Superbe bungalow / cottage des années 50 avec tout le charme de l'île! Situé sur l'île très recherchée de l'extrémité nord. À quelques pas de la plage de Bean Point et à quelques minutes de plus de la plage et du parc de Bay Front, ainsi que de la jetée Rod and Reel. Des eaux cristallines du golfe, du sable blanc et des brises d'île vous attendent.

2 chambres à coucher, 2 salles de bains et un bunkhouse séparé. Des lits superposés, une télévision, des jeux et des sièges de grande taille font du bunkhouse un endroit parfait pour les adolescents! Salon confortable avec canapé-lit queen-size et matelas en mousse à mémoire de forme, moustiquaires en lanai, cuisine, un lit queen-size et un lit king-size. La chambre Queen a un dressing. Grand laveuse et sécheuse inclus dans la maison et des vélos gratuits pour explorer l'île. A beautiful family friendly bungalow

715 North Bay Boulevard is a beautiful cottage. This location has everything you will need for a stay, easy access to Bean Point beach access, lots of nice restaurants and beach stores with a short drive. Thank you for sharing your beautiful little home with us.

Great location!!!!

We love staying here at this property! We loved the location, the price was great and The house overall was a perfect fit! We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again, we celebrated my daughter‘s 21st birthday with us in a couple of her friends. They loved the pool and the closeness to the beach. Everything was very well stocked there wasn’t much we wanted for!! We will definitely be back!!!!

Shell We Dance

This house has an awesome outdoor space. My kids loved it and spent a lot of time in the pool. The house is small but very clean. Out of all the VRBO we have stayed in, this by far was one of the cleanest which I absolutely loved! The bikes were a plus and made it very easy to get to the beach, stores, and restaurants on the island. We had one little hiccup with the washer but it was taken care within 45 minutes. Great experience!

Family Vacation

Visited Anna Maria Island with kids and grandkids in June. Absolutely loved the location, pool and peacefulness of the home. We have been staying in Anna Maria for many years, and this property was great for the walk to our favorite beach and Rod and Reel Pier. Will return for sure!

Amazing Beach Stay!

Our family had an incredible stay at Shell We Dance! The house was wonderful and the pool and deck area were perfect for us. A very short walk to beautiful beaches. Don was extremely responsive and helpful with the one small issue we had. We will definitely try to come back again!!

Overall great

Loved the location and the property. Only reason I gave it 4 stars was the construction of a new house right behind the property. The workers had a view of our whole backyard. So when we were in the pool, they a clear view of us.

Such an amazing property and staff!

We were traveling from Wisconsin on a last minute vacation and could not have and a better time! The location of the home was unprecedented! The pool was exactly what we needed and spent so many hours in there when not at the beach! Thank you for being amazing hosts and we look forward to coming back to shell we dance!

Great location

This home could not have a better location to the beautiful beach. It’s only about 1 1/2 blocks. The pool is brand new and beautiful. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the home but it is very small and things are older and worn. Ceilings are so low that our tall family members had to avoid the ceiling fans. The kitchen is original. Beds are comfortable and the house is clean. Overall this is a great location.

Great location yard for dogs

The location was great - close enough to the action but far enough to be nice and quiet at night. The place if great for those with dogs too - completely fenced in and super friendly for my pack!

A perfect spot on Anna Maria Island

The house was perfectly placed on Annamarie Island. It was a mix of classic Florida and updated modern accommodations. The pool was perfect and the ability to ride bikes and utilize Beach toys was great!

Vacation happiness

We love this clean and lovely home with the pool and within minutes from the beach or pier and so much more. Goose is always so nice when we call upon arrival and the owners have also been very kind to share their unique home. This is our 2nd time staying here and I sure hope we can return someday soon. Perfect “Old Florida Home”

Our stay at “Shell We Dance” was perfect for us! Great salt water pool, comfortable cozy living area, close to the beach! We were even able to do Thanksgiving dinner! We were so happy we made this choice!

Great stay!

We had a wonderful time at this property. It was an easy walk to Bean Point or Rod and Reel pier. The private pool was very nice and all the extra items made for a great stay. We would definitely stay again. Everything is nearby. The house has all the basics that are needed.

We were taken with Anna Maria Island the minute we visited. We knew this would be the place we would one day retire. Chicago area natives, we have transferred with Don's employer several times, including to the low country of South Carolina, the Indianapolis area of Indiana, and southeast Texas. With many family members and friends living in Florida, it has been a place we have come to enjoy and visit quite often. Nowhere has captivated us the way Anna Maria has! To us it is heaven on earth and a place we hope everyone will be able to visit at least once in their lifetime! It is the people that make it truly the warmest and most welcoming of islands we have visited. Now we own a small slice of the island and want to share it with as many people as we can. We hope your stay in our humble home fills you with relaxation, fond memories, and gratitude for the island. Enjoy!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

The northern tip of Anna Maria Island is a quiet, laid-back area, with the most amazing beaches! The white sands are created from crystal which stays cool even on the hottest of days, and if you shuffle your feet, the sand "sings". The waters are so clear you can see your feet while waist deep. The Rod and Reel Pier is literally down the street. Some shops, eateries and beaches are literally minutes walking distance, and you can bike to others on our complementary bikes!
