Last week we have amazing vacation and all due to this fabulous cabin and its proximity to all fun places. The hosts are amazing people and we would definitely come back and stay with them again.
Janet and Jack are great to deal with and genuinely care about their guests. When trying to get to the cabin, we got lost in the resort because of the GPS, no fault of Janet and Jack. After walking us through the steps to back us out of where we were when we called they stopped everything they were doing on a Holiday to make sure we arrived safely at the cabin. Very nice cabin and you don't have to want for anything! Although we stayed on the go the entire time we were there, it was so nice to come back to a comfy cabin. One of highlights there is we saw a black bear. Thank you Janet and Jack for a great & safe place to stay!!
This was our third stay at this location. As always, the cabin was clean and very nice overall. We love the hot tub, the fireplace, and the pool table. My only gripe would be that we mentioned an issue with the pool table four years ago and found the same issue this stay. The location is excellent, located between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Would definitely recommend.
SâMore Kisses is an ideal place to stay when visiting the area. Went spent 75% of our time in Gatlinburg so the location of the cabin is ideal. Itâs close to the activities but far enough away to get out of the chaos of the town. The beds were great, fire pit was perfect and the hot tub was Ahhh-mazing after a long hike. The kids loved the pool table, arcade game and WiFi. Bonus: while roasting marshmallows a bear walked up to the cabin. It was fantastic!!!!
Great cabin for a long weekend for four adults! Property is exactly as described and great location between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. All the reviews were spot on, so take the time to read. Beds are very comfortable, great property manager/host, convenient, clean and easy to get to. It would be my go to cabin for my next trip to the area.
Our son traveled with his team for a basketball tournament. The rest of our family rented this cabin and it was absolutely perfect. The location was super convenient and the cabin had everything we needed. It was so cozy and relaxing being there and we hope to come back soon!
The cabin is as discribed and nice and clean. It is very quite in the location it is in. This has been the second time for us at this cabin and is amazing.
This cabin was very enjoyable for our family. The hosts were very communicative and responsive. I had one very small issue and they answered immediately even though it was Christmas Day. The host left a present for my kids which they were so pleased with. It was clean and requires not too much work to check out when you leave. There was a comprehensive binder with all sorts of info about the cabin and area. It does have other cabins around it so if seclusion and view is at the top of your list then know you wonât have it. However, it was still quiet and the porch and other areas of the house are still private so we did not feel crowded at all. It was perfect for our needs. We would gladly stay here again. You can tell these hosts put real thought and effort into making their cabin a good experience for their guests
Had a great time. The welcome basket was a great touch. No complaints but although the outside hot tub worked fine it could use a little maintenance to increase the air pressure through the jets. Would stay at this property again.
This house was exactly as it had been described in the listing. The property owners were prompt and easy to communicate with. To be honest, it was the fire pit that sold us on S'more Kisses. We used that several evenings as well as the hottub on the deck. We were thrilled to see the stash of snacks left for us on the kitchen counter.
This cabin was absolutely perfect for our family of four! My two teenage boys were able to share a room and bathroom upstairs, while my husband and I had our own room and bathroom downstairs. We all enjoyed using the pool table, hot tub, and making sâmores over the fire. It was just a comfortable, quaint and cozy place to come home to each evening after our day of excursions. As an added bonus, it had a nice washer and dryer where we were able to get some laundry done! I would definitely recommend this cabin!
We had a great time this weekend at the Smores Kisses cabin. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was well stocked, the outdoor fireplace was nice and the kitchen table provided a great place to play cards every evening.
We HIGHLY recommend trying to get there before dark, as there is a, what we called a pucker and pray switchback, that will sneak up on you if you don't pay attention. 5/5!
Jack & I were both born and raised in central Wisconsin. We love nature and the beauty that surrounds us in the Smoky Mountains. Now we still are able to enjoy the many wonders of nature, the breathtaking views and the very friendly people that we are surrounded by in East Tennessee. Jack works for a franchise that manages VRBO cabins for their owners that don't have the time, while Janet is a Realtor for 11 yrs in the area. We created S'more Kisses as a sequel to our other cabins-one bedroom cabin Goodnight Kisses VRBO#690181, and 2 bedroom cabins Moonlight Kisses & Starlight Kisses VRBO#1114900. We strive to provide a high level of standards that we look for while traveling. We feel that you should have things a bit more luxurious to pamper yourself while away from home and try to provide all of those amenities. We started out as high school sweethearts and eventually found our way back to each other. We feel we have been very blessed with life's circumstances and enjoy creating happy memories for others!!
This cabin is truly in the mountains. You have level parking and paved roads but you are in the woods. We bought this cabin because it was the largest 2 bedroom floorplan I had seen. With vaulted ceilings and a wall of windows it is very open and spacious. Being central to all of the activities of the area ( 15 minutes to Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge) is wonderful. Most of the cabins look much different from each other which is also unique.
According to the National Park Service, the bear population in the park is over 1600 bears and growing, along with deer, elk, turkey, groundhogs, wolves and many other small forest animals making the park their home. The fall leaf color displays start in mid-September in the elevations higher than 4000 feet (Mt. LeConte, Mt. Guyot, Clingmans Dome, Newfound Gap and along the Appalachian Trail) in the Park and surrounding Smokies, reaching their peak from October 1-15. In the lower elevations of about 1000 feet (Sevierville, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg) peak color is usually seen October 15- November 7. Some suggested drives to enjoy the colors are Little River and Laurel Creek Roads between Sugarlands Visitors Center and Cades Cove. Keep in mind that traffic on Newfound Gap Road and Cades Cove Loop Roads are very heavy during leaf season, especially late in the day. So get up early and enjoyâthen go for pancakes! or pack a picnic lunch. The Cades Cove motor loop is closed to motor vehicles until 10:00a.m. every Saturday and Wednesday mornings from May until late September. This allows bicyclists and pedestrians to enjoy the roads of Cades Cove without worrying about vehicle traffic.
