Just Beachy est une maison fantastique avec 107 pieds de plage de sable privée sur le lac Michigan. Cette maison est située sur South Lake Michigan Drive, une route légère de 1, 5 voies, à seulement 15 minutes du centre-ville de Sturgeon Bay.

Comprend 4 chambres à coucher, 3. 5 salles de bains, 2 cuisines, 2 grands salons et salles à manger parfaits pour les familles. Animaux acceptés. Comprend garage 2 voitures, avec beaucoup de stationnement supplémentaire. Barbecue à charbon, bicyclettes, deux chenils, salle à manger extérieure.

Our toddlers loved exploring the property and the proximity of the beach! Plenty of rocks and sand to play with! Great communication with Ted!

Great Family Stay

We booked this cabin as a getaway for my husbands family. It was perfectly located, clean, well-stocked, and the host was incredibly hospitable and responsive. The only slightly negative thing I could say about the cabin was that it is not as accessible for people with impaired mobility as it may seem in the listing. There are several small steps throughout the house and a raised floor divider that runs straight through the hallway that made getting around slightly challenging for a wheel chair user. Otherwise, this was an excellent stay!

Beautiful property!

We had an excellent stay! Communication with the host was very responsive & the house was just as it was shown. There was plenty of space & the in-law suite in the back was the perfect addition to the home. We were there during a winter storm & the plows were there right away to clear the driveway. Overall excellent stay & would definitely recommend staying here & coming back!

Perfect Thanksgiving Getaway

My family and I stayed here over the Thanksgiving holiday and it was perfect for what we were looking for. The home is spacious and cozy with a beautiful view of Lake Michigan. We also very much appreciated how kid-friendly the property was. My kids loved digging into the game closet. Really good communication with the owner. We would love to come back during the Summer sometime!

Perfect weekend get-away!

What a wonderful time. This home provided everything we could have needed and more. Great spaces to spread out, all the kitchen equipment for making fun meals, excellent WiFi, bright outdoor lighting, ample parking space, and excellent homeowner communication with all instructions! Great Vacation House!

This house is perfect! Great size house, close to the beach. The street has very low traffic. Ted the owner is very responsive and accommodating. This is the best VRBO I’ve rented.

Location!

For us it was the ideal location...a wooded lot with a view of the lake and access to a sand beach right down the driveway. It's the farthest south we've ever stayed in Door County which turned out just fine. Kids loved The Farm, we ventured to Egg Harbor and Sturgeon Bay, but mostly just enjoyed the peaceful surroundings. Accommodations worked out well for all of us adults and children. Kitchen is fully stocked with all utensils, etc. and garage had multiple bikes, and beach chairs, a charcoal grill, and a big cart to haul stuff to the beach.

We had a wonderful stay at the beach house! It was perfect for our family. There was more than enough space for everyone. We loved seeing the lake every morning and our kids could not get enough of the beach! Ted is a great host. We would definitely stay here again!

Great beach getaway for families with dogs!

Perfect location for spending time on the beach with families that have dogs. House has a lot of space to accommodate a big family and goes above pet friendly with providing kennels, toys and food dishes. Will definitely book again.

Huge Rustic House

The house was massive, adorable, and clean. Host communicated very well. He let us enter early, left a bottle of wine for us to enjoy, and checked in on us after the 1st day. Very nice.

Nice house

The house had everything that one would need and I appreciated not having a long list of house rules. The host was very responsive with all questions. I was just disappointed with the beach which is no fault of the host. I know beaches can change every season/year, it was just covered in dead alewives and rocks so the kids couldn’t enjoy it as much! If you love seeing deer this is definitely a good location for it!

Wonderful Family Getaway at a Beautiful Property!

We absolutely loved our family vacation to Sturgeon Bay and enjoyed staying at Ted & Kristin’s lovely beach home on Lake Michigan! The home is perfect for families, large and small, with plenty of space for gatherings as well as for personal time. The extra living space, loft and kitchen were ideal for our kids and 4 month old grandson- allowing them a private area where they could keep schedules and routines for the little one. The property was also so welcoming to our dog, offering toys and pet amenities as well. We’ve stayed at “pet friendly “ properties before but none were as clean and accommodating as this. Ted was wonderful, offering timely communications and making sure our needs were met and our stay was exceptional- it definitely was!

Great place to stay for Girls Weekend

Ted's house was a perfect location for our girls weekend getaway! The four of us had plenty of space to spread out and relax in comfort. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was spacious, the bathrooms were plenty! Lots of amenities to enjoy, not to mention THE VIEW! Beautiful sunrises over Lake Michigan and miles & miles of sandy beach to walk! Ted was an attentive host who ensured our comfort by reaching out via text during our stay. We would definitely recommend this property, which we hope to stay at again!

Excellent rental

The house was even larger than it looks online. The owner was great with wonderful communication. He thought of everything you could think of that you would have needed amd more. The view of Lake Michigan from the front window was amazing. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Great home in Door County!!

We had another great stay at Ted's home. The size of the home and it's location next to Lake Michigan is perfect, so our extended family and pets can enjoy all that Door County has to offer. Ted is always quick to respond and very accomodating.

Easy, breezy

The house was just like you see in the pictures, very clean and well appointed. I appreciated that many things had been labeled like the light switches, items in the cupboards and TV remotes. The beach is just right out the front door and we went for long walks each day. We would definitely stay here again!

We have strong family ties to Door County and for years we talked about owning waterfront property on Lake Michigan. We decided that the time was right and bought our property In the spring of 2018.

This house was perfect for us. It is big enough to invite plenty of guests and has a beautiful sand beach. For a waterfront property, it is very quiet and private with a large secluded back yard.
