Bienvenue aux Sea Lofts récemment terminés à Padaro Beach. C'est la plage la plus exclusive de Santa Barbara. Vous ne trouverez pas d'hébergement plus proche de l'eau sur des kilomètres. Non seulement vous êtes à quelques mètres de la mer, mais à une centaine de mètres des magasins de surf, des restaurants et des boutiques. Vous pouvez louer des planches de surf, des planches à pagaie, prendre des cours de surf ou prendre le petit déjeuner, le déjeuner ou le dîner dans l'un des spots locaux de Santa Claus Lane sans jamais monter dans votre voiture. Les Sea Lofts sont la première destination balnéaire de Santa Barbara. Vous pouvez marcher des kilomètres à marée basse, ou simplement vous asseoir sur le pont et regarder le coucher du soleil. Le Surf Loft bien aménagé dispose d'un lit king-size et d'une salle de bain complète accessible aux personnes handicapées. Il est spacieux, avec une kitchenette entièrement équipée. Si vous cherchez plus de choses à faire, vous avez la possibilité d'aller à Carpinteria à 3 minutes ou à Montecito et Santa Barbara à 8 minutes. Passez une journée à Ojai en seulement 30 minutes de voyage. Après une longue journée de plaisir, endormez-vous au son des vagues juste devant votre fenêtre.

Property Manager was wonderful

This property looks beautiful. Jeffrey was very accommodating as we had to change the reservation multiple times. Due to a last minute conflict we could not go, but honestly, we really want to go so we will be booking again.

I love the Sea Loft! This is my fifth stay & it never disappoints. It is the perfect escape, yet so close to everything. The host Jeff has always been helpful & super responsive. I cannot wait for my next stay!

Amazing Place!!

Beautiful property in a beautiful place! You can’t beat the location and the property is awesome. Close to restaurants, shops, Carpinteria and Santa Barbara. We’ve been to a lot of VRBO’s but this one is special.

Perfect spot for a quick weekend away.

So close to the beach, so close to Santa Barbara, a beautiful spot to get away from it all. The train does roll by, but the property is very well built so the sound is not bad at all. Thanks for letting us stay, we will be back.

This property is perfection. We’ll maintained, lots of amenities, comfy bed, a/c, Wi-Fi, parking. Even provide beach chairs and umbrella. You won’t want to leave once you check in. Milestone Wedding Anniversary

Our stay was great, so enhanced by the very comfortable, calm beautiful space. Every feature is updated version. Loved the stylishly cool bathroom and its open floor walk-in shower. The direct ocean view makes it all come together to top rating in wonderful Carpenteria, a big favorite!

The property looks exactly as it does online. It's clean, spacious and comfortable. The view and location can't be beat. The only downside is the train that passes by several times a day - starting at 7am with a startlingly loud whistle!

Love Surf Loft!

I absolutely love the Surf Loft! This was my second stay in less than 3 months & I’m already trying to figure out when I can return. The studio is perfect - comfort & location. I love that I can see & hear the pounding surf. Plus, it’s proximity to both quaint Carpinteria & Santa Barbara along with great restaurants is ideal. Plus, Jeff, the owner, is great too. Amazing

Breath taking ocean views. One of the nicest places I’ve stayed at. Highly recommend. Place was first-class. Only thing I would mention, is that I wasn’t aware there was a train that passes by occasionally, but honestly didn’t care, it was an amazing experience and a great room. The door locks were finicky, but the overall vibe of the area/neighborhood made me feel safe, and somewhat comfortable not being able to lock my doors. Just tells you what an incredible stay this was, definition of care free. Magical place. 5 out of 5. Would return.

Nirvana!

The Sea Loft is the ideal beach retreat - it is Nirvana! From the sounds of the pounding surf to the stunning ocean views, the loft is well appointed, beautifully decorated & so very comfortable. The outside space is just as inviting, sitting in the comfy chaise loungers enjoying the ocean breeze & watching the sun set was heaven on Earth. To top it all off, we loved the quick walk to Padaro Beach Grill for great food along with easy drives to both Santa Barbara, Montecito & quaint Carpinteria. I cannot wait to return. Thank you Jeff!

A little slice of paradise!

My husband and I came down to Carpenteria for our 3 year wedding anniversary. We are so glad we made the choice to stay here. The Surf Loft is a little slice of paradise. With its amazing large windows and French doors it truly brings the beach inside. The room is immaculate from floor to ceiling. All the design elements, linens, and amenities are top notch! The outdoor shower was such a treat after a sunset run in the beach. The fridge was filled with waters and beers. We were provided with Nespresso, which was the best cup of coffee I’ve ever had. The bed was pure comfort. We had nothing but great night sleeps. Jeff was so pleasant to work with. He was responsive and so helpful. Gave us all the details of the room and area. Even told us to keep an eye out for celebrities who live down the road. This adorable studio is 5 stars in our book and we can’t wait to go back again! Bonus! The loft is located less than a minute walk away from restaurants and shops. We had the most amazing Italian meal at Tharios Kitchen and dined in the adorable outdoor garden on Avocado Toast and Bagel with Lox at The Garden Market. There is also the Padaro Beach grill with outdoor picnic tables which was a fun happening little spot. Everything you need for the perfect little weekend away.

very nice!

The efficiency is very clean, well decorated , large comfortable sectional, large bathroom, lovely robes, nice dishes, good view in a small beach community. It was very good for a few night stays given we attended a wedding. Microwave and fridge are good for a few grocery items and take out. Freezer would be nice, or ice available. The beach is very lovely but I didn't feel compelled to walk as often as I normally do, because of the rocks you have to climb. It's not a big obstacle but I can see how it would be with small children and beach equipment. The train that goes by for 15 seconds a few times a day is not a big deal, in fact I thought lovely, remi niscent of the old santa fe or Polar express. Jeff quickly responded to requests and excellent to work with. Easy drive to adorable Monticito and Santa Barbara for shopping and great restaurants.

This was my at least fourth stay at the Surf Loft - it truly is my Happy Place! Love the comforts of the loft & in close proximity to so many great places. Plus, Jeff is a great host! Already looking at my future dates for my next visit! Thank you Jeff for sharing this amazing place!

We stayed here in late May, and although it was cloudy and cool, the property was comfortable and beautiful. Our host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Probably the only setback was that the Nespresso machine did not work, but we were able to walk to a cafe to get coffee. Also, it wasn’t a problem for us because it was too cold to swim, but apparently Padaro beach is known for great white sharks, so that is something to consider. Highly recommend this stay, but be careful of the weather because it would have been 10x better had it been warm and sunny.

The Lofts do not have access to the upstairs apartment and deck. They share the lower deck which is now separated by a planter to give guests more privacy. There are two parking spots in front of the building designated for the lofts.
