Spacieux condo 2 chambres / 2 salles de bain au 10ème étage. Situé directement sur la plage dans la communauté fermée de Breakers East. Profitez des belles plages de sable blanc de la côte d'émeraude. Détendez-vous sur votre balcon privé de 30 pieds avec une vue spectaculaire sur le front de mer.

Cuisine entièrement équipée. La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king-size télévision par câble à écran plat / DVD; rideaux d'occultation.
Master suite salle de bain a une combinaison baignoire / douche et vanité simple. La deuxième chambre dispose de 2 lits queen size; télévision par câble. La deuxième salle de bain a une combinaison baignoire / douche et une seule vanité. Séjour avec télévision par câble à écran plat / DVD. Laveuse / sécheuse dans le condo. Draps / serviettes fournis. Breakers East est situé au cœur de la rue du parc aquatique de Big Kahuna. Marcher à la restauration rapide Pizza Hut, Wendy, Chic-fil-a, Waffle House, et le métro. 'The Track' est situé à quelques pâtés de maisons des go-carts, golf miniature, arcade, bateaux tamponneurs, saut à l'élastique. The truth is, the stay was fantastic. It had everything you needed. It was very central, with shops, restaurants, and supermarket just 5 to 8 minutes away. I highly recommend it... and I would definitely book again.

We were pleasantly impressed with our condo. It was beautiful and clean and comfortable. It was very well equipped and we had everything we needed to cook meals. Thank you for a very enjoyable vacation. Definitely recommend.

Very clean apartment with a great view

I have to say that the apartment was fantastic. The beds were extremely comfortable, which is very rare for me to say outside of my own home. The swimming pool was very nice and clean. Whenever I had a question prior to arriving, the manager got right back to me. They were very patient with me and I appreciated that.

winter Break 2021

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Destin. Our Condo was very nice, perhaps in need of a little updating , but was very comfortable, roomy and the view was amazing. There was plenty of dishes, cookware, towels and blankets. The beach was easily accessible and covered parking was very nice. All of the staff, that we encountered, were so friendly and helpful. When I needed to talk to the property manage, she responded very quickly. All in All, we would definitely stay here again.

Great property

Property was one of the best I’ve stayed in. Located within distance of everything and everywhere you’d want to go. There was plenty of space for everyone and room was clean and already equipped with all your necessities. Only hiccup was I paid extra for the room which was supposed to be ready at 1300 and unfortunately when I arrived they was still cleaning the room. Staff was friendly and said they wasn’t told by management and ask for an hour to finish things up so we had to make plans for something in the meantime. Other than that the experience was great I would consider revisiting.

Only downside was one elevator was out of service the entire time we were there. Had to wait about 15-20 minutes each time. Other than that, it was perfect!

Always a great experience, this unit was very nicely remodeled and worked perfectly for our family. The only thing I would recommend is they consider different furniture for the balcony. A high top table on the 10th floor isn’t ideal.
