Marque nouvelle 2 étages, 4 chambres, 4. 5 salles de bain maison sur 2. 5 acres de propriété. Situé dans une communauté fermée, sûre et tranquille. Incroyable, vue imprenable sur l'océan de la cuisine, des espaces de vie et makai (vers l'océan) chambres. Belle vue sur la montagne depuis les chambres de la mauka (vers la montagne). Les chambres à l'étage offrent une vue sur les pâturages voisins. Convient aux familles nombreuses, multi-générationnelles ou multiples. Avec 2 chambres et 2 salles de bains à l'étage, et 2 chambres et 2 salles de bains en bas, cette maison a plus de suffisamment de place pour tout le monde de profiter de leur propre espace.

La cuisine à aire ouverte entièrement équipée dispose d'une grande île de granit pouvant accueillir 6 personnes. Il y a beaucoup de place pour la préparation des repas et des repas de style familial, tout en profitant de la vue imprenable sur l'océan et la montagne.

La très grande terrasse située à l'étage avec la table à manger, un coin salon, une chaise longue et un hamac permet de passer du temps à l'extérieur pour admirer la vue sur l'océan ou regarder les chevaux paître à proximité. En bas se trouve un bain à remous et 2 autres tables à manger, vous donnant beaucoup d'options pour se détendre à l'extérieur dans le confort tout en profitant de la vue. Les portes de poche entre les espaces de vie et le pont extérieur et le patio s'ouvrent complètement pour une vie intérieure / extérieure idéale.

Après une journée de plage ou de découverte de l’île, rentrez chez vous et détendez-vous dans le bain à remous. La douche extérieure fermée (eau chaude et froide) est le moyen idéal pour se rincer après les activités de la journée.

Cette maison est directement en face d'un parc de plage, et à quelques minutes de la célèbre plage de Sunset, Pipeline et Waimea Bay. Si vous recherchez le golf, l'équitation ou d'autres aventures, Turtle Bay Resort est également à quelques minutes.

Une table de ping-pong, un panier de basket sur la grande allée, divers jeux de jardin et un tout nouveau barbecue à gaz Weber sont également à votre disposition..

Absolutely beautiful

We absolutely loved this property! The house was perfect for our group of 8. The ocean is just out the back yard and we had a great time beach combing and watching the sunrises and sunsets. The location of the home on the north shore has a peaceful and rural feeling, which we loved! We would definitely stay here again!

A Week in Paradise

You will first notice that the property and location are stunning. Ocean view, abundant space, peaceful surroundings. The house accommodates groups of all ages. Quiet spots to relax, activities to keep kids entertained on-property, plenty of room for group gatherings or isolated enjoyment. The house allows for great interaction with the outdoors. Clean, well equipped, comfortable, it's just amazing. It was perfect for our family of eight with ages from 11 to 72. The location is away from the hustle & bustle of the city but there are plenty of sources close by for food, drink, water activities, etc. Can't say enough good things about it.

Plantation Paradise

So fantastic! This is an amazing home set on a gorgeous property with beautiful views of both, the ocean and the mountains. The house was stocked with absolutely everything you could need for a day at the beach. Plenty of items for adults, teens, and even little ones. Our group had plenty of room to spread out (when needed) and even more room when we wanted to be together. The open floor plan and the huge sliding doors out to the lanai are amazing…the pictures just don’t do it justice. Lastly, this area of the North Shore is away from a lot of the traffic that can build up on the weekends. Access to the grocery store - 5 minutes, Waimea Valley and beach - 6 minutes, access to shopping (Haleiwa) - 10 minutes, Famous North Shore Food Trucks - 5 minutes, and super easy access to the entire eastern side of the island. If headed to the North Shore with a big group, with out a doubt, this would be the first home I check for availability. To Sheryl, thank you so much for the amazing memories. We are all so grateful!

Wonderful experience, amazing property and home.

Sheryl was so great to work with. She was always so quick to respond and so accommodating. Everything was very organized and she had all the information we may need to us before we needed it. The property and home is gorgeous. It is in a private and quiet community with plenty of space for parking and playing in the yard. The home is beautiful inside. The beds were very comfortable. There were plenty of extra pillows and blankets. The kitchen was well stocked with everything a big family needs. We loved using the Weber grill on the deck. We loved the view from the living room and family room straight out to the ocean. The walls in both rooms slide open so whether you are inside or out on the deck you have an amazing view. Pictures don’t do it justice. Breathtaking and so relaxing. The tables, chairs, futon, and hammock on the decks gave everyone a place to relax and visit. We all enjoyed the hot tub many times. The garage is stocked with everything you could need at the beach. It was so nice having a washer and dryer as well. I can’t say enough good about Sheryl and her beautiful property. It made our trip better than we had imagined. We would definitely come and stay here again.

A perfect Hawaiian paradise

We were thrilled with our stay here. The house is spacious, and well appointed and tastefully decorated. We like to cook for ourselves and found everything we needed in the kitchen, even an instant pot! Everything in the kitchen is a quality tool as well which makes a difference when cooking. All of the supplies in the garage make beach days a breeze. Coolers to umbrellas and everything in between. Sheryl was fabulous to work with and even went above and beyond to help us out when we had a time crunch, and that was so appreciated. I would not hesitate to stay here again or fully recommend this home.

Exceeded expectations

We just got home from staying at this property for one week! I must say I have never rented a home that was as nice or well stocked with everything you could possibly need for a week in paradise! Every area of the home had all the comforts of home you could ask for from simple things like soap, shampoo, and conditioner in the showers to a fully stocked kitchen with all the things you need to cook just about anything! If you are thinking about staying on the North Shore this is definitely the house you need to stay at! Mahola to Sheryl for being such a great host and having such a beautiful home!

We had a great stay hear on north shore in this well equipped large private home. Really enjoyed the location with the ocean view, sunrises, and sunsets from the large balcony. The house had everything we needed and more. We would definitely return for a future stay.

Wonderful family trip!!

Sheryl’s home on the North Shore is an amazing spot. We’ve been to the North Shore a number of times but this was the first with our entire family. This home was perfect for everyone having their own space but at the same time all of having plenty of time and space to be together. The location is close enough to Kahuku and Laie which we love to go to, but far enough where you are out of town. The outside of her home is even better than the inside as the back patio was a popular spot for all of us to visit and relax. The huge yard is awesome just to take a walk in at the late evening. The beach is literally right across the street and such a nice spot to enjoy the ocean. The particulars of the house are all covered from things that you may need inside or out while on your vacation. If there is something that you need or an idea on where to go Sheryl will respond immediately to any message you send her. She is a wonderful host and wants you to enjoy her home and vacation as if it was her own. Thank you again Sheryl, and we will return for sure!!!

Beautiful Home, Awesome View!!

This property is wonderful!! The house, the grounds are exactly as they are pictured. Easy access to the beach, through the yard. The inside is gorgeous!! The kitchen has everything you need and more!! The views of the ocean and of the mountains are beautiful. It's a property you would rent for a week or more but wish you could live in forever!!

Best View and Location Ever

Beautiful property and everything was as represented in listing plus more than we could have ever imagined! This was truly a home away from home experience with tons of extras like soaps, shampoos, dish soap, garbage bags, beach towels, bikes, and much more to make it feel like you don’t have to bring the kitchen sink from home to travel. Many things and much space for any age, including the large yard for enjoyment and outdoor activities. Beach access across the street is awesome and we even saw whales while on the lanai. Every room is spacious and clean. Extra fridge in garage was great for extra drinks too. Host left extra goodies with the keys and touched base with us during our stay to make sure all was okay. This really is an awesome place!

Amazing Breathtaking Refreshing Energizing

Amazing! Breathtaking! Refreshing! Energizing!!! The only complaint I have is that we didn’t have more time to stay there! This property is beautiful the property owners were awesome thoughtful extremely professional this was one of the best family vacations we’ve had everything is at the house or surrounding the house amazing!!!! The rental process was so easy and Sheryl is wonderful to work with. It was a perfect home for our family reunion. The location was absolutely perfect and the yard wonderful.

My husband and I were born and raised in Hawaii, and currently live on the South Shore of Oahu with our 2 active children. We always dreamed of having a big piece of land where we could "get away from it all" to recharge and reconnect as a family. Building Wailani Plantation has been a dream come true.

While this home is just minutes away from all of the North Shore action, Wailani Plantation sits in its own little tranquil piece of paradise. We are very happy to share our home with you, and know you will feel the Aloha that resides there.
