Very clean home and responsive property management. Hot tub and views from the backyard were a perfect way to end the day on the trails. Plenty of trailer parking at the end of the street for multiple trailers.
Great place to stay especially if you want to check out the nearby national parks. The place has a great view and itâs in a great location. Would definitely stay here again!
The location and home were perfect. Very clean and exactly as described. We enjoyed the hot tub with a view to rejuvenate our tired hiking muscles. Highly recommended!
We love this place. This is the 2nd time we have stayed here when traveling to Moab. The location is incredible. Not too far away from town, but just far away to feel secluded away from the noise. Plenty of parking for big trucks and trailers. Gorgeous views of the red rocks.
We have stayed several times at RimView for our annual weekend Moab trips. We love the location and access to biking and 4x4. The view of the Rim from the backyard hot tub is amazing. We appreciate having ample space for our family and a kitchen to cook a few meals or prep lunch for the day.
Comfy beds, ample towels and soap, and dark window shadesBut the location outside of town meant that the trucks and cars whizzed by and were loud. The neighborhood and house felt isolated and had the feeling of being âon the wrong side of the tracksâPretty sure the property manager sent us 2 conflicting addresses for the property, leading us to first pull into an auto recycling yard, which is next door to the housing complex.I would suggest that Vacasa add white noise machines to the bedrooms. They could also add a few other things to make the stay more cozy and comfortable such as throw blankets, games, and nicer plates and bowls. It would also help if the towels felt fluffy rather than overused.
This house was perfect for my husband and I plus 3 daughters in the second room with bunk bed. Each bathroom was nice, linens were clean with plenty to spare, having a washer/dryer was a game changer, so I donât have to wash so much when we get home, and the views out the back of the rim and front of the mountains were beautiful. Rabbits ran outside the windows every day, and the hot tub was nice after a long day of exploring. Very close to town, but not close enough to be caught in the tourist crowd of Moab. Highly recommended!
I would give it a 5 star, but I feel it was missing basic utensils, pans were not practical for everyday cooking. Beautiful Mountain View out back door.
Very cute home outside of Moab. Really only about 10 mins out of town. We loved being away from downtown. We trailered our vehicle and it was great to have a place to park the truck and trailer. The house is very nice. The cleaning company did a great job before our arrival. The view outside at nights is spectacular. You can see all the stars.
If you have an iPhone, use the listing address to find the house. It took us an hour going off of the emailed directions but the gps took us right there. If you have Verizon, there is no cell service inside the house. Also ask for the hot tub combo. It wasnât written anywhere and since I didnât get service inside, we didnât get the code until the next day. Vacasa was able to assist quickly via text and provide a code. Cute house with great views from the hot tub after a long day of hiking!
We enjoyed our stay here. The hot tub was fantastic after a long day of hiking, and the property was very clean and fully stocked with everything we needed for our stay. My only disappointment was the bunk bed. The top mattress is even with the guard rail, so it is not safe for a child to sleep on. We used the couch the first night, but there are not enough blinds covering all the windows in the kitchen/livingroom area for the early morning sun, so my oldest slept on the tile floor in the bedroom. Thankfully, we had camping gear with us which included sleeping pads and that worked for him. But the sleeping arrangements were not able to be used as advertised. Pro tip: as with most properties in the part of the country, the highway is close and loud, bring a sound machine if you are a light sleeper!
Moab and the national parks were awesome. Property was ok. Could hear mice? Scurrying around at night but could never see them. Did wake up one morning to have some food that was in a sealed package on the kitchen counter nibbled through by what I think was a mouse. Called maintenance and they set a few mouse traps in the unit. I was instructed that they were single use traps and to just dispose of them if we caught something. I didnât pay all that money to dispose of mice on vacation! The management never responded to my email telling them about the situation and asking for some type of refund.
We had a difficult time locating the property as it stated the entrace was immediately on the right after the La Sal Loop sign, however it was about a 1/4 further just past the recycling center on the right. It was nice to have 2 rooms. This place has cable TV but the internet and cell service is virtually non existent. We bought groceries prior to arrival knowing it has a full kitchen with appliances and utensils however when we went to cook our first meal we realized several utensils and pans were dirty with old food stuck to it. There were crumbs still on the counter, dinner table and floor and the cleanliness was lacking in the kitchen area. We notified management and they were responsive to our concerns. We did not use the hottub as we had hoped to due to the weather. Would have rated this property higher if it was more thoroughly cleaned and ready to use/cook in.
We enjoyed this newly built and comfortable home. Great location a few minutes from Moab. Spent our days hiking and enjoying the sights at Arches. Loved coming home to the full kitchen and relaxing in the hot tub under the stars.
The house was incredibly clean, the neighborhood was quiet, and we had everything we needed. The only concern (?) I had was lack of basic cooking amenities (spices, etc) and not enough dishes. I didn't want to run the dishwasher more than once, so we ended up eating pizza off paper towels our last night there. Not a big deal; we would definitely stay here again. Also, we got amazing views of the night sky from the backyard!
