The house was really nice and gave the guys room to spread out and relax in the evenings. We had a last minute change in the number of guests and Theresa was quick to respond and easy to work with to make the adjustment. She gave us great info on the local town as well.
We had a perfect stay, the house was clean and well stocked. The host was super nice and available if needed. Had a fun time shooting pool in town and we were close to our diamond hunting wedding event at MVMM!
Great house! Very clean, walked to restaurants for breakfast and dinner. (Liked Gino's for dinner and the Village for breakfast). Hit so many neighboring towns for antiques, wineries and shops. Don't miss Howe Caverns. House had all the amenities, great water pressure in the shower (always important to us!). Laid out well for visiting, so a good place for girl's weekends. Very much enjoyed our stay and would easily recommend this house.
Very neat and comfortable the kitchen had everything we needed and more. We could go for walks around the town because it was close to shops and restaurants and the people in the town were very friendly. We enjoyed our stay there!
A beautiful house, a gracious host, a charming village, nice local amenities
This is a beautifully restored, very comfortable house within a few blocks of downtown Canajoharieâs restaurants, antique shops and classic architecture. For jogging or biking, the Erie Canal Trail is virtually right outside the front doorâitâs a scenic path on a surface runners will appreciate. Dining options in Canajoharie are fine, and for a special dinner thereâs The Table at Fort Plain, seven minutes away. We used the house as our home base for a weekend of opera-going at Glimmerglass, which is an easy drive (about 30 minutes). The house comfortably accommodated three couples, with plenty of room to sleep, to eat and to read/hang out in the living room or on the porch. We had a more enjoyable and relaxing weekend than at several much higher-priced b&bâs in the same area. Highly recommended!
I am teacher who is willing to rent my home while it is not in use. I have enjoyed renovating this 130 historical home in this quaint small town near the bike path and close to Cooperstown.
Small town quiet street and a short car ride to everything or even a road trip to Boston, or Niagara Falls. Plenty of great stuff nearby like wineries, breweries, and of course the bike path and Baseball Hall of Fame
