Juste un court trajet en voiture de I-4, niché sur le magnifique lac Mattie, à mi-chemin entre Tampa et Orlando est cette maison de 3 chambres 2 salles de bain. Complètement rénové et prêt pour votre plaisir.

À 30 minutes de route à l'est, vous trouverez tous les parcs d'attractions, les boutiques, les sports et les restaurants d'Orlando. un peu plus loin Daytona et la côte atlantique. A 40 minutes de route à l'ouest, vous trouverez la ville historique de Ybor, l'aquarium, le centre sportif et les ports; un peu plus loin Tampa et la spectaculaire côte du golfe.

Pêcheurs, il n’ya pas d’accès public au lac Mattie, mais votre séjour vous donne un accès complet à la rampe de mise à l’eau privée et au magasin d’appâts du parc; réservez une excursion d'une demi-journée ou d'une journée complète sur le lac Mattie avec notre guide résident, puis revenez à la fin de la journée pour cuisiner vos prises.

Karen and Freddie are the best hosts I have ever seen. The property is well-maintained, clean and well-supplied. All the supplies are brand new. We had a great stay for spring break. Caught some fish off the dock. Karen and Freddie gave us some duck eggs. They are delicious! I would recommend this property to anyone. The only problem is the traffics on I-4 was bad during the spring break. But compared with staying in the crowded city, 45-60 minutes drive is nothing.

Another PERFECT Stay at Lake Mattie

The words amazing and incredible are just not enough to describe this Lake Mattie location. The house itself is very comfortable and decorated so cute in every room. It is stocked well with many extra unexpected amenities, including treats, toys, dishes, and bedding for our dogs. The fishing off the dock is so unbelievable you don't even mind the catch and release policy! Having the host-owned bait shop right on property is a bonus. The hosts are very friendly and helpful without being intrusive. This was our second stay at this wonderful home but will not be our last!!!

Need more than 5 stars for this rental

Excellent communications from owners from the time of booking until the day we departed. Always helpful and accommodating. The search for a perfect place to vacation is always challenging. Having found the perfect landlords, has been a true blessing to us. “Home is where the heart is” This is a home you can sit back and relax in the scenic back porch overlooking a lake in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Day 1, we were notified our rental was ready more than 5 hours EARLIER than originally promised. Walking in the front door was an atmosphere of “home”. You could see the loving care and thorough cleanliness that went into making sure we were completely happy with our choice in rentals. The structure and furnishings were so comfortable and nautical deco was artistically arranged. Upon unpacking the little bit of food we brought along, we find the cabinets already full of food. The coffee bar had loads of kcups and creamers and there were snacks galore. Ummm, why were we being so blessed in picking this random home? Then we met our land lords. ❤️❤️ Such beautiful Christian folks with giving hearts. We will definitely return in future trips to Florida.

Absolutely Amazing Experience!

Our family was blessed to stay here over Thanksgiving weekend. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook our traditional holiday meal. Being able to take our furbabies with us made it extra special. There were so many extra things Karen left for us that were above & beyond anything we expected. The whole place is decorated so cute! The fishing was great and right out the back door. It is very convenient to have the bait shop right there too. Karen & Freddie are genuine, loving Christians who are a pleasure to visit with. You cannot go wrong staying at this PERFECT place, In fact, we already booked another week over spring break.

Perfect location, house fully stocked, owner went above and beyond, very comfortable and quiet!

The home had everything we needed and more! The owner went above and beyond, even having necessities there when we arrived…. Bagels and cream cheese, bananas and bottled water are just a few examples. Precious dog beds and little toys were waiting for our fur babies. It was a most comfortable getaway home on a beautiful and quiet lake. ❤️ It was a comfortable getaway home!

Rustic Sweet Spot

Extemely comfortable home facing an extraordinary undeveloped lake in Central Florida. It is surrounded by an amazing variety of Florida wildlife. Beautiful birds and plants and so much more. The host, Karen, was magnificent and truly was kind and unobtrusive. They have a really nicely outfitted pontoon boat which can be rented with guide to explore the lake and do some fishing. They welcomed our dogs and had toys for them on arrival. This place is old Florida and filled with love. Great for families. Close to Disney but far from everything. Can't say enough good about this home and the host -PD

“Our Florida Cabin”

The above title is how our grandchildren described the property. We have a family cabin in Washington State. The property is non-pretentious but very comfortable and homey. The lakeside is delightful. The hosts are very friendly and helpful.

Wonderful Lakefront

Extra nice touches from hosts. They had litter box set up for our cat and toys for dog and cat. Kitchen stocked with coffee, fruit, bagels, etc. very clean and plenty of space.

Above and Beyond!

We absolutely enjoyed our time at this property. I contacted the owner before booking with numerous questions and each time she responded almost immediately. The property is absolutely beautiful and the experience surpassed my best expectations. The home was stocked with everything we could have possibly needed other than our clothing. The owner of this property goes way above and beyond to ensure that guests receive the best while vacationing but doesn't intrude at the same time. My husband is a fisherman and we chose this place because it was a lake front. The lake is absolutely beautiful. There is a bait shop on the property and they even offer fishing tours (based on availability). We absolutely loved our time here and it's the best vacation rental I've ever experienced. I give this place 10 stars and the hospitality deserves much more than that! Can't wait to return!

An Amazing Holiday Getaway!

We had the pleasure of spending our Thanksgiving week at this most amazing property. My little family (including our doggies!) could not have asked for a more perfect home or more hospitable homeowner. It had EVERYTHING we needed, from a bait shop in the backyard to dog beds for Max and Mario. :) We were sad to leave but we have no doubt we will be back very soon. Not only did we have a great week, but we left with two new friends in the homeowners!
