Vous cherchez quelque chose de spécial et unique pour votre sortie en groupe? Cherchez pas plus loin! Les piliers ont été choisis en raison de son emplacement à distance de marche des attractions de Pigeon Forge ainsi que de ses vues sur la montagne. Basé sur des années d'expérience locative locale, le bâtiment a été remodelé sur mesure pour inclure le mélange parfait d'équipements pour une escapade ultime.

*** Cette cabine est située à Pigeon Forge et se trouve à distance de marche du vieux moulin.

*** S'il vous plaît noter que l'occupation est limitée à 30 invités

Préparez des repas pour votre groupe dans la grande cuisine avec beaucoup d'espace de comptoir et tous les appareils dont vous aurez besoin pour votre groupe. Avec son coin salon et sa salle à manger, votre groupe peut se retrouver dans la salle à manger intérieure ou dans la salle à manger extérieure couverte (également avec une cuisine extérieure).

Regardez des films dans votre salle de théâtre privée sur votre écran de théâtre de 12 pieds. Le théâtre de niveau inférieur avec podium peut être utilisé pour regarder des films et / ou organiser une réunion de groupe, une présentation ou une réunion, car chaque siège de théâtre comprend un bureau.

Idéalement situé dans Pigeon Forge, vous êtes à quelques minutes de toutes les attractions. Il y a tellement de choses à faire dans la cabine que l'enfant ne voudra peut-être jamais quitter. The Pillars is worth the stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Pillars is amazing! Enough room to host a large family vacation. The kids love the theatre/game room. Everyone enjoys the outdoor seating with either the fireplace or if warm enough the sprinklers for the kids. The large kitchen is suitable for cooking meals for everyone. The view is amazing. We are repeat customers and will definitely return again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful large home with accommodations for all ages. Spacious indoor and outdoor spaces. Management company was amazingly responsive to questions and minor issues we had. The day before we were given a check/in time, but on our travels there we were given a 1.5 hour delay due to cleaning. The house is large, so it is understandable they needed more time. Plan accordingly and be prepared for a possible check-in delay.

Large Family Dream

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family vacation in the Smokies was comfortable and entertained in this lovely spacious home. First Smokies rental our family has all agreed on booking again for our next vacation. Very clean on arrival. Maintenance was promp in responding to text and sending maintenance. We did have a few issues that were challenging for our large group. Refrigerator wasn’t maintaining its appropriate temperature and by the end of the week we had spoiled food. Maintenance came to evaluate a few times, noting the problem but didn’t change the fridge out. Also, the air conditioning in the kitchen was not strong enough to cool the room. There were 3 floor vents blowing air and the room needed at least 6. We used fans to blow cool air from nearby room which helped some. The rest of the house had perfect air conditioning. Both of these issues are still not enough to keep us away. Home was still wonderful and we’ll certainly be returning! Overall would encourage other large family to stay too!

Great, large space but dirty and needs TLC & updating badly

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house and property are amazing with 9 bedrooms and so much space! It also has some really unique features- the sauna, videogame, movie room and the splash pad was a big hit with our kids and we enjoyed the big screen outside as well! Unfortunately, the house was not very clean with really dirty carpets and rugs that desperately need to be replaced. All the woodwork was VERY dirty and would look a thousand times better if they would just take a magic eraser to it or paint. Don't think we'll be back to the Pillars unless some serious updating and a deep cleaning occurs.

Amazing house

The house is amazing, very large and lots of amenities. My only complaint is several of the TV cable boxes didn’t work. A few broken door knobs also.

It also had extremely slow wifi. We ended having to use someone’s hotspot and it was still slow. Bring additional blankets there is no additional bedding.

Amazing family vacation at The Pillars

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Pillars gives you so many options for gathering with family or sitting quietly in a room reading or catching up on emails. The home is beautiful and well maintained. The kids loved the basketball court (but need to catch those balls before they roll down the hill), the splash pad and the movie theatre downstairs. So many options for everyone to do. Loved the huge kitchen for our family meals. Great location overlooking Pigeon Forge. Will definitely stay again. The management team stayed in constant contact with us which was very encouraging.

Awesome space for retreats

It was perfect for what we needed, we were able to use the theater as our meeting space for all our sessions, there was plenty to do during free time with basketball, the hot tub, pool table, And more. It was plenty big enough to be able to spread out and have privacy when needed as well. Love the kitchen, would highly recommend for large groups.

Family Outing

This property and it’s location was perfect! The outside setup was awesome not to mention the huge hot tub. The house itself is roomy and the kitchen is awesome. The only thing I can say that needs improvement is the detailed cleaning. But for it being right in town and big enough to house 30 people easily it was over the top!

Dirty White House

This property needs lots of work. The check-in process was easy. However after checking in we found the home needs lots of work. Our family stay was from 6/10/2023 to 6/16/2023 and during this stay we had multiple issues. 1. Freezer in the kitchen was not freezing (someone came out and it started freezing only for a couple of days then stopped again) we had to utilize the freezer in the small refrigerator on the lower level. 2. The shower of 1 of the bathrooms was taped off our 2nd day due to drainage issues and was not repaired before the end of our stay. 3. The bathroom in the theater room toilet was out of commission for a couple of days until a vendor could come out and fix a sewage issue. We were advised to use minimal water until sewage issue could be fixed. (Note this was overnight) 4. There is a hole/ leak from the ceiling in the bathroom in the bar area on the main level. We were advise not to use. This leaked the entire stay and we were advised they could not get anyone out there until 6/16/2023. While we read the reviews about the cleanliness not being up to standards we took a chance and thought we would bring our cleaning products and clean where need be. I also called prior to coming and was advised they got a new cleaning company. While the pictures of the house look great. It is deceiving and out dated as this home needs lots of work and a thourough cleaning. We took pictures

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was beautiful. We arrived one of the guest beds was not made, broken window with plastic covering it. Stove door wouldn't close. When someone came and made the bed a different comforter was made on top of previous bed linen. Customer service never answered the phone. Did I mention house was beautiful. My first planning and things went south from the start. We had to make it work!another guest had a soaked bed that was made up! Needless to say when housekeeping did come by they left a bag of sheets in the kitchen on the counter, guessing as a guest O make my own bed. Dirty towels in a closet on the floor. Housekeeping and safety was not a priority for this beautiful home and for the money I paid, never again! I have pictures of all things mentioned in case you feel this review is a little unsatisfactory. There was no compensation and no one reached out to check on us with this broken window that they knew about from previous guest and still rented this beautiful house to us instead of offering something else.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My overall holiday was enjoyable. The home was spacious enough that we were never crowded with 22 people. My family was pleased with the roominess, location and the view of the home. I have been staying with Elks Springs for over 5 years and this was the most outdated property in terms of furnishings and house upgrades. I was disappointed when comparing it to other properties in the same resort. I think with some upgrades and thorough deep cleaning it would be at same standard as other properties in the group.
