Besoin d'un ajustement de la latitude? Ensuite, cet appartement South Tybee Duplex récemment rénové est exactement ce dont vous avez besoin! Situé sur l'extrémité sud des affaires de Tybee Island, pratique pour tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Il n'y a pas besoin de se battre pour une place de stationnement d'été quand vous avez un endroit parfait! Parc et promenade à la plage, restaurants locaux, boutiques et vie nocturne, le tout dans un rayon de 1 pâté de maisons. Vous pouvez également louer des vélos pour explorer l'île encore plus. C'est également un endroit idéal pour des événements annuels comme le 4 juillet, le festival des pirates de Tybee Island, etc.

L'espace de vie décloisonné offre un mobilier tout neuf et confortable, une grande télévision connectée à écran plat. La cuisine est entièrement équipée et dispose de tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour manger un morceau avant de sortir pour une journée à la plage ou de cuisiner pour un dîner complet en famille. L'arrière-cour a une petite cour avec un gril à gaz pour cuisiner. Les 2 premières chambres sont meublées d'un lit king size et d'une télévision à écran plat Smart. Chaque chambre partage la salle de bain avec une baignoire et une douche. La troisième chambre est meublée avec 2 lits doubles.

Il y a un parking hors rue pour 2 véhicules à l'arrière du duplex. Wifi est disponible. Cette maison accepte les animaux de compagnie pour un chien adulte de moins de 15 kg (des frais supplémentaires s'appliquent). Les animaux domestiques doivent être en laisse, car la cour n'est pas clôturée.

Great house close to beach

We stayed with our 4 children for a long weekend getaway. The house was great and we really enjoyed the location. We were walking distance to the beach as well as shops and restaurants. We had a wonderful time and are already talking about coming back next year. Thanks for a nice vacation!

Perfect location close to beach and restaurants

This was a perfect location - steps from the beach and within walking distance of almost everything. The weather was really poor during our stay, but the outdoor porch area was exactly as pictured and would’ve been nice if the sun had been out. We also liked the open floor plan.

Great location!

We had a great stay on Tybee Island in this rental located right on the heart of downtown. Perfectly located to walk to the beach, the pier, and daunting shopping and restaurants. The rental was clean and cutely decorated. The setup was perfect for our needs, providing a bedroom for everyone. We ran into a few minor issues and they were quickly resolved by the rental company.

Despite coming on vacation only to get sick, we’ve had an amazing time! Our apartment was beautiful- spacious, clean, and so cute! It really is a quick walk to the beach, pier, and shops. Plenty of room for a larger group, but not so big that it felt like a big job to keep cleaned up. We’ve already recommended this place to some friends from home. Thanks for the beautiful place!

Great Beach Home!

Spent 3 nights with our children, had an amazing time. This house is perfectly located near the beach and a lot of great restaurants and shopping are all within a 5 minute walk. We didnt have to drive anywhere and pay for parking. :) House is practical and seemed well maintained and cared for, and the hosts were very gracious and communicative.

Very impressed by this property, was clean and cozy. Beds were so so so comfortable, loved how convenient everything was in the area. Walk from the beach and strip was 2-3 minutes, if even. Such a big patio area, with a lot of privacy. Loved how they texted me and asked if everything was okay or if I needed anything they were a text or phone call away. Definitely get this property and don’t forget to stop by wet willies for breakfast or dinner. Compared to the other restaurants, it was hands down the best food.

They need to do some updates on appliances on the property. The handle was broke off of the cook stove and there was a rigged one made out of duct tape The handle was broke on the microwave oven also house is in a great location and is laid out very good but the host need to do a better job of taking care of the property. Tybee vacation rentals is not a great host

Really great location and customer service!

Booked our rental to celebrate a friend getting married and was such a wonderful location, literally steps away from the beach. We did have issues with the wifi and the back door not locking, but management came over as soon as they could to fix things. The shower drain was not working but we didn't ask for any help there. There were definitely some things that could have been fixed up, but overall, very cute place and comfortable.

Wonderful place to stay in a great location!

We loved staying at this property and will absolutely be staying here again next year! Everything was nice and clean, and it felt like home. This property is conveniently located within walking distance of a grocery store, several shops, restaurants, and the beach which saved us so much time and allowed us to really enjoy Tybee Island. There’s raised bricks at the front door and unlevel boards on the deck. Both create falling hazards.

The tile throughout the house has white grout but it’s black. If you have any pet allergies this house will be brutal

Excellent location!

Property was clean and everyone enjoyed the large beds in the 3 bedrooms. It was less than two minutes walking distance to the beach. We were disappointed that there were no staples such as salt or oil, so we had to go shopping, but it was not too much of an issue due to convenience store was just down the street. Would stay here again!

house was perfect for our family. close to beach ,cute sitting area. my only suggestion would be extend the deck into backyard more, utilize that space, maybe outdoor shower, an put rug down inside back door for feet an sand.. but house was great! good size rooms ,clean, cute decor

Nice clean rooms but the lock on the back door knob will easily come open even when locked. We did it feel safe because we had to prop a heavy cooler against the door to put a little pressure on it. The shower head and caddy are very nasty, the tub doesn't drain well. The last day we had no power, therefore getting dressed to leave was difficult.

We had a great time at Tybee and loved our unit. Very nice, clean, and spacious! We had everything we needed and honestly couldn't have asked for a better spot being seconds from the beach, restaurants, and shops all in walking distance. This is the perfect spot to gather our family since our mom drives in from Florida. Also, Jaiden had a awesome time at the beach. Thanks for everything!
