Great location with everything we needed!

This unit is compact, but managed to have everything we needed for our stay! We arrived to a very clean space, the ac worked well, the shower was spacious with good water pressure, and the beds were comfy. It would be hard to beat the location without a huge price leap. We'll definitely stay here again!

Hey Sarah! Fundamentally, our job is EASY! Make sure a home is as-advertised, clean and ready for our sunseekers arrival. Outside of Mother Nature, “the human condition” is the variable we assist with the most. Entomology, thermodynamics, veterinary medicine and even interior design are personal responsibilities our office has been tasked with advising on a case-by-case basis! We’ve got no direct lines to Mother Nature regrettably and ever more so, have no ability to guaranty personal vacation plans go untested. What we CAN guaranty is that IF something happens and our efforts can help, we certainly do! As far as for the success of your adventure, those kudos belong ENTIRELY to the positivity, planning and expectations of your party! Loved everything about this little cozy place near the beach! It was perfect for our family of 4, all the information I needed was communicated with me a couple days before hand through email.

Practically Beachfront!

Great location! This was super close to the beach and was very convenient with 2 toddlers. Highly recommend!

Perfect Location

We enjoyed our stay so much! What a perfect location to everything. Started our mornings across the street at the lake walking track, then walked to The Veggie Wagon for coffee. We really didn’t need to move our car once we arrived.

Sons had a great time

Vacation for me and my two sons. Beach access is very convenient and 5 minute walk to boardwalk. Plenty of restaurants and things to do within a short drive. Perfect for us, and when my boys are happy so am I.

Another great stay in Suite 3!

The online description is right on. This was our 2nd stay here &we will return. I was saddened to here of the flooding after we left. Our best wishes for all affected.

A total gem!

This place completely exceeded all expectations I had! It was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the feel of the place was very cozy and charming. But, the biggest feature is the accessibility of the beach from here! The public access to the beach is only a few yards from the front door. We left knowing we will want to book another stay in the future!

So cute!!

Very clean, very close to beach access. Outside shower to remove sand definitely a plus. Didn't mind bringing my own towels and linens. Stayed in one of the upper units with a very nice porch and rocking chairs. Definitely will be back!!

Great little studio, excellent communication

You cannot beat this little place just steps from the beach for the price. Bed could use a new mattress, but it’s not horrible. Everything else makes up for it.

Everything We Needed!

The room was the perfect size for my sister and me. Room was very clean, beds were comfortable and no issues with the air conditioner. I loved having a code to get in the room and didn’t have to keep up with a key. We couldn’t have asked for a better overall experience.

Short Stay

We enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Parking was a little tight because the person in the other unit had a larger truck. The connecting door to the next unit caught us off guard too but it was not an issue! The neighbors were not loud at all. This was a great find and all you need for a short get away. We loved being just a few steps from the beach and a few blocks from all the Carolina Beach stores, shops, and restaurants. We would recommend this place to anyone and will look for its availability in the future.

Awesome mommy daughter getaway!

This property is just as pictured and is in a great location! Very clean and very helpful and friendly staff! Easy parking and being able to walk to the boardwalk with all its shops and restaurants is great! Awesome beach access! Try the Veggie Wagon store right across the street. Everything we ate and drank came from there. So convenient! We could not have had a more perfect getaway. Thanks for everything!
