Boulder Back Cottage est un chalet récemment rénové situé dans un quartier calme à distance de marche de la rue Main Lake Placid. L'étage principal comprend 2 chambres chacune avec salle de bains privative, une cuisine moderne entièrement équipée pour les chefs et un salon confortable avec foyer au propane. Le rez-de-chaussée comprend une chambre familiale avec télévision, 2 coins nuit, une salle de bain complète et une buanderie. Les clients sont invités à utiliser la plage privée sur le lac Mirror, à quelques pas du chalet. Apportez votre propre canoë, kayak ou pédalo et profitez de tout ce que Mirror Lake offre (fermé aux clients tous les jours de 16h à 18h). Entièrement clôturé dans la cour arrière et le patio avec barbecue Weber et table à manger en plein air. Off street parking pour 2 voitures.

Boulder Back Cottage Getaway

We had a wonderful time at Boulder Back Cottage in Lake Placid! The place was very clean, and it was a great location. We loved our private access to the beach! We will be back!

Nice Place to stay, Obviously we have been back 4 consecutive year.

Clean, convenient, quiet. Access to the private beach is great. We really enjoyed it and are planning on doing it again this year.

Just Right!

The beautiful renovation of this property maximizes the space making it a perfect fit for our family of six. We actually felt like we could have had two more people join us but the property rules state max of six. Thank you for allowing our family to make some great memories. The access to the beach was a great bonus.

Hidden Gem

We loved our stay! The neighbors were great and the property is in a perfect place to either make a quick run into town or relax away from it all. Lots of bathrooms and bedrooms. You will love it here.

Lovely home, great back patio w nice location.

This is our third time renting this home, yes we are reserved for next year as well. The home is well appointed with a n open floor plan and very clean. Beds are comfy and the kitchen is well stocked. The patio is nice. The grill works great and evenings with the gas fire pit are wonderful. This was the first time we brought our two labs. We appreciated the fenced yard and the pups loved swimming each morning in Mirror Lake. Carrie was very responsive and helpful.

Boulderback Cottage Stay

We were a family of 5 staying at Boulderback for several nights. The house was clean and well equipped. The weather wasn’t great for our stay, but our kids enjoyed the beach area and it was a very convenient walk to the house. Also enjoyed by the kids was the finished basement with DVDs and plenty of room for hide and seek on our rainy days. The location was great- very central to everything really. For the price and what we received- we would absolutely come back. Carrie was great to work with and very prompt with any correspondence.

Perfect spot in lake placid

This is by far the best place we have stayed in Lake Placid. The easy walk to town, beach access, and fenced in back yard made it idea for our family and our pup, Blue. We will be back!

Fantastic property with a central location

My family and I really enjoyed staying at the Boulder Back cottage. It was clean, quiet and had all the comforts of home. The central location was perfect for exploring all the highlights of the Adirondacks. The private beach was an added bonus. Carrie was a wonderful host and even answered her phone late one evening to assist us with the stove. I would highly recommend this rental and would enjoy staying here again.

Great Cottage and Perfect Base Camp for ADK and Lake Placid

Casual, comfortable , clean and quiet in a super location with lake access: Walk into town, bring or rent paddle boards and bikes, or take a short scenic drive to unlimited ADK hiking. Cozy kitchen and living room include all the amenities to hang out and relax if the weather, tired legs, or a good book keep you from venturing out. We’ll be back!

Beautiful Mirror lake retreat

Amazing rental at reasonable price! The property owner was prompt and clear in her responses. The rental home was in walking distance to the main mirror lake shops as well as the cobble hill hike. There is access to a private beach which was beautiful. Beds were very comfortable and the outdoor seating area was excellent for relaxing. We will definitely be booking again next year.

My friends loved the house

Due to the pandemic I could not stay at this house. However the friends we were meeting here still came and loved the property. They had nothing but fantastic things to say and really enjoyed the house and especially the patio and fire pit. I can't say enough of how wonderful Carrie was when we booked the house last year but especially during Covid 19 as the Gov of NY kept changing the rules on who could visit the state. We have booked the house for next year and I can't wait to be there!

Excellent location and peaceful place

We enjoyed our stay at the Boulder Back Cottage. The location is wonderful and provides renters with access to a private beach on Mirror Lake. When your not in the mood for lake activities, you can easily walk to the path that loops the lake and head into town for shopping or food. The cottage was clean and cozy and gave our family a nice place to relax and enjoy a special vacation. Many thanks to our wonderful host.
