Ceci est une maison de piscine privée spacieuse dans une station fermée exclusive. Il est à quelques minutes des parcs Disney et tout ce que la Floride centrale a à offrir! Vous pouvez passer une journée à vous détendre au bord de la piscine en regardant toute la vie sauvage que cette propriété est adjacente à la terre de conservation ou vous pouvez sortir et profiter de tous les parcs qui sont à quelques minutes.

Vous serez à proximité de tous les parcs à thème Disney, Universal Studios, Sea World, International Drive, Busch Gardens, Big Cat Rescue, Centre spatial Kennedy, Legoland, et à quelques minutes en voiture des plages de la côte est et ouest! Avec deux Outlet Malls à proximité ainsi que le Mall at Millennia et The Loop, c'est le rêve d'un client.

Vous vous sentirez en sécurité dans cette communauté fermée habillée de 24 heures. Le Club House dispose d'une grande piscine à accès zéro, d'un cybercafé, d'une table de ping-pong, d'une aire de jeux, d'un terrain de beach-volley, d'un putting-green et plus encore.

Sorry about the pinball machine not working. Someone had spilled something in it and caused it to short out. We are currently purchasing a bigger and better unit.

Amazingly fun rental!

Our family enjoyed this wonderful home so much—great pool, nice appliances, all the comforts of home with a perfect location! The theatre room was a huge hit and we loved the fun decor all thru the house! Everything was clean and comfortable. We have stayed at a lot of different VRBOs, but highly recommend this one!

The house was exactly as described. Very spacious, clean and well maintained. We really loved the kitchen, theater room and spent a ton of time in the pool. Dave was very helpful and quick to respond whenever we had any questions. We would defintely stay here again.

Spring Trip

We enjoyed our stay and working with Dave was fantastic. He’s very communicative and even met us at check in to show us around and how to use everything. Our favorite thing was the theatre room, it’s very nice. Items to know if you’re staying- bring your beach towels along there were only 2, and the hot tub isn’t actually hot, it’s the same temp as the pool.

Our new favorite vacation rental!!

The location of the home is beautiful and quiet!! We loved watching all of the wildlife behind the house, everyday. The pool was amazing and the water temperature was perfect. The house is beautiful and very spacious. The owner communicated well with us and treated us above and beyond our expectations!!! We have stayed at many places in Florida, but this has become our new favorite!! We will definitely be coming back!!

Family vacation 2024

This was the 4th we visited Orlando and the third house we rented. This house was great, clean and provided all the luxury advertised. The thing that made this great was the owner David was very responsive and great to work with. There were no issues, but when questions arose he was quick with his responses. Would recommend this property to anyone interested.

Great stay!

Great stay. There were a few things we weren't pleased about. 1. There was a BBQ grill that we could not even use... when you open it up it was really filthy. It should be removed.... Waste of space. Owner claims that you cannot grill under the screen patio. You could bring your own and grill outside of the patio screen. 2. The pool lights and the patio lights we're not working during our stay in August 2019; therefore if you want to relax outside at night you cannot it's too dark. 3. The main living room has regular cable. In all the bedrooms you will have to use your Hulu or Netflix if you have that. Not everybody had that so you are left without watching television in your bedroom. Other than those three things we enjoyed our stay.

Hello Lizette, Thank you for being our guest. You are correct. We are in the process of getting bids to update the outdoor kitchen. We can't get parts for the grill so we have to replace the whole outside kitchen. We do apologize for the pool lights being out. We had a lightning strike the week before and just couldn't get a diver there to replace it in time for your arrival. We now have brand new color-changing LED pool lights that are very cool and environmentally friendly. The patio lights are controlled by smart switches. They were also impacted by the lightning strike as digital switches are more sensitive. They are now repaired and we apologize for the inconvenience. All of the TVs are brand new smart TVs. They have hundreds of apps and thousands of viewing options including HULU and Netflix. I wish you would have called us. We could have walked you through using the TVs. We always encourage our guests to call us with any questions about the house and using these newer technologies. We want your vacation to be as stress-free as possible. Thank you again for being our guest.

Best Vacation home ever !

Where do I start?! The theather, the pool , the outside kitchen, omg all of it was perfect and as shown in the pictures! The owner of the home was consistant whenever we needed him he was there for all of our needs. The pool is very bigger than it is in the pictures. Everything was so clean and new. We had Everything we needed plus more. I am definitely staying here next year for my vacation! Thank you for letting us stay in your amazing home .

Amazing home away from home.

This was a spectacular house to spend our vacation in. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Our kids absolutely loved the movie theater set up and the pool was beyond refreshing for the entire family. David was available whenever we had any questions. This stay was perfect.

Not only was the house beautiful but the owner was so accommodating and responsive. Customer service trumps everything so you are willing to overlook little things, in this case there was nothing to overlook! Would definitely book again.

A time to relax and truly enjoy our vacation!

Scheduled a week to sit back and relax by the pool while the others went to Universal and Disney to experience Halloween, the 50th anniversary of Disney and the transformation into holiday decorations! Dave, the host, was extremely timely with information and very accommodating when we had questions. His home exceeded our expectations and was very relaxing. Something for everyone. And the theater room was off the hook. Younfelt like you were in the movie with the sound and seats! Also the location was convenient. We definitely recommend renting this home from him. Younwill not be disappointed! Thank you again!

It was a nice home in a quiet neighborhood. A little further away from the parks then I would have liked but we knew that going in. Home has everything you could need on your stay and everything was in working order, no complaints.

This property was just as it was listed on VRBO website. The whole family loved the theater room. The house was clean and inviting. The owner made sure we felt welcomed. The area is great, close to all our necessities. The pool area was awesome. I have told all my family and friends about this house and they should try it out on their next trip to Florida.

Dave is a licensed electrician. Jill is a senior executive with a financial firm. They live in rural Massachusetts and they purchased this home so they could eventually move into it and retire and escape the cold. Every time they visit the house they make upgrades so it is constantly evolving.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We choose this home because it is private with a fabulous back yard view of conservation land. It is very spacious. It is close to the highway and shopping and provides easy access to area attractions. The gated community provides security as well as numerous amenities. It has nice sidewalks so it is a nice place to walk our dogs.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The clubhouse has a gigantic heated zero-entry pool. It has a state-of-the-art fitness facility. The game room includes pool tables, foosball, shuffleboard, and ping pong. There is also a spa, putting green, beach volleyball, playground, library, and function room.

The neighborhood is very dog-friendly and it is a great neighborhood to walk in.

The close proximity to the area parks makes it easy to fill your day with adventures.

The house has two living rooms and two dining areas so it can easily accommodate a family gathering.
