Charmant chalet de nouvelle construction avec toutes les améliorations niché dans les bois avec accès au lac. Profitez de l'intimité des bois et de la commodité d'une promenade de 3 minutes ou 1 minute en voiturette de golf jusqu'au quai privé partagé. La location comprend l'accès à un slip de bateau couvert, avec électricité, sur un nouveau quai avec banc de bain. Il est situé dans une baie idéale pour la pêche, la natation, le kayak et le paddle board. La location comprend également l'accès à une salle de bains intérieure juste à côté du quai pour plus de commodité. Les routes de quartier sont entretenues en privé et idéales pour les promenades ou les promenades en voiturette de golf pour se rapprocher de la nature. Le parc d'État de Tugaloo est à moins de 3 km de notre propriété et possède de nombreux sentiers pour les randonneurs sérieux. Des kayaks, des planches à pagaie et une voiturette de golf sont disponibles à la location auprès du propriétaire. Des bateaux pontons sont disponibles à la location dans une marina voisine.

Little House in Lavonia

Our stay was very pleasant. Nice quiet area very close to the state park. We love the proximity to many different towns. It was exactly what I was looking for!

Cozy spot for our short stay

The cabin was cute and clean. The loft is extra space that would be perfect for youngsters. The outdoors amenities are fantastic. We were only here a couple of nights for a wedding but I'll check for this when I want a lakeside getaway in the future.

Peaceful Cabin

We loved the cabin. It was nestled in the trees overlooking the lake! The front porch swing was so delightful! Our family enjoyed how the cabin was appointed, it had good quality beds and bedding. We all rested well and enjoyed our visit.

Relax in the Woods

Comfortable house close to Tugaloo park

We enjoyed staying in this house, it’s great place to walk and is close to park. House is very comfortable and communication with property manager was quick. We will be back.

Lovely Weekend Getaway

We loved our time here! The cottage was cozy and inviting. My son was obsessed with loft area! We were able to have a quiet R&R getaway and would definitely stay here again!

Relaxing getaway!

My husband, myself and our two pups spend a long weekend here and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We took advantage of the cabins proximity to Tugaloo State Park and Toccoa Falls. Definitely recommend for a quiet weekend in nature.

Perfect family getaway!

This property is amazing. We had a wonderful time and left feeling so very relaxed. Our children loved the loft! It was nice to have been able to bring our dogs along with us as well. We cannot wait to come back here!

Great stay!

We enjoyed the quaint, cozy, and comfortable cabin nestled up in the woods. Our friends rented the house next door and it was convenient to go back and forth on the little trail between the two houses. The house was very comfortable and clean, and a lot of attention was given to the comfort of guests in their stay.

Wonderful lake stay

The house was clean and new and exactly as listed/pictured. It is a short walk from their shared dock and very nice that they provide a golf cart for you that you can drive and park at their dock. Appreciated that it is pet friendly. House is well stocked with everything we needed for cooking meals and having a comfortable stay.

We had a wonderful time staying on the lake at this property. I hope to be able to do it again in the future. The house was very clean and nicely decorated. We loved sitting on the front porch. We enjoyed using the shared dock to swim and fish.

The house was just adorable and well stocked. My son (9YO) LOVED the loft. I loved that we had everything we needed. The golf cart was an added bonus that we enjoyed.

Family Reunion

We throughly enjoyed our four day stay in this immaculate, cozy home. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. The beds were very comfortable. We were able to walk the neighborhood with our dog safely with very little traffic! A delightful getaway! We would definitely stay in this beautiful and comfortable home again!

Beautiful and Peaceful

The use of space in this cozy cabin is so impressive! The main bedroom was super comfy, and I am IN LOVE with the shower in the master bath. We never went up to the loft, so I can’t speak to that. Had all the basic amenities. Really appreciated the big yard and being able to bring our dogs on the trip! The hosts are super friendly. They sent instructions ahead of time to find the cabin and checked on us when my partner was working on our car engine in the yard to make sure we didn’t need help, but otherwise left us to our getaway. The neighborhood is so quiet and private. The neighbors we ran into when walking the dogs were friendly.

Great place and better hosts

The place we stayed at was a cute 2 bedroom house with a loft. They supplied a golf cart for riding around the community and going to the dock and lake. Everything was impeccable and the location was peaceful. We took advantage of the fire pit and I did some fishing from the dock. Beautiful view of the lake from the dock. We had an issue with the coffee make and it was replaced in 10 minutes. Great service. I recommend this getaway to anyone.

Vacation on Lake Hartwell

The property was amazing in that everything in the house was very stylish and clean. The amenities were excellent. Loved the front porch with rocking chairs, and a porch swing. A fire pit was available but we did not use. We thought there was a view of the lake from the house but there wasn’t. The owners provided a golf cart to use to go to the lake. Overall the owners provided all the necessities for a fun Lake vacation. The owners were friendly and helpful in making sure everything was provided!
