My opinion/experience: The view from the 2nd balcony is incomparable. The beds were comfortable; kitchen was well-appointed. Location can't be beat, steps from Ruby's Coffee and Kokocabana on the waterfront. The bad: asked if there were streaming services available. Was told no streaming, no Internet, no smart TV. Wrong on all 3. Was given 2 wifi passwords, neither of which worked at first. Bath ceiling mottled with gray mold, ugh. Shower head caked with pink mold. Shower curtain had a foot of pink mold on the bottom. Not cleaned for weeks. Same with the kitchen sink sprayer. I cleaned them, as well as the mildewed outdoor furniture. No icemaker, so one would expect ice cube trays. Nope. Refrigerator shelves were gross around the edges. Multiple burned out light bulbs; clock had a dead battery. Bedroom and living room fans did not work. Saw 3 palmetto bugs in the kitchen; something else was biting our feet at night. A pest inspector (whom the mgmt. company insisted had to come for 2 hours on my husband's birthday) didn't find anything. Next day, a young man showed up unannounced, didn't wait for us to answer the knock and just came in. Then I got an email asking for 100 for an optional late checkout (?!) I registered a complaint about all of the issues and the response was (paraphrasing) "we understand but you didn't report it all" - not true. They finally offered a small partial refund. Not acceptable. At a loss to understand the "perfect 10" reviews. Maybe not real.
