we were there and they offered to have someone come fix it right away. You know your on an island, there are tiny ants around (not a bother though) and the sliding door was salty and barely cooperated - but those were small things. The location in town was fun - close, but not too close to all the action. The coffee shop out front was cute and delicious as well. The pool by the ocean was such a fun bonus! I would book it again in a heartbeat. Aloha!!!

Great view but would not recommend.

I chose this property because of easy of walking into town and the ocean view. The cleanliness was poor, very dirty floors, I mopped twice and could not get them clean. The frig leaked, the back screen came off the tracks often and over all this condo need many touch ups. We found 2 cockroaches, one was dead for sometime behind the couch. The cleaning staff need to do a much better job.

Comfortable but lacking functionality

The space was comfortable, couches and beds were fine. The lanai was spacious and had a nice view during the day, although the sun goes down way to the left so sunset viewing was best at the pool area, which isn’t close. Our main complaint with this property is the functionality. They leave very few dishwashing and laundry pods but require you to do dishes and laundry on departure. I have stayed at many condos across the Hawaiian islands and I have never come across a limited supply of dishwashing and laundry detergent, which are crucial for functionality. You can’t go to the store and buy 1-2 pods, it comes in bulk. I understand only providing a starter package for the bathrooms but not the kitchen and laundry. If this is their policy, then offering renters an option to purchase small quantities would be ideal. I called and asked for more and they did bring more but I had to get stern over the phone about it. There also wasn’t even a back up paper towel, just one roll. There is only one knife in the block that works - the only other one is bent in a million directions. There is no oven pan, which makes transporting food to the grills difficult. The bathrooms… the shower head is made for a 4 foot child. I’m only 5’4 and I had a hard time getting my head under the shower head. We also couldn’t take showers at the same time. The water ran completely cold when I was showering at the same time as one of my kids in the other shower. If all 4 of us needed a shower, at least 2 would have a completely cold shower. It also would be nice to have an option for a real blanket in the bedrooms. I realize that most people are hot in Hawaii but sometimes it gets a little chilly in the late night and mornings and a sheet doesn’t keep you warm enough. Again, this unit is spacious and mostly comfortable but just lacking a lot of functionality and creature comforts.

Location was great!

Location was great but we had some issues with the facility. Were not made aware the pool would be closed for maintenance beforehand and shower was broken. No air conditioning but that could have been my oversight. View was breathtaking so there's the trade off.
