High up on the 21st floor the views from this Upscale vacation rental are nothing short of breath taking. This unit is situated overlooking the luminescent emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. You are just a stone's throw away from the 2,000 linear feet of the sugary white shoreline.
Inside this unit is very well decorated and set up perfectly for a family of 8. Sweeping views can be enjoyed from the living area, or the nearby balcony which has plenty of seating to enjoy a midday snack or afternoon glass of your favorite beverage. The Living area is comfortably furnished with entertainment cabinetry, cushioned chairs and a couch that converts into a queen sized sleeper sofa if need be.
The master bedroom boasts a large king size bed, along with a full bath en suite with vanity sinks, a garden tub, and a separate shower. This room also has a private access to the balcony.
The guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a sunny window, and access to a full hall bath. Just off the hallway you will also notice a set of twin bunks for the kids.
This fantastic location on Scenic Gulf Drive is close to popular beach front restaurants and bargain shopping at the Silver Sands Premium Outlets, which is one of the nation’s largest discount designer centers. Grocery stores and wine outlets are conveniently nearby. You may enjoy reduced rates for championship golf or tennis right next door at Seascape along with water recreation craft as an Ocean Reef Resorts guest. Fine restaurants, lively bars, seasonal festivals, and abundant amusements are also nearby close by at Baytowne Wharf and Grand Boulevard in Sandestin.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the onsite community pool for Ariel Dunes I is typically heated for the week of Thanksgiving and again from Christmas to Easter. The Seascape Tennis Village community pool is typically heated November - March 1st, while the Seascape Boardwalk community pool is typically heated October - April.
**Please be advised that elevators 3 and 4 (east side) will undergo modernization from October 1, 2024, through March 1, 2025. During this period, only two elevators will be operational, which may result in longer wait times.
