Ce lit récemment mis à jour 2/1. 5 unité de bain est l'endroit idéal pour rester lors de votre prochaine visite à Amelia Island. Situé à seulement 1/4 mile de la plage principale et à 2 miles du centre-ville de Fernandina, cette maison de ville est pratique pour tout ce que l'île a à offrir. Accès à la plage est juste une courte promenade de l'autre côté de la rue et vous êtes assez proche pour entendre les vagues!

Cette maison de ville a été récemment mis à jour, y compris de nouveaux meubles, planchers, et mis à jour la cuisine et salles de bains. Du niveau inférieur, les clients entrent dans le salon qui offre des sièges confortables et une grande télévision à écran plat. La salle à manger peut accueillir quatre et est juste à côté de la cuisine récemment mis à jour, y compris tous les nouveaux appareils, planchers et comptoirs. Du rez-de-chaussée, les clients ont également accès à la buanderie avec lave-linge et sèche-linge.

Les deux chambres sont à l'étage. Dans le maître, les clients pourront profiter d'un nouveau matelas king et d'une télévision à écran plat. Accès à un balcon privé peut également être atteint depuis la chambre principale où vous pourrez profiter du bruit des vagues s'écraser juste en face de la rue.

La deuxième chambre offre deux lits jumeaux avec de nouveaux matelas et draps. La salle de bain principale au deuxième niveau a une combinaison baignoire / douche et une nouvelle vanité avec espace de comptoir supplémentaire. Les clients sont fournis tous les draps et draps de bain frais, y compris les serviettes de plage.

Cette unité est l'emplacement idéal en face de la plage, et pratique pour tout sur l'île. Situé à seulement 1/4 mile au sud de Main Beach et Fort Clinch, et à seulement 2 mile de route du centre-ville de Fernandina Beach.

The rental was clean and well maintained, there were nice extras and they supplied soaps and some coffee. We were two older adults staying there, my only issues were an overly soft mattress and stairs that were very shallow and difficult to use. The nearby neighborhood was very nice for walking our dogs.

Great stay across from the beach!

The property was so nice for our getaway. The unit was clean and cozy and offered everything we needed for our stay. Being able to just walk across the street to the beach or a short drive to the beautiful downtown area. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a nice pet friendly stay!

Great location, Well maintained

We enjoyed our first visit to Amelia Island and felt fortunate to find this rental. It was clean, well maintained and stocked, and in a great location. We walked and easily biked to restaurants, shopping and state park, and being across the street from the beach made it so convenient to come and go without a drive/parking.

Very convenient and comfortable.

Located right across from the beach- about a 5 minute walk to sand. Easy to park and load/unload the car right in front of the door or take a dog out. Beds are comfortable and lots of nice touches. Great location on the island.

Townhouse was nicely located - a little further from the beach than we anticipated. House could use a little work - front door was broken but nothing we couldn’t live with.

Quick walk to the Beach

Great place and a stone's throw away from beach access #2. The most comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen and nice layout. Although it was too cold to enjoy the balcony - I can see it as a nice plus! Having the separate laundry room allowed us to store our bikes out of the weather. Would rent again!

Last minute beach trip

This townhome checked all the boxes for us. Clean, updated, walk to the beach and a few restaurants, as well as affordable. There were beach towels available as well as a wagon to pack all of or gear in. A great help that our son loved pulling to the beach! We really hope to make it back here again. Thanks for a great stay. Our family loved it!

Perfect location, lovely stay.

Had a wonderful experience at this property. Overall the location was perfect, just walking distance from Main Beach and the Salt Life restaurant. Driving distance to the historic downtown -everything pretty close. Over all on the property, it was really helpful to have laundry. The bathroom was a bit outdated a spot that needed a fix, but nothing major. Very relaxing and what we needed for a girls weekend meetup. Thank you!

Great spot!

My husband and I stayed here for our wedding weekend. The unit was exactly as advertised and communication with the manager was straightforward. Super quick and easy walk to the nearest beach access. Easy parking. Clear and detailed directions for check in and check out processes. They were so kind to leave us a tasty treat from Fantastic Fudge and a note congratulating us on our marriage! We would absolutely recommend this place to others.

This property was a overall great experience. Clean, good location and quiet. Pros: - Walking distance to beach if you do not have too many items to carry - Clean - Quiet - Sleeps 4-6 (bring an air mattress) - Great communication from property management - Amenities you wouldn't get with a hotel - Pet friendly Cons - Not enough toiletries (make sure you bring extra toilet paper) - Main bathroom could use some upgrade (i.e shower head to short and other items could use updating.) - Smart TV's had YouTube TV logged in only in the master bedroom All-in-all I would suggest this to a small family, couples or group of adult friends wanting a nice place to stay. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Good stay at the beach

Although not directly across from a public beach access, a beach wagon was provided so we could easily make the short walk to the beach with the chairs and towels provided. The unit is exactly as advertised—nicely remodeled; no frills but has everything needed for a comfortable stay. We enjoy taking our dog to the beach, and this unit had a hose at the door so we could clean her (and us) off when we got back. The only cons are that the blender doesn’t work the best and the stairs are a bit tight/steep, but we expected that from previous reviews.
