Un charmant terrain d'angle clôturé parfaitement adapté à l'amusement en famille. Une longue allée accueille beaucoup de stationnement sur le site avec une zone de basket-ball demi-court pour les cerceaux de tir.

Les équipements supplémentaires incluent une adorable salle de jeux remplie de meubles pour enfants et d'artisanat pour une récréation sans fin. Une arrière-cour spacieuse avec deux aires de repos nouvellement conçues qui comprennent une table de pique-nique, des chaises longues, un foyer, un barbecue et des meubles de patio.

Cette maison est à seulement cinq minutes à pied du lac Michigan, du terrain de jeu Kids Corner et du centre-ville historique de South Haven. Prenez le temps de profiter des boutiques, des restaurants, du cinéma, du marché fermier et du charme historique de South Haven.

Trois chambres à l'étage disposent de deux chambres avec lits queen et une chambre avec deux ensembles de lits superposés. La chambre du bas contient un canapé-lit double.

Profitez de l'épreuve de vélo Kal-Haven avec ses nombreux arrêts pittoresques et sa beauté pittoresque. Plusieurs vélos sont fournis pour votre plaisir de pédaler. Deux kayaks sont disponibles pour le lancement sur la rivière Noire.

4 day stay

Overall a great experience ,they had 4 bikes available ,bags ,badminton and much more,the wagon came in real handy as we used it to haul all our stuff to the beach .Quiet neighborhood and great backyard with a gas grill .

Cousins trip 2025

We had a wonderful vacation. The house was perfect for my daughters and I traveling with five small children. The kids loved the toys, especially the Playhouse and the patio was perfect for us adults. Susan was very helpful and responded quickly when we had a few questions.

We had a wonderful stay in this South Haven home.ProsCheck in/out process was really smoothWagon/beach toys provided in garageVery cleanBackyard playhouse very nice for littlesConsNo dishwasherGarage cannot accommodate midsize/large SUVSuggested improvementWay too much furniture/musty books in living room and the furniture looks/feels like hand me downs. We put blankets on the old green leather couch because it was gross. For 425/night, I'd setup the living room with a quality sectional.

Had a great stay with our children and their spouses. The house is roomy, tidy and nicely decorated. We had plenty of space to gather indoors or outdoors for fun family time. We walked to the beach everyday and again in the evening for the beautiful South Haven sunsets! The neighborhood is great and the few blocks walk to the beach was safe and lovely. The house had everything we needed and didn't feel at all like a hotel or a modern staged rental home. The owners communication was the best I have experienced and we felt right at home. Thanks so much! The whole family loved it and we hope to book this place again for future family vacations. This property is a gem!

Great location, beautiful yard!

Stayed at this property with family and really enjoyed ourselves! Great location to both the beach and downtown and the yard was fantastic! Plenty of beach equipment, bikes and games to enhance our stay! Lovely home!

Cute cozy home, close to the beach!

Very cute home, clean, comfortable beds and beautiful outdoor areas. The grounds are manicured and everything was in bloom and beautiful. The proximity to the beach was great- just a few blocks down. Loved the added touch of beach chairs to take to the beach and the master porch in the morning for coffee.

Cozy House Great Central Location

You can walk to the beach or the shopping on Phoenix. House is homey and has a lot of neat features including a nice backyard, playhouse, and bikes and beach games in the garage.

Great Stay

Property was great. Easy walks to kids corner, beach and downtown. Got lucky and had a front row seat for the blueberry festival parade. Great place to consider when staying in South Haven.

Great place

This was our second stay here. It is a great little place for a few days. The upstairs is not central air so leaving doors open at night is helpful. The kids enjoyed the play house and basketball. The outside shower is nice for rinsing everyone off.

Great Home

Truly a perfect location. Close to town but far enough away that it’s nice and quiet. Just a few blocks from kids Corner and the blue stairs beach. We will be booking again! We were all so sad to leave.

Great Lakehouse

We enjoyed our stay in South Haven at this property. We were 4 adults and 2 children ages 6 and 8. The kids enjoyed the playhouse and the basketball hoop. The adults appreciated the backyard with the fire pit and the lovely outdoot patio. Beach access was only a few blocks away. Nice house and nice location.

Family beach trip

We loved our time in South Haven and we were so comfy in Susan’s home. The location was great-a few blocks from the beach and our kids loved either biking or walking the trips to and from. We did part of the Van Buren trail nearby. We had a couple of rainy days and her home was perfect for us all having space for playing/relaxing in multiple areas. We would most definitely return.

Great fall weekend

This property worked well for us and our family (3 children under 9) to come to town for a long weekend in Oct. We have come in the summer and loved South Haven but never in the off season and so wanted to see if the town was as fun. We had a great time with Haven Fest and the location of the house was great in terms of town, Kids Korner and getting around. Kids loved the playhouse, yard toys and bikes. Great property for families!

Clean and comfortable

This property is an older home, but very clean and tidy. We really appreciated the sitting room with plenty of comfortable couches for reading and conversation, and the super fenced in back yard with a nice grill, fire pit and outdoor seating. The play house was a huge hit with our toddler! We loved the short walk to a wonderful playground as well as the beachfront. The owner was helpful and responsive when we had a question. This was a great place to stay!

Perfect Location

Our stay was perfect for all the ages. The house had everything we needed and more. The thoughtfulness of items was appreciated from the kids step stool for the bathroom sink to bikes and beach wagon. The amount of bath and kitchen towels was great and the quality excellent. The playhouse and fenced backyard kept the kids busy and safe. The kids park was easy walking distance and a very nice park. I personally loved the older home. The built in bookcases, squeaky floors and unexpected cabinets. The house was clean, fresh and relaxing.

Wonderful first visit to South Haven

Perfect location for our family get away! Description accurate. Easy walk to beach and playground and town , even with two kids in the wagon. House well equipped. Garage full of toys for all ages. The fenced in yard ( with comfy furniture, fire pit, gas grill and playhouse) was our favorite place to hang out. Susan was patient with my many questions. Definitely hope to return.

Family Vacay

My family and I finally got a chance to visit South Haven again as we used to ever summer 20+ years ago. This was the perfect house and location! Inside of the home was very clean and just enough room to feel comfortable and meet our needs (bedrooms/baths). The outside area we mostly occupied since the weather was beautiful. The patio was huge and had very comfy seating. The fire pit area was also great and especially the adorable little house with so many cute toys to keep my kids occupied. Definitely recommend this lake house! Oh and we brought our own bikes, but they had so many to choose from too. Another great plus! We hope to be back soon!

Wonderful stay

House very clean and stocked. Lots of beach chairs to use. Nice bikes, kayaks , balls and toys in garage. Communication with host very good. Easy walk to lake and town. We spent most of our time outside. Yard is best part. Lovely seating area. Nice firepit. Grill a little worn out but worked just fine. We had a 1 1/2 year old. Fenced yard was great for her.

The good, the bad, and the ugly

Great area. Backyard was lovely. The ceiling fans had about 1/4 inch of dust on them as well as bathroom fan. It needs a new refrigerator. The freezer had to be held closed by velcro. Hard to keep it closed. The basement needs a dehumidifier because the house had a very musty smell. Also, in the description, the owner needs to say that the second bathroom is in the basement, not main floor, and is not enclosed from the rest of the basement. I think advertising as 2 1/2 baths is a stretch.
