Super friendly and helpful manager Tom. Great place with nice hot tub, close to lift, restaurants and grocery store. Dishwasher Check in and check out are super easy. Bring an eye shade if light bothers in the morning as there are no curtains. Covered parking is a bonus. Be aware that the ally to the parking is off E. Pacific, not S. Pine.
We enjoyed our stay in Telluride so much. The hosts were so kind, accommodating and made checking in and out a breeze. Itâs located perfectly to everything we needed and wanted to walk to. It was a beautiful place in a beautiful mountain town!
The location of this condo is perfect! So close to everything in town and the gondola to get up to ski or visit mountain village. Property was super clean and was just what we needed for a few days in Telluride! Would definitely stay again
The property was as described, check in was easy and friendly. The place is clean and user friendly. Easy check out with clear instructions. Location was very convenient. Definitely recommend and will stay there again. Thank you
Fantastic location for the property < 5 min walk to the Gondola or any of the multiple restaurants / shops / bars on Colorado. Top floor unit with great window views and spacious room in 3+ beds (Queen, Full, Single, and pullout). Would recommend and stay again.
You will not find a more convenient location in Telluride with parking. Within walking distance to all the shops, restaurants, hiking trails and gondola. The beds were comfy, fans were provided and the unit was well stocked. I highly recommend!
Perfect unit within the perfect building location. Everything worked but the unit is extremely dated, circa 1980s. You can get over that if itâs not a long stay, but annoying things like the smoke detector going off repeatedly because the dryer vents into the unit should really be addressed. That being said, I would stay here again for a2-3 day visit because the location is so good
This was a fantastic base for a quick ski trip. We were steps from restaurants, market, bakery and liquor store. The property was clean and everything was in working order. The hot tub had some issues but not a big deal for us. Parking garage and elevator is a great amenity for having a snow free car and moving luggage. We would definitely stay here again.
The property is quite close to the gondola and Oak chairlifts, which is quite convenient, and it is just a block away from the Last Dollar Saloon (a local legend), Brown Dog Pizza (best pizza in the world) and only a few more blocks away from other great places like the New Sheridan Chophouse.
The unit itself was basic and modest, which was fine and per the description. As this trip was for just my teenage son and myself, the two bedrooms were sufficient size for us. While the unit could sleep 4-5 in the beds provided, it is probably a bit small unless there were a few young children. Again, this was per the description/photos, so no complaints.
Getting in/out was easy and the owners made themselves available via email/other if needed.
Appreciated the place!
We booked the place mainly for the hot tub and had several options to pick from. It is a must for us on our annual ski trip, only to arrive to find the jets not working and it was a shade of green we've never been exposed to, is truly shameful. They responded that it was more of a âwhirlpoolâ but it would be fixed then next day which it never wasâŠ.
Had they been honest about the hot tub being broken we absolutely would not have booked our stay here.
We also never received maid service during our stay which is on your listing, we ran out of hot water during our showers, outlets need to be replaced in the unit as things don't stay plugged into them and the carpets are dirty and the beds were the most uncomfortable we have stayed on.
When we reached out the the renters they just said they would try to do better⊠not exactly the response to make us feel good or set us right. Very bummed on our experience and I would suggest not booking here.
We stayed in unit 301. Very grateful for the elevator. The housekeeping service was wonderful and came almost daily. The apartment decor was severely dated, but most everything worked well. The mattresses were not old, the master bedroom mattress was firm and comfortable. Only the wall-to-wall carpet was a bit sketchy (worn and wavy).
Only complaints (beyond the aging decor):
A) WiFi -- instructions were to connect to the 2.4GHz network but it was so slow it was unusable, however the 5GHz network worked fine except for being down 1/3 of the time,
B) Hot Water -- there was only 12-15 minutes of hot water at a time (until the tank reheated), despite there being a newer looking good sized hot water tank in the apartment,
C) Guests are only given keys to the knob lock, not deadbolt. You can lock deadbolt when you're in the unit, but not when you leave. Plus our front door frame looked like it had once been forced open and did not look secure. However, I understand there is very little theft or break-ins in Telluride,
D) In the 2nd bedroom, which had windows facing the street that are not well insulated, sreet noise and passersby conversations occasionally woke up my son.
All that said, I would stay again at The Fall Line given the cost savings.
Elaine & Tomâs place is everything you could need. Center of town, under 5 minutes to the gondola, hot tub, parking and comfy space. We will definitely be coming back here for our next Telluride trip! They were also kind enough to accommodate our early arrival.
