Phoenix X est l'un des complexes de condominiums les plus populaires sur la côte du golfe. Il y a une raison pour laquelle plus de vacanciers séjournent dans ce condo que tout autre à Orange Beach. Très bien situé juste à côté de la Flora-Bama et de l'autre côté de la rue des restaurants.

Il n'y a pas de meilleur endroit pour vous et votre famille que Phoenix X. Vous pourrez pratiquer de nombreuses activités, notamment une salle de musculation, un terrain de racquetball, un sauna, une piscine intérieure, des bains à remous, des courts de tennis et une piscine extérieure. Il y a même une belle zone de gazebo pour se détendre sous votre barbecue.

Ceci est une unité Premium. Venez vous détendre sur le balcon spacieux appartement de terrasse avec vue imprenable sur le golfe ou dormir sur le grand lit king dans le maître avec accès au balcon! Une reine dans la 2ème chambre et deux lits doubles dans la 3ème chambre. Cette unité a ét�� améliorée pour inclure de nouveaux meubles, des comptoirs en granit, et de nouveaux étages! Nous avons de nouveaux téléviseurs intelligents dans toutes les chambres et le salon. Nous sommes idéalement situés à proximité des restaurants, des épiceries et non loin des centres commerciaux. N'oubliez pas que nous sommes juste à côté de la Flora-Bama!

Nous avons également une unité 3BR et 4BR sur le même étage pour les clients ayant besoin de plus d'un condo.

Enjoyed stay. TV system difficulty manipulating. Freezer went out on 2nd day was comped for inconvience but made stay difficult w hot weather.

Not coming back to 1506.

Utensils and pans were dirty, rusted. Front door needs weatherstripping especially with north winds. 2 refrigerators but no ice maker. Thin white drapes do not block light at night. Hung a blanket over window so we could sleep. Don't sit on the couch.

Great location, could have been cleaner

Reviewer Comments: Charlie was great to work with, I appreciated his willingness to jump on a phone call and answer my questions about building construction, arrival time, etc. I've stayed at different units in Phoenix X and the other Phoenix buildings before and was disappointed in the cleanliness of this unit. The floors weren't clean (as evidenced by how dirty my feet were after walking around!), the towels, sheets, and blankets all had stains, and the rug needed a good vacuum. The location and setup are great, just wish it was slightly cleaner.

Don’t stay here

I briefly said something on the Vrbo but not sure it was posted. This place is not being kept up well. Don’t plan to cook in because they don’t have anything that is functional. Sheets were dirty. Floors were gross and sticky. Food and dust under all cabinets. We have never been so disappointed. We obviously made the best of it because there was nothing we could do, but I can work you. We have been going to orange beach for years. Cleaning service needs to get it together. We bought a broom bc the one there was older than me and I’m 37. We had to buy cups to use and plates as well. Whomever the owner is definitely needs to pay a visit because this listing is not as pictured. The patio table is not equipped for big groups. It was over all the nastiest condo we have ever been to. Will not be returning to this unit which is 1506.

Needs a deep cleaning!

First off, I will start by saying that if it were not for the location of this property, I would not have stayed for more than one night. The view from the balcony is perfect. Now as far as the condo.. very disappointing. Very! I'm not quite sure when the last deep cleaning took place. Which surprised me, especially with the cost of the cleaning fee charged at the time of booking. The counter tops were dirty right when we walked in. Bathrooms were dirty as well. I ended up placing an order with Walmart delivery for Clorox cleaner to clean the tub/shower. That helped a ton. The amount of dust/dirt under cabinets is literally disgusting. The dishwasher did not work. The fridge/freezer in the kitchen did not work. They did have a fridge/freezer in the dining room which did work ( we did not know that prior to loading the first fridge ). I did read a ton of reviews about the condo being dirty and broken appliances prior to our arrival so I messaged the host. He assured me that the issues were resolved. That was not the case. Please consider this review if you are staying here with your family or small children.

Not our favorite condo

We have been staying at Phoenix X twice a year for the past 6 years. We love the location. The beach is so close and the pool is awesome. You can walk to Flora Bama, The Yacht Club and Ole River. I read a review on this condo last month that the ice maker didn’t work. I messaged the host via VRBO, Charlie, to find out if the ice maker was fixed and never received a reply. Thank goodness Phoenix X sells bags of ice. I was excited that the condo had two refrigerators but one did not work. We filled it with bottled water on our first day and noticed the next day it was not cold. Kitchen is very well equipped other than needing frying pans that were awful and should have been replaced long ago. The wind noise from the front door was unbearable at night. For the money you spend this is unacceptable!!!! Stay away from this condo!! Being on the top floor was great, views were spectacular. We will be back to a Phoenix X but will not rent this unit.

Reviewer Comments: My family and I enjoyed our recent stay and had a generally pleasant experience, though there were a few issues worth noting.Pros:Great Location: The condo is ideally situated, offering easy access to the beach, Florabama and a couple of local restaurants. It's a perfect spot for a relaxing getaway.Cleanliness: The unit was very clean upon arrival. Two Refrigerators: Having two refrigerators was a nice touch for extra storage, especially for longer stays.Cons:Appliance Issues: Unfortunately, only one of the two refrigerators worked well, which could be inconvenient for larger groups. Electrical Problems: Some of the electrical outlets in the unit did not work, which was a minor inconvenience.Fire Alarm Buzzing: The fire alarm would sporadically buzz, which might be annoying to some.Overall, while the condo's location and cleanliness were excellent, there are some maintenance issues that need to be addressed to improve the guest experience. Despite these drawbacks, I enjoyed my stay and would consider returning, hoping these problems are resolved.

Phoenix X unit 1506

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good to Average. It was exactly as described, great location and view. However, there was zero extra. I think we had 4 washcloths in the unit, exactly 8 towels, 2 can openers that did not work, and a refigerator freezer that struggled to keep up. The A/c, washer dryer did work very good. Clean condition, we slept 8 in the nit comfortably. I did not complain, I did not call the management company to address the fridge issues, my fault for not addressing issues. Property is as described, I would stay here again, if they fixed the refrigerator/freezer, I would just bring more towels.

Great Location - Could Be Cleaner

The views are excellent. his is a very large condo with 3 bedrooms.It could have been cleaner. On the service, it appears very cleazn, but don't look under vanities or beds, etc. We had to re-wash all the glasses and coffee mugs, etc, as they were stained.This poperty could make use of a handyman for a day or two to repiar things here and there. We needed to purchase replacement batteries for two of the remotes as they were dead. The remotes for the TVs themselves (not the cable boxes) were no where to be found so we had to use our smartphones to control them.Beds were comfortable and air conditioing worked well.

The floors were dirty and the dishes in the cabinet were also not clean. The counters and table were not clean in the kitchen and the bathrooms were also not clean. The shower in the master bedroom seemed to not have been cleaned for quite some time. If you are looking for the best location in Orange Beach, this building is great.

Should have been MUCH cleaner for the price

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, great view, good parking, nice pool, elevators were quick. However the room was dirty. Master toilet had mold stain in bowl, had to buy bleach to clean the master shower before using it due to mold in grooves. Everyone used the master shower after cleaning because the second bathroom shower curtain was so nasty. Fridge was not clean. Had food stain/residue on shelving. Dishwasher stunk, opened it and it also had food stain/residue in it. Dead bugs/flies all along kitchen counter tops. You expect some grit on the floor due to being at beach, however these floors were filthy. All ceiling fans were incredibly dirty. Not sure sheets were changed because they were so wrinkled. All looked clean except for 1 had suspicious stain. Could be a very nice place, it does need some TLC.

enjoyed the beach and my trip but there several issues with the condo. When my family arrived the dishwasher wasn’t working, lightbulbs were missing out of the lamps, and there was clogged sink in the primary bathroom. We reached out on the app and the owner contacted maintenance and those issues were corrected. We also discovered the batteries in most of the remotes were missing and the TV’s in the secondary bedrooms weren’t connected to the cable boxes in the room. The smoke alarm previously had issues (possibly shorted out), there was black all around it and looks like it was “fixed” using duct tape which was concerning. The mirror in the living room clearly wasn’t clean and still had tape on it from where someone had something taped up. The dining chairs needed to be wiped out and were scattered in the open living area. There was a small broken side table next to the tv, and the patio furniture was rusted and in poor shape. The kitchen utensils could use an upgrade and there weren’t a lot of options for cook/bakeware. Overall the condo could have done with a really good cleaning and some upgrades. I give it 2.5 out 5 stars

Great time!

Just wish the dishwasher worked and the dryer didn’t take 5 rounds to get one load dry. Overall though, we had a great time and enjoyed ourselves and the room!
